Love my Birks - I love my Birks Boston Super Grip. I work in the emergency department and these shoes are the best. I auditioned a pair of Danskos for this job, but find the Birkenstocks to be much more comfortable for me. My feet and legs are not tired after my shift and the super grip sole is-well, super!!!

I ordered a size up from my open toed Birkenstocks and they were HUGE. Zappos has wonderful customer service and had the next size out and in my hands the next day. Those seemed still a little bigger than my other shoes fit but I know I will be wearing socks with them so I don't mind the extra room. I work 10-12 hour shifts and occassionally I come home with sore feet. I also wear the arch support socks but they are super thin too so I can't see those helping any. Either way I would recommend them. I will always support Birkenstocks. I have gizeh sandals I've had for 5 years with cracks in the sole that are still incredibly comfortable.

The fit was just a bit narrow, for my feet! Otherwise, they would have been great.

These unisex shoes are to wide for my foot and I wish they came in both women's regular and narrow as I love Birkenstock shoes.

always wanted a pair of birks that i could wear to the office; spring or fall. i ordered a size 41 as i wear a size 10 regularly and a size 10.5 when i am on my health walks. this birk is nicely made and is everything you expect from a birkenstock. thick leather. perfect finish. sturdy buckles. but i returned this purchase as the fit was so large on me that the clog would be lost midstep. my high insteps were fine with the ample room these have but again no tightening of the straps helped the looseness. i traveled to a local dept store that sells other styles of birks and the s.a. suggested this style did not fit me correctly. sorely tempted to try a 40 but opted instead for an athletic shoe for my 2018 walking season.

I love Birkenstocks but the leather on these looked cheap/fake??.

I believe I bought an equivalent of a womens 7 wide, it was wayy too wide. It felt like a 8Wide, my foot it constantly slipping around and im using my toes to grip on for dear life. They are comfortable, but they are not good for wearing for long hours as a nurse at this size. Unfortunate for me, it also felt like they stretched even more as time went on. If you want a wide pair I would size down. I bought my normal birkenstock size and I wish i sized down.

I love Birkenstocks. That's pretty much all I wear in Spring, Summer and Fall, however, these Boston Super Grips were a total disappointment for me. I wore them around the house for a couple of hours to check the fit. When I took them off my foot and ankle hurt so bad and they had a terrible squeak in them. Therefore, sadly, I had to return them. But I will try another style.

The shoe is fine but I walked in them the other day and my right foots toes were jamming into shoe. Very uncomfortable..I hope they will exchange or replace

It's been over 10 years since I've bought a pair of Birkenstocks; I've been wearing them for over 30 years, size 42 regular. These are not the shoes they used to be. The black shoes I just received are obviously narrower than the gray I purchased a long time ago but didn't wear (as the photo of the sole shows). It looks like yet another product has been destroyed by the sale of a company to a private equity firm (one which already owned multiple fashion brands). Looks like Birkenstocks are gone for good.

both shoes arrived damaged, scuff marks and dings on the leather. Were repackaged by Zappos in a basic box, not wrapped. Returning these. Should be perfect as new shoes

Fit way too big and footbed was not comfortable at all, I’ve only been wearing for a week.

Shoes fit fine. But why does the color (black) bleed through onto my socks? Plus little flecks of black, it's disgusting. I tried the oiled leather, too. Same problem.
