These are beautiful shoes! I ordered the wrong size the first time. The exchange could not have been easier. I still got them in time for the wedding! Zappos rocks!

These were a perfect work shoe with skirts and slacks. I love them and they didn't even require a bunch of painful break-in time. One complaint is they make a squishy sound as I walk, but not any more or less annoying than the clack of heels when co-workers walk by the office, so, that's not a huge deal breaker for me!

I like this shoe a lot. I did have to exchange for 1/2 size larger. I have a little longer toes than average and size depends on the shape of the shoe. It is comfortable and has a nice cushion bed.

I wanted a summer shoe that would be appropriate for work. Open toe sandals are too casual, but these are perfect. They look great with a skirt or casual dress and are VERY comfortable.

These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. They are dressy enough to use for casual work, and incredibly comfortable when I am on my feet for long periods of time. No chafing, no blisters. Nice padding under the soles of the feet.

These shoes are wonderful, I am not easy to fit so I was not sure how they were going to work out - they fit very well, are cushy and comfortable too!

Super comfy for my super wide feet. I can rarely find anything with a little heel that is comfortable, but this is the shoe!

Super comfy and super cute... which I don't usually find in a EE shoe! I told my husband that I hoped he liked them because he would be seeing them a lot this summer.

At first I thought they might be a little narrow even though I bought wide and a half size too long. I decided to keep them and am so glad I did. I wore them all day for 11 hours and no heel pain or ankle pain at all. And they're cute on top of that. They are every bit as comfortable as my Dansko sandals. Love.

I love these shoes. Can be worn dressy or with jeans. Comfy. The pair I received were too tight, called Zappos and they overnighted a wider pair. So happy with SHOES AND SERVICE.

I bought these after foot surgery and they are very comfortable. I ordered navy blue, but I think I received black. I'm a little color blind so I'm not sure if the navy is really dark or if a mistake was made. I love them anyway!

This is a good looking, comfortable sandal. It will go with my spring and summer clothes very nicely. Very happy with my purchase.

Typical Softspots comfort and style. Quality leather and great arch support. True navy that is obviously not black. Perfect heel lift for pants or skirt.

These are adorable! I bought a size 5 in black and tan. They fit, perfectly and are very comfortable. They don't make my feet hurt at all. I think this style looks good on young people AND older people too. I can wear these with many of my outfits.

Cute shoe, but I have bunions, WW wide and hard to fit. Good try though. I wish it would have worked out. I will keep shopping. I give 5 stars because it is my foots fault it doesn't fit.

Cute casual shoe, but sadly the straps still hurt my one foot with the bunion. Ordered a 10 ww and reordered the 9 and 1/2, must truer fit.

Love these shoes! I have them in three different colors. I have worn them to work and to weddings. They can be challenging to buckle, but my husband has learned to do it quickly (although I can really buckle them myself), and he loves to ask me, "when did you get these shoes?" Thinking up a variety of smart-castic responses makes wearing these shoes even more fun!

Amazingly comfortable on my wide-ish little hoofies (size 5.5). Pro tip: I always apply some kind of moisture barrier, spray or stick, to the sides of my big & pinky toes to prevent blisters.

I love these shoes. I own three colors. They make a great shoe for teachers who are on their feet but want a little style! If I could change one thing, it would be the buckle. I would LOVE to see a Velcro closure! That would make the shoe PERFECT! It is tough to bend over and work the buckle. Not as flexible as I once was! LOL!

I get a lot of compliments on these! I got a pair in lavender and they're so pretty! Comfortable right out of the box and I wear a size 12W! I wear them with skinny jeans and they look great. Love them. :)

I have slightly wide feet with fairly high arches. Almost 100% of shoes I buy give me blisters and sore arches. These shoes are quite possibly the best shoe purchase I think I have ever made. They are super cute (I have them in Tangerine) and insanely comfortable. I wear these almost every day and they're cute with almost any outfit. The second or third time I wore them I walked six miles in them and of course my feet hurt a little by the end but it took a long time for my feet to start hurting and I think when they did it was more due to the fact that I haven't been walking much lately than it was due to the shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 W or a 9 regular but an 8.5 W in these was definitely too small. The ankle strip dug into my ankle and the toe box felt a little cramped. I switched them out for a 9 W and they're great - definitely a tiny bit loose but very comfortable and look great. If you're between sizes, I might suggest going for the higher size, especially if you don't have narrow feet or slim ankles.

Great shoes! Wore them on a two week trip; one of three pair taken. The Tatiana pair were better than the other two! You could wear then with a dress, slacks, and short; extremely versatile! Stylish, yet comfortable, too!

These shoes are extremely comfortable, have worn them every day since purchasing them. I bought a few pairs in different colors, and am very pleased the style and the fact that I can be on my feet all day and not feel like my feet want to scream at the end of the day. The fit is true to size. Highly recommend.
