Great Comfort - This is the exact shoe I was looking for. Stylish, comfortable for long walks and light work-outs. I usually wear between 6 1/2 or 7. I ordered the 7, but I think my next pair, I'll order 7 1/2, just for more roominess. Highly recommend this shoe.

I needed an exercise/walking/jogging shoe that was a little less bulky than a lot of the sneakers out there. This shoe seemed perfect. I usually wear a size 11...other reviewers said this shoe ran a half size too small, so I ordered an 11.5...the shoe arrived (I ordered the black and silver) - it's a beautiful, sleek, very handsome shoe... unfortunately the 11.5 is also too small, and I have to return them, and there are no 12s available. Too bad, I would have loved to own this shoe. So in my experience, great-looking shoe, but runs a full size small.

Happy with shoes but shoe strings are just too long - I love these shoes, very comfortable. The only thing I am unhappy with is the shoe strings. They are too long and I continue to step on then when I am walking and almost fall. I have double tied them and they still hang down to the floor. I would like shorter ones but the color will be hard to find to match the shoes. I think these strings belong in a bigger shoe possibly a man's shoe.

First of all, I have to say how wonderful Zappos is… quick shipping, etc. Second, I love these boots! I kind of giggled when I first received them because I understood the Santa boot comments. However, I wasn’t turned off. I think these boots are pretty cute actually, but most importantly, these boots are totally warm and comfortable! I walk around the city a lot and I walk in these. My feet have yet to get cold! I don’t usually wear socks. They are comfortable to walk in, too (unless walking for hours in NYC - my feet got a bit tired, but it wasn’t horrible). Long story short, these boots rock and they’re worth the investment. No buyer’s remorse here!!!

New Balance - Got these for my teenage daughter, wears size 12 shoe, size 12 NB in this style fit her from day one. She was able to wear them without sore spots. Nice looking sneakers in larger women's sizes can always be found in the NB line-up.

Perfect traveling companion - I travel a lot. Probably 50% of the time. And I usually carry three pairs of shoes with me. Running shoes for working out, casual sneakers (like Skechers or Pumas or something) that I can wear to work and while traveling, and heeled boots for nicer outfits (and I split between the boots and casual sneakers for work). These shoes sounded like a good way to cut 3 shoes down to 2. And they have met that requirement. They're good enough for simple workouts at hotel gyms, but not so big and clunky that I can't wear them to work. Highly recommend for anyone who travels!

Great walking shoe!! I bought this shoe to walk around Washington, D.C. for 4 days. I put them on out of the box and never felt like I had to break them in. I have horrible bunions and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. These are wonderful!

Perfect lightweight athletic shoe - This shoe is great if you want something you can run around town in that looks great with jeans and can still take you to the gym. I don't think it would be a good shoe for long hikes in the woods or a long run, but for gym work or walking on pavement, this is a great shoe. It's super lightweight, but has construction and support that makes it a real athletic shoe - not like the lightweight Pumas etc... and Zappos is terrific, as usual!

Good buy - After reading the reviews I ordered a half size larger than normal for a sneaker. The look and feel are great. Would def buy again.

Wonderful! I work at a hospital, so I'm pretty much on my feet all the time... These shoes are sooo comfy! And they look good! Can’t get any better than that!

Wonderful shoes...different fit in different colors? I LOVE these shoes! I first ordered them in beige and couldn't believe how light and comfy they are. I hadn't realized they are slip-ons till I got them. I always order up one size in sneakers and they were perfect. The black ones are a different story...my toe is right at the end of the shoe. Order accordingly-they're great!

Comfy & Light - This shoe is so light I forget I have it on. I like the fact that it is an athletic shoe without looking big and clunky. It is more subtle than your average tennis shoe/sneaker. Great for taking walks and running errands.

I usually wear new balance, so I knew what size to order. I have a wide foot and have to wear a shoe insert. The shoes feel great. I've been looking for a shoe that I could wear with a variety of outfits. Not dressy, but not too athletic. Love the shoes. I intend on buying other colors.

