My 2 year old son is always on the go, and these were the perfect shoes to keep his feet protected while he climbed rocks, ran through puddles, tromped through the woods, or just walked with me while shopping. They kept his feet cool and comfortable while keeping them safe. He looked cute in them, and the design of the closure ensured he kept his shoes on...for the most part.

I love these Keens! These sandals have been perfect for my two year old son this summer. They have the support of sneakers with the ease of sandals, and he has worn them every day since we got them. So easy to throw them on without socks and go. I also love that he can run in them without tripping like he sometimes does in Crocs or flip-flops. Definitely true to size so if your child is between sizes, I would definitely size up, not down. Completely worth the price and I will replace them once he grows out of them. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic shoe for a busy boy...my son loves these more than he loves his sneakers. They are lightweight, and made very well. I will be getting more!

We are a huge fan of Keens. All four of my children wear them. The shoes have a flexible-enough fit that they are comfortable for the 9 year old who has narrow feet and my 7 year old & 4 year old who have wide feet. They are waterproof and sweat proof, and when they get stinky we just put them in the washing machine. My older daughter's shoes have been passed along to her younger sister, then on to friends - great lasting. This is the one pair of shoes my children get each summer and they wear them every day. The only problem we've ever had is the plastic oval-ring that the strap loops through has broken (on a pair of hand-me downs). This has happened on one pair out of the nine we've owned over the years (and again, they were on the 2nd child when this happened).

My son has hooked feet and this makes finding sandals that he can get on and off easily very difficult. These are perfect for him. We have purchased a pair of Keens each summer for him and he wears them constantly with no complaint. I will return again and again.

Yes, they're expensive. But we bought the cheaper, plasticky ones from Keen, and they were a disaster. Cut up my son's feet and had to beg Zappos to take them back (they did, of course!). He's pretty finicky about what shoes he wears, especially in summer, and he loves putting them on. Too bad he's grown out of them faster than they've worn out...

My boys love these shoes! I bought each of them a pair prior to our mountain vacation and I'm so glad I did. They wore them all week in every situation (hiking, zip lining, amusement park, water park, river tubing, rafting) and they never once complained about their feet hurting. The fact that these are waterproof and dried quickly was great! We didn't have to carry extra socks and shoes to change into every time we did a new activity. My kids are rough on shoes in general and after this vacation I expected any shoe to take a beating, but these still look brand new! The kids wear them all the time. The best thing is they will still be able to wear them once school starts because of the closed-toe. We definitely got our money's worth for these. Kudos to Keen for a great color selection, too!

These are the best kids' shoes ever! They are comfortable, well-made, and perfect for living in the mountains. I read a lot of reviews before settling on these shoes, and I feel they really are the best.

The perfect sandal for boys! I love these sandals. Not only are they sporty looking, but they look to be very comfortable on my 19mo old, plus they protect his toes. He has wide feet and these sandals fit him perfectly. I'll be buying Keen sandals for him in the future.

Newport H2 velcro strap a big +++ We are a Keens family, with both parents and both children (ages 4 and 6) happy owners of Keens. They are fabulous waterproof shoes and perfect for boating, kayaking and other wet activities where traction and toe protection are important. The shoes are also great for camp or school where closed-toe shoes are required for safety. The H2 provides an invaluable feature as it has a velcro strap across the top of the foot for a more snug fit. Both of my children have very narrow feet so this is a big plus!

Love 'em! I ordered this shoe for my 2 1/2 year old son. I ordered a full size larger than what he usually wears which was smart. They do seem to run small. His toes have a bit of room to grow but he has had no problems walking or running. His toes are completely protected by the thick rubber which is awesome. The traction is great and they are completely adjustable so we'll be able to loosen them as his foot grows. We are using these as sandals for the summer but he can also wear socks with them when it's cooler, without looking goofy. I am very happy with these shoes.

Excellent all around! This is an excellent shoe for my son. Since daycare no longer allows open toed shoes, with this shoe he can still be comfortable all summer. Excellent quality and construction, and he loves them. They must be comfortable if a 3 year old requests them more than any other of his current shoes. Excellent service. My order shipped quickly. Great shoes! I wear Keen shoes and decided to 'invest' in shoes for my son. I chose these because they have lots of the same perks as Crocs, but are way more supportive! AND Zappos.com has the best prices on this shoe!

Great shoe! I bought this shoe for my 3 year old and he loves them. The velcro is great and allows him to put them on himself. We live in Wyoming where the weather is not always great, so my son wears these with no socks when it is warmer and when it's a little colder, he just puts on a pair of socks with them because he just doesn't want to wear anything else! We Love These!

SOOO COOL! These shoes are so cool, they are like sneakers that can get wet and dry without being nasty. Instead of some of the flimsy sandals they have for kids, you don't have to worry about stumped toes. My husband bought a pair for himself to match my son!

Awesome Shoe!!! My son has very wide and thick feet. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes for him and ones he can easily get his foot into. These shoes are the best I have found!!

Great summer shoe - I bought this shoe for both of my boys. This is more than I would normally spend for their shoes, but I knew they would wear them every day. So far, they have. They love them. I love that they can both put them on by themselves and that they look good and can get wet. We get compliments on them all the time.

Great Shoes for an Active Kid - I bought these for my two-year-old son, who usually dislikes the shoes I pick for him. He has a high instep and is, I think, often uncomfortable -- but he loves these shoes. The first time he wore them, I asked how he was doing in them, and he replied, "Mommy, these shoes are WONDERFUL." I like the fact that they can be adjusted multiple ways for a perfect fit on any foot. No more red marks on my son's poor little feet! Also, you won't need to buy separate water shoes for your little one if you get these. They're ruggedly durable, water-proof and super-cute. My son gets lots of compliments in them, and he doesn't try to take them off all the time (like he does most other shoes).

Good summer shoe - This is the perfect summer shoe for my tough 18 month old. No socks needed and it breathes, yet durable enough for him to kick a soccer ball. Good for his wide feet, but I really have to loosen them to get his foot in easily. I bought them a tad big so he could grow into them over the summer and he hasn't had any problems tripping or stumbling (although they look pretty bulky).

Great rugged warm weather play shoe - When my 3 1/2 yr old son first put these on, he took off running. I take that to mean that they are really comfortable. He does prefer to wear them with a thin low cut sock (think golf sock), but preferred his Crocs that way last summer too. These have been great in mud, in the sand box, at the playground, and digging in our own yard. Super easy to hose out, or throw in the washing machine. Also great for climbing on his playset/swingset. Great shoe, rugged and good looking. He's the most stylish kid on the block! Will definitely buy again!
