Cute right out of the box, but how could anyone tolerate wearing these? Hard to stand up straight or gracefully. All that material and leather - just too clumsy.

My toe was pinched in the front and the straps were difficult for me to deal with.

The shoes are long enough bt they gapped terribly on my instep. Also, my toes came through the straps. They are cute but the fit is for a wider foot, in my opinion.

Good looking shoe, but scraped my foot at the instep. Just not a good fit.

Great height, support, toe width, general size. But leather was not soft and hammertoe was immediately extremely uncomfortable rubbing against upper inside of toe area.Since most people don't have hammertoes, I gave these 3 stars, but if you do have a hammertoe (or more than one), comfort is a 1.

I thought I usually will go with the Comfortiva brand, but for some reason, I didn't really care for these after putting them on. The size was OK, but they looked a little "clunky"so I think I will go for more of a dressy sandal, instead.

Attractive shoe but not comfortable on my sore feet.

This is not your comfort shoe. It's very nice looking and I like the heel height. However, the arch did not fit me right, and the strap was impossible to get fastened. Not a comfortable shoe so I am returning.

These shoes are very cute; unfortunately, they felt very stiff and did not fit my feet well, so will be returning. For someone with a more normal foot than I, these would probably be fine.

This shoe is too wide for me.

They make a clacking sound on hard floors. Not horrible, but for my job I must have absolutely quiet shoes. Must return.

I returned these sandles because I wanted white, white white, these were more of an egg shell color.

Although marked as narrow this shoe was too wide for me.

The shoe was way to wide....it said narrow, but it was not narrow....

I have a pair of these in black that I LOVE , however The top of the left heel of this pair was torture I could not wear these for more than 15 minutes without forming a blister

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, and are a great summer option for those of us forced to wear “closed” toe shoes to the office. Unfortunately, like others, I’ve discovered today that the elastic that holds the buckle is a very weak link as it gave way after only 6 weeks of wear. Fingers crossed the shoe repair store can fix them, with something sturdier, because they are otherwise a fantastic shoe.

The elastic band breaks down really fast.

I wish these Soft Spots came in half sizes above the 10. I would re-order 1/2 size smaller if they were available. This is a negative for us ladies with larger feet. Otherwise they are a nicely made and well priced leather shoe. Zappos is the best.

For a 7.5 it was quite short.

Shoe was much too wide. Not a narrow. More like a medium.

To big and I usually get 11w because I accidentally wear 11.5, fit like a 12xw, definitely not 70.00 shoes

The shoe was way too wide! I wear a 9AA and that’s the size on the box. Did not fit my long skinny feet. Very disappointed!

Great shoe and very well made. I loved the style but I could not buckle it and have enough strap left to fit through the base of the buckle.

They were too small and the wide shoe was way too big! Like the shoe, but they have to go back.
