Danskos are great - I love my Danskos. They are very comfortable and I can wear them all day.

Dansko Professional - I LOVE Dansko shoes, they are so comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. I buy them as my standard throw on shoe for every season. The Dansko Professional is a slip on clog with a closed back which I love for the fall/winter months. The leather is firm with a slight gloss, so I can wear them day and evening, to work and to the movies. The chic alternative to Birkenstocks.

Go Dansko! This is my 6th pair of Dansko Professionals and they are by far the most comfortable and durable shoe I have ever purchased. I recommend them to friends/family who complain of back and leg pain, they become believers too. I teach students with severe disabilibites, being on my feet a good part of the school day takes its toll on my legs and back. This shoe makes my day much more pleasant.

Didn't work for me - Just wanted to let other ladies with large feet know, if you wear a Size 12, don't bother ordering Dansko. Their "12" is really an 11. I wear a true Size 12, and I couldn't even get my foot INTO this shoe, much less wear it.

Lovely - They feel tight at top of my foot. Not horrible though. Pretty comfortable except at top of foot.

I love the chocolatey smooth leather of these clogs. I have very narrow feet and usually find the narrow size to be perfect. These shoes, however, were not as snug fitting as I would have liked them to be and am used to from other narrow clogs that I have.

I wish they fit better - I am new to the health profession. I tried these on at a store and they actually helped my recently banged up knee feel better while walking! I thought I should get them for work. Was thinking about returning them after they felt too small for my feet, but was told they'd stretch by my co-workers. I am thinking of hiring someone else to wear them until they do, because they really hurt my feet. My knees and back love them, but my feet can only tolerate them for short periods of time. A bummer to spend so much and be disappointed :( I usually wear a size 9 and the 40 seems too short for my right foot. 41 was too big. Half sizes would be nice!

Dansko professional - I loved the shoes until I got calluses on the balls of both my feet...very painful. After persevering with the calluses, they eventually disappeared and now these shoes are the most comfortable I ever owned. Go figure!

I love the look of my Danskos and they are so nice and easy to just slip on and run out the door to work. I can stand in them all day and my calves and back don't hurt. They felt a little shorter than expected but not uncomfortable. You have to wear thin socks though.

Dansko - Very comfortable shoe, the stated Euro sizes with equivalent US sizing slightly off.

I love the style and espresso color. Dansko makes a great clog, but their narrows do not run true to size in width. No two shoes seem to be the same in width. Unfortunately, I will have to return these because they are too wide.

KILLER OF A SHOE - Yes, looks great but kill my feet by the end of the day. Go limping out of work after 9 hours on my feet on cement floors. Have been wearing them only 3 weeks and still waiting for them to stretch. Should have bought half size bigger but they look so great on the foot while sitting. Have a torn ligament in left ankle and now don't know what hurts worse, the ankle or the shoes.

Not for wide feet - I purchased these since everyone raved about them. I have wide feet, and these were not the shoes for me. I had to return them. There is room in the toe box, but not width wise. They were rubbing against the inner ball of my foot. My feet also pronate, so the high arch was very uncomfortable. I was disappointed. Too bad they don't come in wide with a flatter arch, or they would've been perfect for me.

Dansko Professional - Several doctors, podiatrists and nurses in the O.R where I work wear these shoes and highly recommended them, so I bought a pair. They have never been very comfortable for me since I started wearing them a year ago. They seemed to fit perfectly during initial wear but stretched out causing my feet to slip forward with my toes constantly hitting the front of the shoe. I am also developing a bunion which I attribute to the aforementioned slippage. (I wear a size 7 1/2 and bought a size 38. A colleague of mine buys a size smaller than recommended for her true size and has no problems.) The shoes are very sturdy however, and provide incredible support and shock absorption. I have also had a significant decrease in back pain while wearing these shoes.

I usually wear a 7.5 so I ordered these in 38. Birks in that size fit me perfectly. My toes were jammed up against the ends of these. They fit more like a 6.5. I normally am not a narrow, but since these seem to run wide I was happy to see them offered in a narrow width. Unfortunately they were still too wide for me even though a narrow is usually too narrow for me.

I ordered this shoe one because it looks very comfortable and based on the reviews this shoe is supposed to be very narrow. In fact this shoe is wide and very heavy.

Couldn't get used to them - I ordered these thinking this will help my feet in my job (medical). I didn't like the heel slippage (this is supposed to be how they fit, they slip up & down on the heel as you walk)... I didn't care for that. Also the platform sole is a bit high. I just felt very unstable in these shoes. My job requires alot of quick movements and these shoes seemed to me to be more for walking forward in a straight line, not for quick movements, forward and/or side to side... so I sent them back.

The shoes are too tight...though they are the size I wear, they are too tight and uncomfortable...I bought them because they are supposed to be so comfortable, but these are terribly disappointing.

I wear a 42 narrow in the Dansko Professional. However, the Dansko Narrow Professional size 42 is way too big (length and width)! So is the narrow 41! The narrow 41 and 42 fall right off my foot when I pick it up off the ground. I don't get it. Why is narrow 42 different from 42 narrow? If you have a very narrow foot, go with the regular Dansko Professional and order it in a narrow size. Confusing!

My feet have always been hard to fit as they are extremely narrow and long. I was absolutely thrilled to see that Dasko had my long and narrow foot size in a clog that was suitable for work. I ordered two pairs, and wore one to work the next day. I had pressure sores and blisters all over my feet. I sent one pair back and ended up buying a special shoe tree/stretcher to make the 1 pair I wore wearable. Leather is stiff, horrible fit. Do not buy these shoes if you stand on your feet for a living. Would give this shoe a zero rating if that scale was available.

This shoe causes callouses - I bought a pair od dansko professional last of june 2004 and I thought they were wonderful until I formed a callous on the ball of my left foot and now have one starting on my right foot...$110 is alot to pay for shoes and only able to wear them for 3 months. The friction of the shoe while walking in them caused the callous...Such a shame. They were comfortable til they caused the callous....they were the only new shoes I have bought in years. Now I have pain when I walk--will not recommend these shoes to anyone.

Not wide - I buy a lot of Dansko shoes and this pair was the narrowest I have ever put on.

These shoes are amazing. I love them. They were delivered quickly and I enjoyed them right away. I have purchased another pair since this purchase. Keep them coming!

I own several pairs of Dansko shoes. Normally, I purchase a 40 Narrow. Unfortunately, the pair I received felt like a 41 regular! They went back and I reordered a 39 Narrow. With a hand stapled clog, every pair is different. I am hoping this particular style runs big (espresso oiled full grain) and the new size fits. But as always, Zappos got my order out to me promptly and returns are a breeze!
