Sadly this shoe was good except it was a bit too short in the toe. Had to return.

The "navy" is not navy - it's like a gray blue teal. The straps in the front are way too loose - big gaps between the foot and the straps, bigger gaps on the left. Comfort seems ok, not exactly arch support but feel sufficiently stable; I'm not pronating in it which is good. It would possibly make an ok dancing shoe due to not a lot of grip on the outsole, and I need a fun, casual dance shoe, so I'll order the same size in black - see if the construction is any better. If they made a narrow I would try it, though I never order narrow - that's how baggy the front straps are.

Comfy and cute! I really like them. I gave the overall rating 4 stars because of the sole - the plastic is a little cheap.

Pretty shoe, but about a half size too small.

The shoe is uncomfortable for me. I don't like all the small pieces the shoe is made of---they rub on my toes.

I will be returning this item because of the lack of ease CB of putting on and taking off this shoe. Wish there was an easier way than having to undo and secure the buckle each time.

I bought these is 2 different sizes. 11W and 10W The 10W was a perfect fit overall - just a little too short. My big toe hit the end. There is no 10 1/2 so I ordered the 11W. It was way too big and wide. My toe was over an inch from the end and the toe box was way too wide. The materials were excellent and the look was perfect. It was with a heavy heart that I returned those shoes.

I have wide feet so tried the WW. Unfortunately they were just a tad too wide so reordered in normal wide and hope they fit because they are really cute on!

I liked them and still wear. the buckle straps went bad and needed to be replaced, which is a matetidl or design flaw imho. but since i have picky feet and they work for me I paid $20 for replairs. thats a sustainable option and employees people.

Returned them as I wanted to keep the navy pair. Would liked to have kept them both, but I'm being conservative because of inflation right now.

I wore out three pairs of these versatile sandals in what seems like years ago, and I was surprised when I found that Softspots still makes them. Purchased them in two colors and kept the navy as that color seems to sell out the fastest. The sandals are not luxuriously comfortable or supportive like Finn Comfort or Mephisto, but they don't have the higher price tag either. I'll be wearing them with summer dresses when I won't be doing a lot of walking.

I don’t know how to soften the back because I always get the worst blisters in the back of my foot with these shoes. Very stiff leather. Other than that they are cute and comfy.

These shoes look good and seem to be well-made. Sadly, I am sending them back because they are too wide for my narrow feet (Narrow was not available so I had to go with medium when I ordered them)

I wear an 8 1/2 N, these seemed to run a little short. I would have ordered the next size up, but they weren’t available.

I like the shoes. They are pretty. The leather is not soft but comfortable enough. A little difficulty with the buckle.

Ran small, but my local shoe repair shop was able to strech them.( Next size up was out of stock.)

More of a dark blue grey. Strips got hung up on my big toe intermittently.

I like the fact that you compare size to other shoes one may own. Great idea!

These shoes were cute but too small. They were tighter than other shoes I've ordered of the same size. So, if you buy them order a half size to a full size larger than you normally would.

There was a bit of room in the toes. It also rubs on the top of your toes. Also, the right shoe makes a “pfff” sound, when you take a step. Like air is escaping from the shoe.

Fit is good. Thin strips a allow feet to stay comfortable.

I have bought 3 pairs of these sandals. Excellent for my wide feet (ball of the foot and toes). Good shoes for moderate walking and standing. The only defect is the tiny buckle. These are very flimsy. One pair's buckles broke after long use, so I ordered a new pair to replace them. On my other pair, used a lot less frequently because of the color, the buckle is getting difficult to fasten, so I'm afraid to use them too much lest the elastic and buckle break there as well.

The upper part of the shoe felt uncomfortable as I could feel all the seams underneath the vamp, could not wear them.

The fit was fine. The style was OK. Considering it’s a comfort shoe pretty cute but if you are looking for fashion forward it’s not quite there yet! The materials could have been better. I ordered it in the carmel and navy. The carmel was OK but the navy was a weird shade of blue. Admitted navy can be tough. I returned the navy because of the color and the carmel because it just wasn’t zingy enough. That said the carmel is worth considering if you need a basic comfy and run around shoe!
