Squeaky - Not sure why, but these shoes squeak after you wear them part of the day. There is a special comfort system in these shoes that appears to be the issue. Overall, the shoe is comfortable, but the squeaking has to go.

It takes awhile to break them in when they are brand new. But the extra cushions inside the shoes make them so much more comfortable.

Looks great...a little stiff - This shoe looks great but it is a little stiff and takes some time to break in. It's a classic and a keeper. Definitely fits true to size.

Looks good but some comfort is sacrificed - Shoes look great, good finish, but they are not very comfortable.

Best looking dress shoe I have ever owned. These shoes look really good, but are ridiculously uncomfortable! The break-in period is about 3 weeks (wearing them everyday for 10 hours), and within 3 months, the sole is completely flat. If they didn't look so good, I would never have bought a second pair. They are the equivalent of stilettos for guys.

Unfortunately for me, these shoes ripped my feet up. i've bought kenneth cole in the past and loved them, so i was being brand loyal. but this particular pair, if i hadn't already worn them outside to get to work, would definitely be returned. it's sad because that is money down the drain, but perhaps kenneth cole just varies the styles enough not to always fit properly. oh well, good luck!

Simply the best.... ...the shoes take a few days to break in, but are stylish and become quite comfortable...I have had to replace the first pair I purchased in less than a year because of a "side blow out" where some stitching came undone...but for the money I highly recommend this shoe.

Great Looking shoe - Not very comfortable - Shoe is extremely narrow. Took me two days to break them in walking around the house with hiking socks on and still not real comfortable. Should have returned them. Did get a few compliments, however.

Looks good in the photos. I was really prepared for a sharp pair of shoes. But something about the feel of the leather made me think more of plastic than leather: shiny and stiff. My first few wearing also bared that out. I wasn't sure who was going to win in this battle. These shoes or my feet. Finally, the shoes admitted defeat. (Pun intended.) They still squeeze noticeably around the wide part of my feet. Which is an odd sensation for me because I've always had narrow feet! One positive thing I can say is they have a nicely padded sole on the inside. But for the money, I thought I'd get a more comfortable shoe with more refined leather.

Good, but not great. - This shoe has good lines. - It has modern classic lines that are stylish but not foppish. - The gentle square toe is sleek. - The apron stitch is subtle enough for a more expensive shoe. - Check the shoe before wearing it, because one shoe from the pair that I received had lop-sided stitching at the front of the apron stitch, which did not match the other shoe in the pair. - The leather is of good quality, with a good dressy shine. - The brown color is a bit light and cloudy, which is not as rich as a brown from Via Spiga. - It felt narrower than average. - The inside leather scrapes your big toe when you walk and can make it bleed. - The inside lining scrapes your ankle around the back rim of the shoe. - Nonetheless, for $100 this shoe looks like more expensive shoes from Kenneth Cole's high end line. - A sturdy and stylish shoe - as long as your toe heals.

Most Disappointed I've ever been with a Shoe - At first glance the shoe seemed acceptable. With that, I took it out of the box and put them on and threw the box away (completely my fault). I put them on for work the next day and realized I had just purchased the most uncomfortable shoe of my life. The heel support is terrible and gave me blisters. The leather it noticeably cheap. The style is decent at best. Overall, I would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

Too Narrow. Poor Construction - I do not have a very wide foot, but these shoes are too narrow. The pair I received was so narrow, they burst at the seams after 2 wears. They are not available in a wide with. Think twice before ordering these shoes.

My poor feet - I work high volume retail and my feet cannot last through an eight hour shift. They make me want to die. Too bad they look so good.

Uncomfortable KC Shoes - Even though they are one of the best looking shoes I have ever worn, they are by far the most uncomfortable. They are very stiff and seem to not loosen at all after wearing them.

Too small! This is my fourth pair of Kenneth Cole shoes and they are not sized as labeled. They are at least a half size smaller than the label, which is disappointing especially when ordering shoes online, way too much of a hassle. I'll definitely think twice before ordering another pair of KC shoes.

Kenneth Cole - Simplicity - Sad to see a great name like Kenneth Cole on a shoe of this quality, do not be fool by the look because these shoes are not what they LOOK like.

Ripped up my heels - Within wearing it two minutes walking from my house, they immediately started to dig at both my heels and eventually ripped the skin off. My roommate tried them out the next night and could barley walk after 5 minutes. I ordered my regular size... Don't buy them.

Very picky about my dress shoes and their comfort. This shoe provides a great look/style and comfort. I own both the black and brown pair.

Great shoe. I had an older (similar) pair that I found inflexible and loud when walking. They've made improvements on this line so that the sole is made of a much softer more flexible rubber. It's 3x more comfortable. The brown version is a dark brown, almost looks black from a distance and it's not as marbled as the picture shows. I liked this since the shoe goes with almost anything. I would highly recommend this shoe.
