Tatianna - Beautiful! I bought the one and one-half inch heel shoe in black and the reddish color. The cushioning is perfect. I am going to order the tan shoe, also. I have chubby ankles, but the strap had enough length to allow for them. I did not have to puncture an opening as I normally have to.

Just about perfect. Lovely comfort with a bit of style. I wear these to the office and get compliments every day I wear them. Can't ask for more.

Very Comfortable - Softspots seem to run a size longer. I wear an 8.5 WW in all other shoes and in Softspots wear a 7.5 WW. Nice that they come in WW and these are a good looking shoe for those of us who want a more closed style. Good cushioning on insole and nice arch support.

I love these shoes! I have Morton's Neuroma so I have to find a shoe that has a wide enough toe box so they don't squish my toes and I also have arch support - otherwise I have unbearable pain in my one foot within the first hour after putting shoes on. So even though I don't have a wide foot, I still have to order shoes in size wide to get enough room for my toes. I ordered the first pair in tan in 7-1/2 wide. I normally wear 7-1/2 but these were at least 1/2 a size too big and too wide. I sent them back and ordered a size 7 wide and they fit perfect! I wore them today for the first time and had them on for 9 hours straight. My feet did not hurt one bit. I noticed that there isn't a great deal of arch support, but for some reason it didn't bother my foot AT ALL. The memory foam felt wonderful on my feet, there was plenty of room in the toes, and there was no pain at all! I love them so much I just ordered another pair in black. I also love the look - they are stylish enough to wear with dresses, skirts, pants or capris.

A great sandal - This is a beautiful comfortable sandal. I have a bunion on one foot and of course the bunion works its way through the straps, but that doesn't make it a show stopper because of the comfort.

Cute, not quite as comfy as other Softspots - I really like this shoe a lot, but it does rub the tops of my toes by the end of the day. Also, the ankle strap (something I'm not used to) gets a tiny bit uncomfortable by day's end. All in all, though, I love having a covered up option in a summer shoe!

Love these shoes! I just wore these to work for the first time. They are SO cute. They are an up-to-date style (which is tough for me to find for my size 12 feet!), and they are very comfortable. I'll be wearing these a lot this summer for sure!

Very comfortable - These shoes are really comfy. I work in retail and have 2 pairs now. They are great for summer with skirts, dresses, crops or jeans.

Simply a great shoe! I love this shoe and am considering ordering another in a different color. It is very comfortable and can be worn with casual or semi-dressy clothes.

Nice looking shoe that is also very comfortable. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit my size 7 AA foot and this one fit the bill nicely. Works well with dresses, skirts or nice pants. I needed it fast for an upcoming cruise to wear on the formal dress nights at dinner, and as usual Zappos delivered superior service with great speed. I placed the order late on a Saturday and was very pleased to find the order on my doorstep the following Monday. Thanks Zappos!!!

Sandal with a closed toe - This is the perfect summer "sandal" when you are required to wear a closed toe. I go to a lot of meetings, etc and the dress code is closed toe. This is a stylish look while being "legal". If you don't like how your feet look, it's also a good alternative to a shoe in the summer. I hear a lot of women say they won't wear sandals because of toe fungus, etc. This gives them a summer look without exposing their toes.

Best cute shoe ever - I bought these shoes because they are cute and a friend told me they are comfy. (And I liked the return policy!) I tried hers on to plan the size ordering, and got it right. I first wore them on the 3rd day of a jazz festival after I had blisters from dancing in my other shoes. I expected to have to take them off soon. They were so comfortable - what a relief! I wore them while dancing all day.

You Guys Are GREAT - The shoes came very quickly, were soft as advertised, pretty and in size 5-1/2 - which I have trouble finding. I will definitely be shopping here more often. I've been telling all my friends about Zappos!

Get a pair in each color - I have hard-to-fit feet, and these shoes are comfortable enough to wear on a hike without even being broken in. They're classy-looking, too, and could be adapted for casual or dress depending on the outfit. They come in five different colors.

Comfy, comfy, comfy! I ordered this shoe hoping it would help my plantar fasciitis, this is a new condition, and the only shoe I was wearing was a sneaker, WELL this shoe not only looks good, its also stylish and very wearable with so many things. Most important it is so comfortable and the bottom of my foot feels protected because it’s well-padded!

I'm smiling! I usually hesitate ordering clothing on line, because the few times I've done so, I've needed to return them (which, as you know, can be a hassle and an expense) but after reading the reviews here (and Zappos 'consumer friendly' return policy) I took a chance and ordered these shoes last night, and to my delight and surprise, THEY ARRIVED THIS MORNING! (I did my research before purchasing, and although most sites were competitive, I found Zappos price/return policy to be the 'best all around' deal on line for this shoe.) With fingers crossed, I put them on and they fit me perfectly! I have wide ankles, and was concerned that the cross strap might not be long enough (or might be too tight) but in fact it is long enough, and then some! =o) Although I can and do wear 'regular' width shoes if necessary, I have wide feet and usually wear a size 10 (W if available) in winter w/thick sox. So I ordered a 9.5 W and this shoe fits perfectly! (My toes even still have room to wiggle! =o) These shoes are comfortable, cute and feminine! I got the wine color and am half tempted to order the tan as well! I've never written a 'product review' before, but I thought I'd help encourage another 'wide ankled' woman to 'take the leap' and try these for herself. You'll be delighted to find that you don’t have to add your own 'hole' at the end of the strap so as to buckle it closed! =o) Zappos follow up letter about being 'service oriented' really impressed me as well. In summary, I'm smiling!

Love this shoe - I have heel spurs on the back of my heels (can not be operated on) so I am constantly looking for comfortable shoes. This shoe is the best! I usually wear clogs so they don't dig into my heels but I have a hard time finding dressy clogs. This shoe does not dig into my heel and looks very nice with a dress or pants. I am very pleased and have ordered another pair in a different color. Thanks for the quick shipment too!
