Denise - True to size, not as cushiony as other Softspots I have gotten in the past.

Ultra Comfort - This is perhaps the most comfortable sandal I've ever purchased! It also looks very cute and stylish on my extra wide foot. The only slight negative is that the silky footbed sometimes makes it slide on my foot a little, but I still love wearing it.

Great Summer Sandal - This is my first pair of Softspots and I am hooked. I wear a 6.5 extra wide and these are an excellent fit. The cushioning of the sole is comfortable and the fabric doesn't stick to my feet or make slapping noises when I walk. The strapping is cute and substantial and they don't slip off like some sandals. My only complaint is that I ordered red and they appear brown, but they were so cute and comfortable that I kept them.

Great shoes! Awesome service! My shoes arrived today -- barely 24 hours after I ordered them! I know of no other place that ships for free overnight -- Zappos is awesome! I LOVE these shoes --they are a great height and so comfortable and CUTE!

Feels a bit wide... I have a wide foot and rigid high arch, wondered how these would fit. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes in my closet. They're really cute on as well. I bought the brown leather, and after wearing them a week or so I just ordered the wine color. I'm going to try more of this shoe line in the future.

Softspots Traci - This sandal is extremely comfortable! Thanks to the reviews I ordered it in an 8 Wide, I usually wear an 8 Medium. It fit very well, the heel height is great, and it looks good on the foot. I highly recommend this sandal.

Boring but comfortable - These sandals are very comfortable, fit well but are a little less stylish than I had hoped. They work well with shorts, very casual. A little clunky for skirts in my opinion. Good for walking.

GREAT SHOE! These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! Besides the usual Softspots cushion, the upper is extra soft and comfortable. Great for any time or occasion. Ordered it one day and it was delivered the next. I will have to order it in every color I can find!

Great Comfort - I wear a size 11 and have bad knees. The heel height on these shoes is excellent. This is my first pair of Softspots shoes...very comfortable. They look very stylist worn with dresses, pants and skirts. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. Zappos is a blessing to people like me with larger feet. I have been a customer for several years and have always been pleased with my selections and the service that Zappos offers. Keep up the good work.

Comfy and cute - This is a really cute and super comfy shoe. My only comment is that they seem to run big. I have wide feet and a very high instep so almost every wide shoe I try is too narrow for my feet. These feel too wide for me but I don't mind. I'm going to order them in a couple other colors, but probably a smaller size. They have lots of cushioning and feel like comfy slippers. This is the first time I've bought Softspots and it's now my new favorite brand of shoe!

Softspots are "Soft" I had been searching for comfortable footwear for quite sometime. Something that after 9 hours of work "sales", I was hobbling to home. The footwear "Softspots" are very cozy. I will eventually get more colors. Thanks Zappos for helping me find the right type of footwear.

Softspots Traci - Hi. I liked this shoe but after about 10 wearings I've noticed that it is starting to seriously loosen up too much. The following comments are true at the first wearing, not the tenth.

Softspots Traci - These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! They were comfortable the first day. I have a lot of trouble with new shoes. I always get blisters. I wore these shoes on vacation all day long - no blisters and completely comfortable at the end of the day! And they are very cute too! I'm thinking of buying them in other colors and will try other styles of Softspots.

Another slice of heaven - A very nice fit and sooo comfortable ... very cushy on the bottom of your foot. Perfect.

The shoe was still a bit loose on my foot even with a narrow but I was desperate so I used a clear foot pad to go underneath the ball of my foot. It is a comfortable shoe and the heel is not that high.

Great fit! Having such a hard time finding narrow shoes, I am delighted with these. They fit well and are VERY comfortable! Thank you Zappos for giving me a place to shop!

Very comfortable - Softspots are very comfortable for my wide feet- the other pairs of Softspots I have are a bit more stylish - but I needed a pair of navy sandals that I knew I could wear all summer. These run very true to size and width for me.

Traci is an all around great shoe! Super comfortable shoe, wore them to work (on my feet) for 5 hours straight. Felt like they were made for my feet!

Love this shoe!!!! My sister turned me on to Zappos and ‘comfort’ shoes. I bought this shoe in red and I fell in love with it at first sight and feel. I wore it all the rest of that day and the next morning ordered two more in different colors. The shoe is very feminine and comfortable...looks better on than off. EXTREMELY comfortable, however, except for a very narrow heel my foot is average and typically I do not have any problems with getting shoes to fit.

Great comfortable shoe especially for hard to find sizes (N)- I just started wearing Softspots this past fall after foot problems and I find them very very comfortable. I usually wear Clarks or something similar, but I find the Softspots are equally as comfortable (if not more) and they are available in different widths and the pricing is comparable. I highly suggest the Traci! By looking at the picture you might not think it would be a comfort shoe, but it is! It not only looks great, but feels great also. I think anyone would be happy with Softspots and the style Traci! Enjoy.

Wonderful shoe! I just received these shoes and was able to wear them right out of the box. They fit my narrow foot well, and most of all, are extremely comfortable right from the start! I bought them in navy - they look great with both slacks and skirts!

Too narrow if you have a high instep - I ordered a wide, but they were still too tight across my instep.

Walking on Air! I wore the shoes to work yesterday for the first time. They are so comfortable. They have plenty of support and are attractive as well.

Three colors & loving them! This is a beautiful and comfortable shoe suitable for a variety of occasions. I have them in three colors and very happy with my purchases!
