They are true to size and comfortable, although a little pricey

These sandals hurt my left big toe, although they fit OK on the right foot. Also, I was disappointed in the the quality of the leather.

The size felt very true and the width also felt true but the style did not lend itself for comfort. I need a wide width and the straps that make up the front part of the shoe were just a bit tight. The leather felt soft enough to break in but I did not have them time.

Unfortunately these are going back. I first tried the 11 (normal size) and they were monstrously large. So, I ordered the 10, and when they arrived, they were ridiculously small!! Both pairs going back. No arch support.

I have a long slim foot, 11N, the straps across the lower part of the foot didn't come close to fitting over the top of the foot. The straps stuck up about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch above my foot. I would have needed a lot of padding to get the toe and lower part of the shoe to fit.

They didn't look as "old" as the picture depicts, but the shoes were tight. I love Comfortiva shoes, but this is the first pair that did not feel like a wide. I have to send them back and will try a WW which I haven't had to wear in a very long time.

I so wanted to love these. Fit was spot on, so comfortable but hate hate the tiny strap and buckle located on the outside of the foot.. I am not able to buckle these shoes. I wish the buckle placement was on the inside of the foot. Had to return.

Tried my usual 8.5 but too small, them a size 9 and still a little small--not long enough for my feet to feel comfortable. Also, these sandals had a stiff toe cage--way too rough for a comfort shoe. Lastly, the toe cage was too wide, leaving gaps on both sides of my feet. Returned them.

I wasn't crazy about these. First of all, I kept getting defective shoes sent to me so I had to return them. But once I found a pair that I could wear, they kind of creaked when I walked and it really bugged me. Plus they just weren't that comfortable for me. The straps over the toes were stiff (maybe that was all the creaking) and they weren't that flattering. I have narrow feet, wear between a 7.5 and 8, and an 8 narrow fit.

SO WIDE! I ordered a narrow but this fit more like a regular width. Had to return, my toes were SWIMMING (although it was the correct length!).

Pretty plasticky feeling and just not as comfortable nor durable of a walking shoe as I had hoped. Pretty cute, but I still returned.

Looks and feels more like plastic than leather. Strap and buckle are stiff, and the inside feels like plastic on the bare foot. Disappointing.

I was so excited to get these to replace similar shoes I had that were just worn out. When I received them I put them on immediately only to find that the strap was so short it could not be buckled. Even if I were to punch a hole closer to the end of the strap (which I considered), they would not have fit. I do have a very high in step, but was really shocked at how short the strap was. Sadly I had to return them and purchased something else instead.

My foot is like a Fred Flinstone foot -- size 6.5 EEE. I bought these 2 years ago in black WW and they are comfortable enough for work but maybe not for a long walk. When I bought the same style a few years later in navy, I was disappointed to find they are not quite as ample as the others. The ankle strap didn't even make it over my (admittedly crazy high) instep. For your run-of-the-mill wide foot, these are probably super comfortable and attractive. My search continues. . . .

I love the style of this shoe and since I could get in WW width, I ordered it. Sadly, I am returning it because the strap is TOO short! I have had the same problem with other shoes with straps and the heel of the shoe is uncomfortable.

I take a size 12M. I usually encounter shoes that are too small, not too big. But I found that this shoe was too long and too wide. It was like the front of my foot was in a large bird cage. I would have ordered them in a smaller size, but like others have commented, I found the loop that holds the buckle to be weak and the elastic in it was breaking down. The shoes are going back.

Cute but did not wide enough. Also, ordered a 6.5WW and got a 6 WW. Seems to run small.

Bought these a few years ago and still have them, but did have to get one of the straps sewn back in. I was walking and the strap just came unglued. Also, the leather in the footbed area isn't well made and loses strings of fabric or sewing material. Overall, they're comfy and last but wouldn't get them again.

I bought three pairs of closed toe sandals (three different brands). Two fit perfectly, but unfortunately this pair - Comfortivas - was too tight in the toe area and had to return them. Almost seemed like a smaller size. Otherwise, shoes seemed well constructed and were attractive and appropriate for office or casual wear.

I got these to replace some beloved softspots in a discontinued-yet-similar style. Boy was I disappointed! These are substantially narrower and less cushy than the old ones.

I did not find this shoe to be as comfortable as the Clark bendable shoes

I purchased these shoes for my 15 year old daughter, for everyday Summer outing shoes. She loves them, and wants another pair As far as size goes, the shoes for her, needed to be a half size larger. The wide width was true to size. The arch support hasn't been a problem. My daughters really like the look and comfort. She looks great in these shoes.

So many great reviews, I thought this shoe would be a sure thing. Unfortunately, the AA/narrow was to wide for my feet. Additionally, the heel did did not feel secure as I walked. The heel doesn't span the entire width of the shoe and I felt it would cause further pronation or ankle twisting.

good looking shoe and true to size, but the soles are hard plastic and will not work for extended walking, alas, so these are going back

I received defective shoes, I wore them once and the ankle strap broke. Other then that they ran slightly big but were overall comfortable.
