These are great shoes. For me, I would not go more than a half size up. Even though I just got them yesterday, the leather is so soft the slight tightness does not really bother my foot. They will continue stretching over the coming days and will be perfect. So cute and simple. I am going to get more colors!!

the shoe is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE

This shoe was irregular. It felt more like a size 6 than a 9. However, Zappos was quick to give a full refund.

I’ve had several pairs of these shoes in the past and loved them, but this pair was cut so shallow I couldn’t even get my foot in to evaluate the other characteristics! Too bad!!

Can’t evaluate the width or arch support; these shoes were at least two sizes too small, perhaps due to the extremely shallow toe box!

These are very cute in the black patent. I followed the reviews saying they would stretch to fit and ordered my usual size 7.5 however the vamp nearly quite literally cut the top of my foot. I do have a high instep though. I just don't see even being able to walk more than one step in them. I might try them in a full size larger but am afraid that might end up too long for my foot.

I wash shocked that I couldn't even put my foot in fully in a size that I wear almost always. The shoe is beautiful. For the portion of my foot that did get in, the leather is rough.

The style is perfect. Classic. The fit is great and comfortable once broken in a bit. Thanks to other reviews, I went with my usual size and after just a few short wears, they are perfect.

I followed previous reviews that suggest I order my regular size as the shoes will stretch. I’m glad I did! I love the style and now broken in they are comfortable. If you don’t like breaking shoes in - I might not recommend. But I’m happy with my choice!

I really did want to like these shoes but they were incredibly small. Couldn't get my foot into my usual size 9. Ordered a 9 1/2 but still too small. Then, ordered a size 10 and still too small. Sent back.

Beautiful shoe, but the sole was so thin you’d feel every stone and bump as you walked.

I bought the black suede version of this shoe. So that is the only version of this shoe that I am reviewing. They run EXTREMELY SMALL. I should have listened to other reviewers and ordered a minimum of a full size up. The 9.5 that I ordered felt like a 7! My true size is 9.5 narrow. I ordered 9.5M. The width alone should have made the shoe loose on my foot. But in addition to being short in the length, it also looks like these run pretty narrow even though they claim to be medium widths. They run as if they are AAA or AAAA widths. I Could not get my foot even remotely into the opening. These shoes remind me of the story of Cinderella’s glass slipper that no one could get into. My mother wears a 7.5 AAAA ! So I’m used to looking at narrow widths. My daughter also has unusual orthopedic foot issues with her having had multiple foot reconstruction surgeries. her feet have foot deformities that necessitate custom made orthotics and also for which I have to buy custom made/molded shoes. Because of that, I have spent over 30 years learning first hand everything about shoes including styles, shapes, and the construction of shoes and about the proper fitting of shoes from orthotists, doctors, and shoe fitting experts. My 9.5M that I ordered also reminds me of my mother’s 7AAAA shoes in length and almost in width, although these are a bit wider than hers. SIZE UP A MINIMUM OF ONE FULL SIZE. These are very pretty little shoes. Very light and feminine looking. They have absolutely no support so I don’t know how long I would actually be able to wear them due to the fact that I have an extremely high arch. I have custom made shoe inserts molded and made by a professional orthotist to accommodate my high arches. But I didn’t even begin to try to insert them into these shoes. I love the look of these shoes. And I herniated two disks in my back and also, recently had c-spine surgery. So for that reason, I have no choice but to wear perfectly flat shoes with no heels. So, therefore, I will put forth the effort to return these and buy a bigger size. I’ll probably order two more sizes to try to find what fits perfectly and I will update my comments when I am sure exactly how many sizes to go up for the perfect fit. I am feeling like I will probably have to go up at least one full size and possibly 1.5 sizes. However, I cannot imagine ever wearing a size 11 and actu I bought the black suede version of this shoe. They also have absolutely no support but seem to be comfortable on me because they are perfectly flat so they don’t hurt my back. In the Tory Burch Minnies I purchase my true size 9.5 for a perfect fit.

Cute Too small. Worth $130? I think not. Although material they were made of was nice. Quality. At least not like junk from China.

It really felt about 2 sizes smaller!

These shoes are cute, really wanted them. First I ordered 6 1/2 and they were too small, reordered in size 7, they were smaller than the 61/2! These are seriously mis-marked size wise!!

I wear size 10 always. I ordered a size 10 and couldn’t get my foot in it. I checked it multiple times because I thought I received the wrong size. I exchanged them for a size 11. They’re still snug but okay.

I normally wear a 7.5 and had to return it for an 8. But I love the shoes. Cute and well made.

This shoe held promise of being a great go-to for everyday wear. Usually wear a 7.5, ordered in 8 based on recommendations. I felt like the ugly stepsister--could barely get my foot in. I have very narrow feet, higher instep. Super tight across the front vamp. Pinched. Toes were smashed. Not a horrible looking ballet flat, it would be hard to make this shoe style pretty given it is basically a ballet shoe with a sole. Overall, way too small. No way these would have stretched to be comfortable. Sending back today.

These shoes run very small .. I 1st ordered size 9.5 & to play it safe ordered the 10 .. Fully expecting 9.5 to fit was stunned that the 10’s were to small my toe hit the end … Loved these shoes so much there was no 10.5 to order .. I risked ordering the 11 & to my surprise they just fit . Kept them, reviews said they will stretch quickly enough .. I so want these shoes to work out !

These are very lightweight and comfortable. They feel festive. I haven't worn them a great deal so can't comment on the sturdiness of the leather or their ability to hold shape over time.

Ordered in my regular size based on other reviews but I couldn’t even get my foot in them, so no hope for wearing them in. Returned.
