First time i used them the lace attachment broke apart. Ive been buting two pairs every six months for years. Can i return them?

Got a pair of Arroyo's within the first 10 days, the black portion of the sole where it attaches up the midsole in the front was delaminating. Great customer service sent me a new pair and they're doing well so far.

I am a big fan of all things Keen (I own about 8 or 9 pairs in different styles). However, these Arroyo II\'s are still not the most comfortable Keens I\'ve owned. My little toe gets caught in one of the side vents, and the back hurts my heel. Still has the same great Keen cushioning, but just overall not my favorite Keen.

Fantastic sandals for light hiking and walking. They give incredible support, with the soles being stiff enough to walk over rocks comfortably. They're not super-stable on the foot, so they can roll a little and feet can slide forward on steep downhills, but with no discomfort. I did plenty of hiking in the rain with these during a week in Ireland. My feet stayed surprisingly dry despite the large openings. When they did get wet (with thin wool socks), they dried much faster than they would in closed shoes. Keen's web site says that they run a little small but in my case my usual size gave the best fit with thin socks or barefoot. At first, they were easy to over-tighten. As soon as they broke in, which was quick, possibly quicker from getting wet, they were great.
