These shoes, as well as the other 3 pair I purchased and a pair of boots, are the most comfortable footwear I have ever had. I can where them for hours; they fit very well.\r\nI have very short, wide feet, and this is the only place I have found that has shoes that actually fit my feet. I am so pleased.

Zappos is a great place to shop. I bought this shoe in black and tan. I need a 71/2 EE width shoe, and finding shoes is impossible, even in NY. They make shopping very easy, and returns are a breeze. Also, you get merchandise very fast. This is a wonderful comfortable shoe. Do not hesitate to shop with them. Free shipping and returns are a very big plus when shopping for shoes. I have used them before this and will do so again and again.

I liked these shoes enough to buy a second pair. They are very comfortable and don\'t need any breaking in. I have a bunion and this shoe is perfect with its strappy sides.

These are awesomely comfortable shoes! I have had the black and the tan for a couple of years. I keep hoping they will come out in a dark brown, please! They are great with skirts, dresses and dressy shorts. Could also wear with pants. I am able to wear them for hours, walk all over and feel great, and I usually have a horrible time finding comfortable shoes.

Comfort and style come together in this shoe. Glad they come in other colors as I will order more.

I ordered Softspots Tatianna shoes to wear to a wedding. They are the most comfortable shoe. I danced in them with no problem, and after twelve hours of wearing them, my feet felt great. They are true to size, great fit, and the people at Zappos are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely order from Zappos again.

I bought this shoe to wear with a dressy outfit. I have very arthritic feet and can usually only wear shoes with thickly cushioned soles and heels. These shoes are wonderful. I'm writing to tell everyone who wants to know, I love these shoes! They are really comfortable & I get a lot of compliments on them also. I love all the SoftSpot shoes that I own! One thing that I can always count on is that they have my hard to fit size. (I wear a size 6.5WW.) There is never a "breaking in" period like with some other shoes I have bought in the past. They have many styles in all of their quality shoes.

These shoes are great. I have a very narrow foot. I also need a lot of arch support and these do a good job. I needed a comfortable shoe that looked good with my dress for a wedding recently so I ordered a second pair in black. I already have a pair in red. My feet felt great all evening. And Zappos service is the best. Even though I ordered in the afternoon my shoes arrived the next morning.

These shoes are fabulous! Extremely comfortable, and true to size. Heel support is excellent! I have had a heel spur, and can wear these shoes with no problems at all. I have worn them on trips to Paris and Quebec City, where I did a great deal of walking! The heel is just high enough, but not too high! Colors are great; the wine color is light, but very pretty. Zappos is truly the best company! Shipping is lightning fast! Customer service so courteous and polite! I love Zappos!

I have bought a number of shoes from Zappos. I bought 2 pairs of the Tatianna shoes and had ordered them in the wrong size. It was so easy to return them! I received the correct size and they've been great for work. I am unable to wear open-toed shoes at work, so these were perfect for summer. I have to say something about Zappos' service. It is unparalleled. They are so helpful and give me such a great shopping experience that I will continue to be their customer.

I love these shoes! I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to with these shoes. I've been searching for attractive close-toed shoes for some time. Have them in two colors and use them for casual and dressier occasions. I wore them to an amusement park recently and am delighted to say my feet felt great at the end of the day. They are more comfortable than my Merrell hiking boots!

I love the shoes. They are so comfortable. I ordered the narrow and they fit perfectly. I have a problem with my left foot so I really need the extra padding, but I am never sure until I wear the shoes if they will work for me. They are great.

Not only do I love the shoes, but there's quite a story to them: I ordered the red Tatianna shoes on July 21, for a wedding in Mexico that weekend. They arrived the next day (Wednesday), which was great since we were flying to San Miguel Friday morning. I wear a size 10, but when I took them out of the box, they looked large. The box was marked as size 10, but the inside of the shoes were marked size 12. I called Customer Service, and explained my problem. A wonderful woman named Helen put in another order with instructions to make sure the shoes were correctly sized, and to get them to me on Thursday. She couldn't promise that they would make it on time (less than 24 hours!), but they would try. The next evening we went out to dinner - no shoes. When we returned though, the shoes were on my doorstep, and they fit perfectly! They looked great with my dress, and were very comfortable and true to size. This is a big Texas "Thank you!" to Helen, and to Karen, Kyle, and Dustin, who did such an amazing job of getting them to me in 24 hours! Wow! You've got a loyal customer here.

I love the Tatiana sandal by SoftSpots. They are the moost comfortable sandal I can remember wearing. The padding in the shoe conforms to your foot resulting in cushioned support that literally lasts all day. Moreover, theshoe itself is very cute, ion fact, it looks much nicer when seen directly than it does when you are looking at it on the internet. I highly recommend these sandals for anyone looking for comfort, walkability, and an attractive style. I will definitely be looking to purchase this show in more than one color. I will also look for more shoes by SoftASpot made with the same cushioned insole.

I purchased Tatianna in navy last year. I loved it so much that this year I bought a pair in white and the tan. They fit well, look cute on my 8 1/2 EE wide feet. They can be used with capris, short pants, and casual dresses. So versatile and so comfortable. I am on my feet all day up and down. I love 'em!

I absolutely love this shoe. I have an extremely hard time finding shoes that really fit my very wide feet and that don't aggravate my bunion, and that don't look like orthopedic shoes. After exchanging an 11 WW for an 11W (as the shoe runs wider than normal), this shoe was completely comfortable right out of the box. I especially love the memory foam insoles; nothing can compare with them. What is more, these actually look cute and fashionable. I ordered this shoe in just about every color it comes in, and I've been living in them all summer.

Love these shoes! They are so cute and go with skirts or pants. When I first wore them, the heel rubbed against my foot, but after breaking them in they are so comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These shoes are really cute and super comfy. I have horrible foot problems from prior injuries and was a little sceptical when I ordered them. They ended up being my favorite shoes and I would recommend them to anyone who hates the look of their toes.
