Tatianna - Comfortable for working and walking all day, padding is great, strap is a little on the snug side.

Nice but poor fit - I usually wear a 7C and ordered the 7 wide; they were too narrow and too long, and the heel cup pressed into my foot. Also the "wine" is more red than wine. I'll try again with a 6.5WW and a little cordovan shoe polish. The insole seems very comfy.

Summer comfort and style - Cute, comfy hurache style... just what I was looking for. And with a slight heel, too! I bought them in "wine" and the color is beautiful. Took a week or so to break them in, but now they're almost perfect.

Pretty shoes for work - After ordering an 8M by mistake and experiencing Zappos fantastic return policy, I bought these in an 8W. They fit well except for the ankle strap. Because I have fairly thick ankles I had to add a hole, which made them just right. Fortunately there was enough room on the strap to do that. The strap and buckle are quite narrow and a little challenging for someone with flexibility issues. The shoes are quite comfortable. I haven't worn any sort of heel in a long time, and found these have excellent support. The tan color is very nice with everything, and the shoe itself makes my wide foot look feminine and pretty.

Softspots Tatianna - These shoes are comfortable to walk in all day while at work. I just wish they were more stylish. They seem to be a little too casual for me but work with my summer business clothes okay.

Just what I was looking for - This is my first pair of shoes from Zappos and they everything went smoothly, from the initial order to getting the pair within a week of my order. The shoes are a little hard to break into and the straps are a little scratchy around my ankles. I got this pair for work and weekends. I would recommend it. It's cute!

Tatianna Redux - I had a pair of Tatianna’s last year in the light tan color and wore them to death so I had to buy another pair this year. They are by far one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned! Get yourself a pair in several different colors!

Softspots Tatianna - My comfy Naturalizer brand blue and black shoes were well worn and medium width was too big after losing weight. Zappos carries many styles and great service, so I ordered three styles of Softspots. The Tatianna Navy (9 1/2 N) works the best. I am able to put in my orthodics and not remove any sole material. The first day I wore the navy pair I had total comfort and forgot they were new until I went to take them off ten hours later. The buckle is time consuming and a little short had to use the last hole, probably because of orthotic, and the Naturalizer had a velcro strap that held well, so I was spoiled. I also ordered a tan pair because I liked the style in a 9 1/2 M and it was still manageable for width. The surprise was that the 9 1/2 N that I ordered in white was wider than either of the other two pairs. I really like them, so will think a few more days, since I can't find anything in the stores and ZAPPOS has such a FANTASTIC RETURN SERVICE. I am also ordering them in black today. I hope that this will be a continuing style with Softspots since they are out of red and burgundy in my size. I noticed it has been reviewed since March 2007.

Almost perfect - These shoes look great and I think they will be comfortable, but I wore them for several hours the first time out and got blisters on my heels and on the bottoms of my feet. I want them for a trip to Europe because they are so versatile, so hopefully they will get "broken in" and be perfect.

Karen from Indiana - I got these shoes in Lt tan. Loved them for a n‏ude look. Extremely comfortable as they were available in wide and a nice cushion to the footbed. The heel was a great height too, not too high or low. I recommend these if a casual, comfortable shoe is what you're looking for. I did have to send the 6.5 back and get a 6 which I never wear; usually I get a 6.5 or 7!

Excellent Shoe - This shoe is excellent. The size, the style, the look, the feel, comfort, everything is quality. The only complaint I have with this shoe is that the left shoe makes a whooshing sound when I walk. I'm not certain why, unless it's because of the cushioned pad in the shoe. I have purchased other styles of Softspots and have always been very pleased.

Fine addition to summer shoe wardrobe - Casual enough for jeans but definitely appropriate for office wear, I celebrated spring by wearing my White Tatianna sandals before Memorial Day! There was a bit of rubbing on the top of one toe that I attribute to my OWN slightly deformed foot (from prior surgery). Other than that, a very comfy and attractive shoe that I could possibly purchase in another color if they wear well as the season progresses.

Tatiana - I just tried these on. Very comfortable shoe, but really very little arch support. Beware the light-colored stitching makes the black much less dressy. I wear an 11 narrow and in the pair I was sent, the right heel bed was bigger than the left - I checked it - so my heel moved around a lot. I may try another pair. Zappos, as always, was fabulous!

Good shoe - The shoe was comfortable but feels really flat.

So Comfortable - These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I usually buy much higher heels, but needed something to wear with capris. I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes. I have a very narrow heel and these are just a little too wide.

Cute shoes - These shoes are cute! They were too narrow though - I ended up returning them. In fairness, however, I find (as I get "older") that some shoes are better for me in a wider width while others continue to be just fine in a regular. I would've reordered, but they were a bit expensive for me in the first place. Again - they're cute!

Lightweight and comfortable - I bought these to wear with pants at work. Lightweight & very comfortable spring/summer shoe.

Didn't fit me correctly. I ordered these shoes for work in the lt. tan color. They did not have an 8M in my size so I decided to order 7.5 WW. This shoe is way too big for me. I definitely did not need double wide but it's also too long which I don't understand. It's a shame because I could tell these shoes would be unbelievably comfortable. They feel awesome!! Too bad they are the wrong size!

The right shoe fit perfectly. The left shoe was a full half size larger. Were they packaged mismatched? I have never had an issue of my feet needing two different sized shoes before, with this or any brand.

These are really cute shoes, but there are definitely design flaws. First, the inner lining is a cardboard type material so feet sweat. There is no padding so the walking is hard and uncomfortable. Next, the strap buckle is so tiny that adjustments are almost impossible. I am usually an 8 1/2M, but medium was not available so I went with the W. I'm glad I did. These shoes would run narrow if I had received the medium. Sorry to have to return such a cute shoe.

They are just ok not the support I want it's just an ok shoe

The shoes are cute. However, there was no arch support at all. I also had a difficult time with the buckle as it is so far back on the heel.

I bought this super cute shoe in a 9 WW and it was still too narrow in the toe box. I normally wear a 9W. I would say this shoe runs very narrow and not true to width.

I have worn Comfortiva Tatianna very happily for years and have them in all the available colors. Like others, I've had to replace them repeatedly as the elastic in the strap gives out - annoying, but acceptable for such a comfortable, versatile shoe, which I wore for 2 weeks of walking MILES every day in France and on many other trips, as well as for work. This time I ordered my usual size 9.5 M, Black, and the toes are too tight/pinching. This has NEVER happened before. I hope they stretch out but this shoe has never needed a "break-in" period before. The shoes seem a half size smaller and the leather seems much stiffer than previously. I do have a high arch and need a roomy toe box, and this has literally been my go-to shoe for 13 years. I've worn these out now (not thinking I'd have a problem) so can't return them. I am disappointed in my old favorite!
