Great Sandals - Fit is very good, especially for my wide feet. Very comfortable - only issue is sometimes the sole is a bit slippery so I've slipped out of the shoe a couple of times. But still love them and would certainly get another pair when these are old and dirty.

Felt Like Slippers - When I get a new pair of shoes I usually have to break them in...Not the case with this shoe. Right out of the box they felt like slippers & I wore them an entire day while running errands without any problems. I intend on getting them in other colors.

Comfort in style - I am very pleased with comfort of shoe! Although runs a little wider than the sizing states, due to nonslip insole, the shoes are wonderful.

Bought this shoe to take on vacation. I wore it right out of the box to the plane. Very comfortable and no break in period. I love to wear slip on shoes and these are cute and comfortable. Wore them all the time I was on vacation. Would definitely purchase another pair in another color.

Absolutely best shoe ever - I have an extremely hard foot to fit and suffer from arthritis as well. This shoe is the very most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The ones I ordered in April are my third pair, Thanks Softspots for such a comfortable, stylish shoe that fits to perfection!

Perfect casual shoe! Just put this shoe on and walk! There was no "breaking in" at all. This will certainly be my favorite shoe this season. May even order another color.

Comfortable casual sandal - I needed to replace my old casual sandals, but wanted a little heel. Since I wear them all the time, they had to be comfortable. These are very comfortable. Only drawback, if at all, is the sole is light colored. I'm afraid that may make them look dirty after a few wears. The top felt a little loose at first, so they may stretch out, time will tell.

All around great shoe - This is my second pair. I purchased first a brown pair and now a black. Comfortable out of the box, can walk all day in them without my feet hurting in the end. I ordered a narrow this time because the first pair stretched out some and the fit is fine.

I have difficult feet to fit because they are very narrow. Zappos is one of the only places I can find any shoes in N size. I have ordered and returned several shoes until I finally found these which I am able to wear comfortably. A different style in the same size in same brand (Skylar) are too wide. Thanks for Zappos for allowing me to try them at home. I live in a city with very few shoe stores and they both carry only medium widths.

Second Pair - I love this shoe it’s very comfortable, high enough to meet my company's standards for dress shoes and my feet look good in them.

Excellent sandal! I love this shoe. I have arthritis in my ankles after a car accident and need a good sturdy shoe with a heel. It's nearly impossible for me to find what I want that looks good AND has the quality to give me the support I need. This is a top quality shoe that is comfortable and attractive. I am very happy with this purchase and plan on buying another in a different color.

Comfort - These shoes are so comfortable. They're nice enough to wear to work and casual enough for every day. Love them.

COMFORTABLE - I wore these right out of the box. Super soft and comfortable. Not THE MOST stylish shoes, but they look pretty darn good, too. I was most impressed, though, with the comfort. My first Softspots. I'm a 12 M-W and the 12 fit very true to size.

Hurt Heels - When I first put this shoe on, it felt so comfortable. There is a lot of padding and the top straps are real soft. But, after wearing them around the house I could tell my heels were going to hurt. I have plantar fasciitis and a lot of shoes make my heels hurt after a few hours. I own the Softspots Star and love them, so I will keep looking for a comfy Softspots sandal.

Comfortable enough to walk around touring in the city, in summer. No break in period needed. Maybe not the trendiest look, but fine for work also.

Comfortable - Comfortable shoes are important to me and these are wonderful. I wear these sandals to work about three days a week. I bought the black shoes and plan on wearing them as late into the fall as I can.

Chic shoe - I liked these shoes so much; I bought the wine color also. I really like the color variations in the brown and wine colors. Subtle, but very interesting. The shoe fits well, but does not feel comfortable enough to wear all day long. The straps can feel a little tight across the instep after hours of wear, but that could just be me. The insole and footbed are like walking on pillows. Great shoe!

Great for a no-store shopping experience - I recently had knee replacement surgery. I knew I couldn't stop in stores for shoes to attend a wedding, and went to your site. The shoes I chose fit wonderfully, are very comfortable and stylish, and will look dressy for a wedding, yet I will be able to wear them for many other occasions also. Due to my surgery, I needed to choose a pair of shoes that were low heeled, yet dressy. I was totally satisfied with my experience with Zappos and the shoes they sent to me. It was a great to know that you could be of such fast and efficient help. Thank you! I will be shopping with you more in the future.

Traci Softspots are great - Ordered a pair in brown and one in black. Both fit perfectly and I can wear them all day and they are still very comfortable. I even wore them for a day of shopping and my feet felt great at the end of the day. They look good, too!

These are great shoes! These shoes were so comfortable, I bought another pair! The insoles are so soft and cushiony, it's like walking on air. The heel height is just right - not too low and not too high. I wear them everyday.

These are the best pair of sandals that I have ever purchased. They were comfortable enough to wear all day from the moment that I put them on. I sometimes wear an 8 1/2 in dress shoes but ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. I am thinking of buying another pair in a different color.
