These shoes are very cute but I have to return them. They are a wide but I can hardly get them on. They are not wide enough and all the little straps really cut into your foot. I am sure they would stretch as the straps are leather and narrow but I am not willing to suffer until they do. Thank goodness for Zappos.

Color too dark - I ordered these shoes in navy in my usual size 12B. The color was very dark, almost black. In fact, when I took them out of the box, I thought that they had sent me the wrong color. I kept them since they are fairly comfortable and look nice.

Would buy them again... Having a narrow foot makes it hard to find sandals that fit. These are comfortable and attractive. I think they will stretch out somewhat, and I do wish they would have been more narrow. Otherwise, they're great.

Comfortable and stylish - I loved these shoes from the first wearing. They look great on and with both casual and dressier outfits. Very comfortable. And of course I love the ease of Zappos shoe shopping - and they carry lots of wide sizes, something I often have a problem with.

Traci - I love the look of these shoes, but since it's still wintry in Chicago, I haven't had a chance to wear them. However, I bought these because they come in narrow, and it's hard to find sandals and slides in narrow. Unfortunately, they feel a little wide, and I will probably need to use something to keep my feet in place. I will keep them, though, because I need shoes like these sometimes. I will say that the footbed is very comfortable, which I expect from Softspots.

Softspots Traci--Narrow - It's great to find a narrow sandal! Zappos service was impeccable and the shoes are exactly as advertised.

These do not work for me - I found this shoe smaller than I expected for my size. They might work perfectly well for someone if they fit, but they didn't work for me.

Cute but... Very cute shoe but they fall off my feet. Probably would be very comfortable if they just stayed on.

Sideways - I really like the look and comfort of these shoes. However, my foot slides sort of sideways in the shoe so that my heel is not centered. Maybe it has something to do with the shape of my foot. I've only worn them for three days, so maybe I will be able to figure out how to correct this.

Comfortable, well made, but a little matronly... I purchased this shoe because I needed a casual blue sandal, so I ordered the navy. The shoe fit perfectly and was very comfortable. It's also well-made. As one reviewer indicated, the navy is very dark, almost black. I have to agree with those who said it wasn't particularly stylish. It looked okay online, but when I put it on, it didn't fit my style. Bear in mind, I'm in my mid-40s and felt like it was way too mature a shoe for me. I think that's mostly due to the oval shape of the front of the shoe, which really doesn't come through on the online pictures. I sent these back and ordered the Perri instead. A little more expensive but, to me, a more contemporary looking shoe, out of the box.

Not narrow enough! Great looking shoe but the narrow isn't very narrow - too wide for my narrow foot. I'll have to return them. My guess is that this is a great shoe if you have an extra wide foot, especially because it's offered in wide and extra wide. Too bad it's not offered in extra narrow!

Cute, but a little short - I tried these because I'd had a similar pair in the past and wore them until they fell apart. I ordered my true size, a 7 and my heel almost was hanging over the back- a little short in the length of the shoe. A half size bigger would have been too sloppy because the top of the shoe was going to stretch, I could tell. Struck out this time but Zappos is the best. Easy shopping in my pajamas and you couldn't ask for an easier return process. Also, I ordered these at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and had them the NEXT DAY!!!! It doesn't get much better than that!

A Casual Shoe - I actually wished I had worn this shoe more around the house, because I cannot send it back now. This shoe is a little tight and I am a pretty standard 6 1/2 medium which is what I ordered.

I wear a 9N and this shoe was too wide for me. It was a cute shoe and seemed like it would be comfortable. I am disappointed that it didn't fit. Zappos service is fantastic. I ordered the shoes and less than 24 hours later the shoes were on my doorstep.

They're ok - They are very comfortable, but they fit larger and wider than stated. I'd order a half size smaller. If your feet are on the narrow side, I'd not recommend them, but if your feet are wider than you think you will really like the fit.

Cute but tight - These shoes felt comfortable when I first tried them on, however the straps coming across my foot were really tight.

In-Sole Wears Out - I bought this shoe last year in brown and really liked it. Within a few weeks, however, a big hole had worn in the insole. I thought it was a flaw of just that pair and bought another pair this summer. I was sorry I did because the same thing happened within a few weeks. It is disappointing because I really like the shoe.

Feel okay-but MAKE TOO MUCH NOISE!!! I got these and quickly returned them-they fit fine but make so much whooshing air noise with every step that I would feel like George Costanza with his clearance suit (remember??) BUT ZAPPOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND COMPARE-THE BEST!!

I loved these shoes for awhile - I got the very comfortable shoes in two colors. They began to have a very obnoxious odor which even others noticed. How embarrassing! They also stretched out. I wore them for approx. 3 mos. and had to throw them in the trash. Softspots has some great styles, reasonable prices, but I'll never buy them again.

No wide enough - Okay, I have a wide foot, so I ordered extra wide. Still not wide enough! Extra wide in every other brand of shoe I tried fits, but not this shoe. Also, the leather is very stiff. Had to send them back.

Returning - Returning. The toe bed is too narrow. My toes hang over on both sides.
