The toe box was short and the width was too wide, especially for an advertised narrow shoe. I wasn't impressed with the leather since it looked more like vegan leather. I was very disappointed in the feel and looks of this shoe.

They are decent shoes. I am really, truly a 10.5 wide. I try doing the 10 -- it's too small and I try the 11 -- it's too big :(

I had trouble getting my wide foot into these, and I felt no arch support, so I returned them.

These are cute shoes but they were much to short in length. Leather next to my foot was a little rough. I returned them.

I returned the shoes for 2 reasons. The blue was more of a greenish blue and the straps at the toe allowed my little toe to get caught. The leather didn’t seem like true leather. Somewhat cheap.

Loved the shoe, it is super cute. This size felt great except that I would need an extra inch to the thickness of my foot for the toe box to fit. The width was great, the cushion was very nice, and enough room in front of my toes if they swelled a little. I usually buy size 11.

Unfortunately these were too narrow even in WW width for me. I have several pairs of another Comfortiva style and had high hopes for these, but sadly had to return them as the toe box was too tight and uncomfortable.

Nice shoe but not much room at toe. Had hard time buckling shoe strap and metal clasp tiny. Hard for me to reach clasp. 77 years old and not as agile as I once was. Returned.

The straps were too hard for me to buckle.

These shoes were a huge disappointment. I just received them and it took me about 10 minutes just to put them on. The straps are kind of short and it’s really awkward trying to buckle them yourself. Then they were huge everywhere.

Nice Sandal, but the leather straps on the right sandal were too long. Left side perfect.

My big toe popped out a bit.

Buckle was difficult to secure & even on the largest setting they still felt to snug. Over all they are a very nice fit and finish, except the buckle issue.

These were cute, but the front was too hard and too short for my feet, even though it should have been my size. I also have flat feet, and the front area was too roomy above my foot.

I have a very narrow foot. Even though these were Narrow, still too wide and loose on my foot. The shoe is very nice, just not slim enough.

I don't wear them all the time, but at first they were nice bought them back in April 2019 now they squeak at where the flat ball of the foot area meets the slight incline in the sole, and I hate it! I don't think they are supposed to do that. and for my most expensive pair of shoes I own it is a little disappointing. THe fit though is nice and no blisters yet from the start. Just the squeak Zappos if you want to replace them I will gladly accept. They are nice to wear I just can't take the squeak every time I wear them.

Even though I bought a wide width, I had to return it for a 1/2 size bigger than normal (and bigger than the size I bought previously). They are a great value and I expect to be delighted with the right size.

It's become practically impossible to find narrow shoes that actually are as narrow as I've been wearing for many years. I kept these shoes because I needed a pair of shoes but it continues to be a compromise. So I checked to see what I could find in slim. Guess what? Almost no shoes available in slim and those that are available tend to be clunky. I'm very discouraged about this...

I wear a wide and often find that they’re too long as well as wide, thus they gap or one foot is too big. These actually feel like true to size but are wide enough for my feet.

Very attractive shoe but was tight in toebox. Made toes hurt so had to return.

Cute...just didn’t feel right for the shape of my foot.

I love these shoes- this is the third pair of them I've ordered as I wore out the other two. I ordered 6.5 in black same as always. The shoes looked like always- good quality, nice style etc. BUT_ the left fit perfectly and the right shoe was so tight in the toe that it felt like the little leather strips were cut too short. The shoe was the right length-just very tight in the toe box like it was too small. I thought it might stretch out since its leather but it just didnt feel right so I am sending them back. Sorry- I love these shoes as they are both kind of dressy and stylish but also comfortable. Wish they had the great quality control that they used to have. Also some other colors besides black and white and navy

I have a narrow foot and so I ordered in a 7 1/2 narrow. The shoe runs wide even in a narrow and specifically gaps out at the sides at the opening of the shoe. So I had to return. Also runs short. Otherwise, a very pretty shoe.

They were very comfortable and fit well right out of the box. I also appreciated the non-skid soles. However, I didn't think the color was a true navy. I also found the strap extremely difficult to fasten, as others have noted. And ultimately I thought they were just not very attractive. I really appreciate Zappos's easy return policy.

These are really cute shoes BUT, like someone else said on here, my shoes arrived asymmetrical. On one shoes my big toes showed quite a bit and on the other my little toes was almost completely exposed. They looked very weird and seemed to not match at all. I have really wide feet and ordered the WW but they still were not wide enough for me in my normal size. I tried half a size up, which helped with the width, but then there was just too much empty space in front of my toes which you could see because of the spacing in the straps. I wanted so much for these to work but they just didnt for me. the soles seemed very comfortable and I feel would have been great for all day wear, but the width just didnt work for me, especially with the straps being easily moved....
