Love them! Very comfortable. I'm immensely satisfied with this product.

My husband loves these shoes. So much so that this is his 2nd pair. Same color, as it goes with anything. Kudos to Zappos for all the attention that is given to everything they do. Service, friendliness and on and on.

Zappos provided excellent customer service. They fit very well and they are comfortable this is my third pair. I love them.I recommended Zappos to all my friends.

I have enjoyed these shoes. If you use an orthodic insert, they allow the use of them without showing. The shoes are indeed comfortable. You can also wear a ankle sock with them without looking like a geek.

Really comfortable shoe, but my little toe just doesn't fit in. It sticks out the last opening and rubs a little. I am returning and ordering the Targhee II. Gotta love Zappos easy return policy!

Sandal / Shoe cross-over perfection.

The initial delivery of my Keen's was days faster than I expected. According to tracker, the order shipped the same evening I ordered it (on a weekend), and was here in two days (much faster than the 4-5 business days estimated by the shipping page). Once I got them and tried them out, I discovered that apparently this model of Keen either runs a little small or maybe wasn't shaped quite right for my foot. I sent them back with no problem, my Zappos account was immediately credit (with an additional credit for overnight shipping), I reordered in a half-size larger and there they were the next day. Excellent customer service!

My Keen Arroyo II are awesome. Zappos has good service, and I got them to me in no time. They fit just right, and I am extremely please with my Arroyo's.

I purchased this shoe for my husband. He likes the ease of slip on and the sturdy feel.

My first pair of Keen shoes for sure, but not my last! For me they dry fast, take a good slogging through the mud and muck, also worked well in the ocean, on and off any boat/yacht.

Waterlogged - Arroyo II is really a great comfort shoe. Fits good, and can wear all day. However, had read before that some had problem with them drying after washing. I agree. One shoe was air dry within 8 hours; other is still very wet after over 24 hours!

Consistently good shoe - Bought these for my husband. Keens are about all he wears. Not only is he a teacher and a coach (always on his feet), he exercises daily and, although young, had a hip replacement several years ago so he needs good supportive footwear. He has not been disappointed with any style of his Keens.

Happy feet - this is my second pair of Keens. I bought a closed pair in the fall for outdoor use and loved them, when spring came I had to try these and am sold on them as well. They always feel a little tight at first but break in fast and nicely.

Third Pair of Keens - These Arroyo II's are the third pair of Keens I've purchased. I used to be satisfied with buying what was ever on sale at the store... But since I'm hard on shoes... They didn't last... I figured I'd try the Keen water shoes (first) since they had the toe guard (I do a lot of camping/canoeing). And I was hooked... Quality, Rugged and I still have my first pair (05). I recommend Keens and Zappos (great experience).

Great Hybrid Shoe - I have been wearing Keen's for years and have been trying to get my husband to convert. I bought him this pair for his birthday because he doesn't like sandals or sneakers. He loves these and admits they are extremely comfortable and versatile.

Arroyo II - On the recommendation of two friends, I bought the Arroyo II. Found them to be quite comfortable for a long day of walking, although lacking in arch support.

Comfy shoe - Bought this for my teen aged son for a river rafting/ hiking trip. He loved the shoe and still wears it every day. It’s very comfortable and handles summer hiking and water well. It’s also good around town. Only problem was the sole separated from the main shoe on the first pair, but Zappos sent a replacement of the identical shoes the next day. Strongly recommend this shoe for summer hiking.

Keen Arroyo II - Solidity and comfort and a durable tread for hiking over rough terrain. And a cool look if you're into that.

Oregon Tan Lines - I'm a caddie. I walk over 1000 miles in 6 months around a golf course with 20-45 lbs on my back. I couldn't do what I do without these shoes. Before these, I bought the Taos model, which is hard to find these days. I can't tell the difference between the Taos and the Arroyo II. I want to ask Keen to bring back the stretchy laces. They really help the fit. I have no idea why, but these shoes are warm in cold weather. Go figure. Finally, I tried to buy some Taos off of another website. I'm certain they were a knock off. The support was hard and didn't form to my foot like all the other pairs (6 to date). When it rains I use waterproof socks. When it is hot, I go sockless. My feet are striped, but my knees and back are good.

Great hybrid shoe! A very comfortable shoe sandal hybrid. I purchased these because I wear orthotics and love sandals in the warm months. I originally purchased them a half size larger (11) than I would normally wear (10.5) thinking that they would be larger as is the case with most Keens. Turns out they were what seemed like a whole size if not a little more larger than I normally wear. I returned theme for a 10.5 and all is fine. They also seem to run a little narrower than my Newport sandals and trail shoe. But the soft leather really hugs my feet nicely for an excellent fit. It also turns out that the supplied insert actually feels as good as or better than my orthotics. They have a deep lug sole that might imply trail use. But for me there would not be enough lateral support for any serious off trail hiking. I am a big guy and need good side support when walking on inclines or climbing. They can be worn comfortably with or without socks. The pull strap on one shoe started tearing away a few days ago. I called yesterday about this problem and I will be receiving a replacement pair today at no cost to me. Can't beat that kind of service.

Happy summer feet - After virtually living in the KEEN Taos all of last summer, I purchased the Arroyo for this year. The shoe has outstanding comfort and arch support. My family and I just returned from a week at Disney, and we wore our Keens all week. Our feet felt great at the end of every day. The only negative thing I can say about the shoes is that they do get a bit odoriferous after extended daily wear. I have washed them in the past, and they wash fine. It does take a bit of effort to keep them odor free. This may not be the fault of the shoe, but rather a function of not wearing any socks with them. Anyway, I highly recommend this shoe.

Favorite Shoe - Great sandals. Wear them at work (when possible), in the evenings at home, and especially on the weekends. Well worth the money. Thanks to Zappos also. Customer service as it should be....

Keen Arroyo II Review - I have been looking for a long time for a sandal that is comfortable for walking and hiking and easy to slip in and out. This sandal is very comfortable and I can walk for miles in it. I highly recommend it.

Just ordered my 2nd pair - I just ordered my 2nd pair. I was a little disappointed that my first pair only lasted 9 months - the heel started wearing down so much that I started walking in a incorrect fashion. I called Keen who said they would honor their 1 year guarantee and return them to Zappos ... but I didn’t do it. I'm a big guy (240 lbs)and put a LOT and I mean a LOT of miles, in lots of conditions (running, hiking, work, wind surfing, sailing) on those shoes and am pleased they lasted that long. The only thing I don’t like ... and its not the shoe fault… is shoe stink ... if you go sockless and sweat a lot, you have to wash them pretty often. I dry them in the sun and all is fine.

Magic shoes - I have arch and back problems! This is my second pair of Keen shoes and these are better than the first (didn’t think it was possible). They help my back and my arches beyond belief… if you never believed in magic, try these! You will!