Awesome shoe! This shoe is the most comfortable everyday shoe I have ever owned. Two high points: its fabric is a mesh which breathes and the shoelaces have ridges which catch on each other so they stay tied. The knots don't loosen on their own.

Most comfortable walking shoes I've owned - I ordered these to do a 10-day safari in Africa. I got the beige color. I never once had any pressure points our discomfort and these were brand new shoes. I haven't tried running in them, but they worked well for walking. Nice looking too.

I ordered a half size larger than normal, per the previous reviews. I purchased this shoe to walk around Europe. It was great... except the little flap on the outside of the back of the heel gave me a blister before the trip. Overall a great, lightweight walking shoe!

This is my second pair!!! Great shoes. I have the brown color. Don't look clunky and I get lots of compliments. Light and comfortable.

Great! I am very happy with the shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 in sneakers so I ordered the 8.5. I was worried because they were a little snug but after I wore them around the house once I realized they were a perfect fit. The ball of my foot is very wide and my heel is very narrow and these shoes are great!

WA & WR are actually different shoes! I ordered these shoes in a wide as I wanted some lightweight running shoes. They are very comfortable but definitely not a running shoe (though they look just like the WR790 except these are all black). In trying to sort this out, I called New Balance and told them I had ordered WA/WR790 but it was clear they did not have the support of a running shoe. They told me WA and WR are actually 2 different shoes, and told me to look inside the tongue and see which I had. Sure enough printed on the inside of the tongue was WA790! New Balance informed me that only the WR790 are running shoes, and in fact they definitely DO NOT recommend you run in the WA790's; they said they are just "all around" shoes. The solid black as well as the tan and creme (the creme have little start on them and are kind of a burlap material as I ordered those too thinking they were the running ones) are the ONLY ones that come in a WIDE and they are all WA790; unfortunately the running, which are WR790, do not (the cute 2 color ones) . The cut/style of the WA's is the same, and I did decide to keep the black ones just as a general all around shoe. But I was so disappointed they don't make the running ones, WR790, in a WIDE. It would be helpful if Zappos (who by the way is the best company I have ever dealt within terms of customer service) would clarify this on their site as they are listed together as WA/WR790. Wanted to make sure any of you who are ordering the WIDE thinking you are getting a running shoe will know you are not. Other than that, it's a great lightweight, comfortable shoe for my very hard to fit foot (very wide forefront and very narrow heel).

Love these shoes - These shoes are very light weight and comfortable! They have been great for walking and running errands. I ordered wides and I do wish they were a tad bit wider.

I bought these shoes to wear when I walk my dogs. We go on 2 mile walks daily over terrain that in some areas is rough and uneven. These shoes provide stability and comfort. I think they run true to size.

I Love This Shoe! I'm a new runner, learning that the right shoe can make all the difference. The 790 fits my foot snug-perfectly. It’s very light and small. I was unsure how big/bulky the shoe would be from the online photo, but am pleased at how small, sleek it is. My running surface is sort of mixed media: gravel shoulder, gravel road, rutted snowmobile trail, ungroomed national forest trail. The shoe performed marvelously on all surfaces. Great for ChiRunning and recommended on that website. I ordered my usual size and find it fits perfectly.

Great looking shoe - I love this shoe. It is very comfortable on my wide feet. I get a lot of compliments on the shoe as I'm out running errands and such.

I love these shoes!!! I have always worn New Balance, but these are so light and airy that I am thinking of getting some in other colors! They do run just a bit snug. I normally wear an 8 and bought an 8 1/2 in this shoe and it fits perfectly! I bought the purple (which is really maroon) because it looked like it would match our school colors, which are maroon and gold. It was exactly what I was looking for! Try these...you'll love them!

Light weight, stylish and comfy - These are the best shoes I've found during my pregnancy. They accommodate my wide foot bed, are very light weight and look great. I can walk forever in them which is hard to say about most shoes in later pregnancy.
