Hours on feet -- no problem - First timer in the restaurant industry -- I'm on my feet some 10 hours a day -- splurged and bought these shoes and never have regretted the higher expense. Legs are sore, back, hand, head, but NEVER feet -- they give such great support that you could go all night dashing back and forth. Worth every cent!

I couldn't live without my Danskos - I am a flight attendant who loves to work, but can't do heels. A co-worker told me about Danskos 4 years ago and I wear them daily, for work and play. I work 50-60/month hours more than the average flight attendant and my feet NEVER hurt! I've recommended them to everyone and haven't heard anything negative. I have 5 pair if that tells you anything! They are worth every penny! They are supposed to be big!!! You are supposed to fit a pinky finger in the back and the heel is supposed to go up and down. Otherwise they don't fit correctly. It takes a day or two to break them in, but I will never regret my Danskos.

Love 'em! I love Dansko professional! I teach art to Elementary students--on my feet ALL DAY--running around on slippery floors. These are the only shoes I wear to work--my feet do not tire in these shoes. I have several other styles of Dansko, but these are by far the most comfortable and supportive. I do have to say that I think these work, especially well for people who have a high arch. Maybe that is why they have gotten some "poor" reviews.

Confetti Danskos are the Cutest!! Jackson Pollack meets ultimate comfort!! I adore Dansko clogs and just got the newest Confetti ones - without question, the cutest pair of shoes I currently own. I only buy Dansko's professional clogs with the backs on them and the more traditional style clogs such as Ingrid and Sonja. I travel in them, stay on my feet all day and walk miles without complaint. There is no better shoe made!

Great shoes! I teach elementary school--hence little sitting down! I wear these several days a week during the colder months...even with skirts! (My sons call them my "Dutch Girl Shoes"). I NEVER have foot pain, back pain, arch pain, or any other pain associated with being on your feet all day. Mine are getting pretty old-7 years-but still look GREAT! My son is going into culinary school, and he's getting a pair-just like moms!

5 star shoe - Best for all day, even without socks. No fatigue at days end. I am in the dental field and these work out great for me to wear with my scrubs, a great look!

Dansko's Professional. A Nurses Must Have - Dansko Professional is the only shoe that I have found that keeps my feet from hurting. I am a Nurse and on my feet all day. I find that Dansko gives my feet the arch support that I must have. Thanks Dansko for my second pair of great shoes. It was great purchasing them from Zappos. I received them really fast!

Great shoes - I am on my feet all day most days, and these clogs are really supportive and comfortable. They require a short break-in, but after that they are great. I love the jade, and my friend has the purple oiled which are really pretty color wise.

They're great! These shoes are very comfortable. I work on cement floors and am on my feet all day...eight plus hours. These are the only shoes that I can wear for that amount of time without my feet hurting. They look great with jeans as well as other casual pants.

My favorite shoes- I love Dansko clogs, so no surprise these were perfect. The fuchsia is gorgeous! Not too bright, but definitely a real fuchsia. The professional series are so comfy and easy to walk in and great clogs for wet winters (with the protected back/heel). I'll keep adding the latest colors to my collection!

The best!! These are the greatest shoes ever. I own 3 pairs and just got the fuchsia leather in the mail today. Zappos is so speedy & the customer service is great. The color isn't too bright, but will be a nice accent with khakis or jeans. I can walk for miles in these shoes & find them to be like wearing good running shoes. Worth the money - you'll have them for years.

I'm a bartender and I've been looking for shoes for work because my feet have been hurting a lot lately with gym shoes which is what I've been wearing for 21 years. It took me 3 tries to get the right size in this shoe. I can image getting through a whole shift with them on. I last about 4 hours. Other reviews say it takes awhile to get use to them so I'm hoping that will happen for me. Other wise I can wear these shoes all day doing "what ever" and be fine. It's just work that I haven't been able to adjust to. Their a little expensive for a daily shoe but I'm keeping them. They are cute, easy to slip on and go. As a professional shoe? Only time will tell

Fantastic - I wanted a shoe I could walk all day in and still look good, and these are perfect! I've worn them everyday since I bought them a month ago and even in the rain they are amazing.

Great for Nurses or others who work long hours on their feet - As a nurse, having worked in different states and also in the Navy, I found out that my shoe choice was regulated more than my clothing. Many hospitals, for "insurance reasons" forbid the wearing of clogs with open backs because we run the risk of "falling off of our shoes." In the Navy, if working in area where hospital provided scrubs were worn, i.e., the OR or intensive care units, clogs were permitted, but they had to have backing and they had to be black, at least where I was stationed. Prior to discovering Zappos, I bought my first pair of Dansko clogs at a shoe store in the mall and they were one of the best career investments I've made to date! Anyone who works long hours on their feet, either moving from place to place, or standing still for long periods of time (like assisting with procedures in my case) these shoes will save your feet and especially your back! At the time I made this purchase, I had two bulging discs in my lower back and work was becoming extremely painful. But the first day I wore these clogs to work, the arch support or whatever magic part is in this shoe, made getting through my shift so much better! I dare say even comfortable! And if that wasn't enough, they look great and quickly became my "go to shoe", you know, the shoe you wear to do your every day running around. And now that I've found Zappos and their wonderful service, I can have a field day with all the different colors and styles! So now I can buy great looking, comfortable shoes in different styles, to wear with anything! I STRONGLY recommend these shoes, this brand and especially this store!

WOW! Make the rest of your footwear wardrobe obsolete- Finding shoes that I can work in comfortably for 8 or more hours is tough. I got a pair of these as a gift and it did take a day to adjust to feeling the arch support where my flat feet haven't got any, but they have been my "go-to" shoes ever since. Plenty of room for the toes, and with the 'sliding heel' function (which is not annoying at all, though it sounds like it may be) the fit was perfect for my narrow heels. I usually wear an 8 to get enough width for my forefoot, so 38's were perfect. Not too tight, not too loose. I'll be getting more in other colors! I gave these a 4 for looks... they do look better than expected for a "comfort shoe" but classic khakis, which are what I usually work in, are too straight to look stylish with these. However, trousers with more flare at the bottom compliment them perfectly. The oiled finish just looks better and better, and most scuffs can be buffed out with just your fingers.

Happy Feet! I tried the Dansko clogs the first day they arrived and have just loved them ever since. They are expensive, yet if I have finally found a shoe that I can wear for twelve hour and even sixteen hour shifts that I can be comfortable in. They were slightly tight in the top at first but then they loosened and felt fine. I get many compliments on them. I also may get the white for summers, but the black stays clean looking and are no maintenance. They are just great and I highly recommend them to anyone who is on their feet all day. Jennette G.

Dansko's Clogs - I travel a lot and bought these shoes specifically for treking around all over Europe. I was looking for an incredibly comfortable and supportive shoe that looked a bit nicer than your standard sneakers. So far these shoes have only accompanied me on a trip to London, but I look forward to wearing these shoes on many more trips in the future. Perfect shoe for what I was looking for.

Dansko Professional - Co-workers of mine have had the exact style of shoe that I purchased for 5+ years. I hope that mine last that long as well! If they do, I definitely will be purchasing more.

These shoes are awesome. They are a little ugly, but incredibly comfortable. They are really easy to keep clean too. I work in a bakery, so my shoes are always getting covered in flour and food. It all just wipes right off at the end of the day. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who works in a kitchen or is on their feet all day.

I have worn danskos for six years, I spend long hours on my feet. I have a history of back problems, which have been greatly reduced.

Best nursing shoes ever!! I have been a nurse for 12 years and this is the best pair of shoes I have bought. I have resisted spending very much money on my shoes in the past but these are well worth it. They are not cushy or soft when you put them on so I was skeptical about how comfortable they would be. After a 12 hour shift I was very pleased. I have bought shoes that at first feel very soft and cushy but that breaks down very quickly. These are strong shoes that I don't see breaking down any time soon.

Cute, classy, and extremely comfortable. What more can you ask for? Plus you can slip them on. they are slicker on ice than I would've thought though

I just ordered my 7th pair of Danskos tonight. I used to have the hardest time finding shoes that were comfortable, that didn't pinch or leave blisters. Then one day I walked into a store in my neighborhood and fell in love with a pair of Dansko red nubuck Professionals. I rarely wear any other show anymore. My red Professionals took me the 6 miles I had to walk on 9/11 and I never even had a blister! They are even great for trips to Disney. Some people may tease you for wearing clogs, but you will have the last laugh, because you will be the one with comfy tootsies and no back or knee aches. These are great shoes.
