This is a lovely, simple flat--the black napa leather is a good quality and feel and not too shiny. But I ordered a size 7 (my true size, though I was going to order a 7.5 per recommendation, but it wasn't available), and I could barely cram my foot into it--I don't even think 7.5 would be sufficient. I'm going to have to try an 8 when it's back in stock.

Definitely get a size up from what you normally wear! And honestly, these are as cute and comfortable as they are, if your feet are the slightest bit on the wide side, these will probably not be as cute and comfortable! That said, I got the pewter colored ones and they are totally versatile and I am sure that I will be wearing them with almost everything. As for "arch support," they are ballet flats - what do you expect?

At first very tight and uncomfortable but once you break them they are fabulous. I would suggest ordering one size up. Very cute shoe (makes feet look small), received loads of compliments.

I ordered these in orange batik/tie dye and they are lovely! After reading several of the reviews I decided to order one full size up, as I have wide feet. Fit well, there was some rubbing on the back heel/wore them all day and walked quite a bit in them.

This is a very nicely made flat. I did purchase some gel heel cushions to insert because I did have some rubbing on my heels.

Very cute shoe. Simple and stylish and will look cute with jeans this fall. I agree with the other reviews, this definitely run small. I ordered a 7.5 (normally a 7) and they were still just a teeny bit tight.

These are fashionable little flats. The color goes with loads of motifs, and they are super comfortable. My only complaint is that they are a little pricey for flats, and you definitely feel low to the ground when you wear them. I travel with them and pop them in my bag to switch out with heels without sacrificing my look!

These shoes are lovely. However, I read other reviews advising to get a larger size. These shoes stretch terribly! I should have stayed with the 7 I initially ordered. The 7 1/2 stretched out very soon and are now too big to wear.

This is my 2nd pair of French Soles and I love them. The color is so unique and I love when the sun hits them. One thing about these shoes is that overtime, the insoles slide off and I usually hot glue them back in. Kind of a pain, but worth it for these comfy shoes!

Loved these, but had to re-order in a larger size. I'm a pretty consistent 8.5, ordered a 9, but really need a 9.5, so one full size up. They were very comfy and can't wait to get the bigger size! Also, the white metallic suede color is a bit lighter that in the picture, you can definitely see the white, and I wanted more of a neutral gold.

These are wide and feel about 1/2 size smaller than marked. Like the fabric.

I love these, they are pretty and comfy, just not for long walks since they won't last. They have no heels at all, the leather part of the shoe gets damaged rather quickly. I'm on my second pair, still like those a lot, just use them for short distances and to look pretty.

A well-made shoe. I buy a closed shoe 1/2 size larger. These do run very short, and I wound up buying one full size larger.

So far I am a bit disappointed with this shoe. There is very little cushion in the sole, and the back of the heel digs in, which is of course painful. I expect this to soften in time, especially if I break them in with socks. I also failed to notice the tag that sticks out of the back of the shoe, which makes them look cheaper. This may still turn out to be a decent shoe, but just not as happy at first as I would like.

On the plus side, they are very comfortable and flexible. On the down side, the flexible top means that the patent leather always has a wrinkle look, not smooth like the photo.

The shoe looks and feels great. I noticed that the shoe seems to be fading from wear.

I think this flat would be seriously cute on a tiny footed girl but my size 11 feet did not look cute. I feel like the front part of the shoe is too big. Maybe if the shoe had shown more of my foot, I would have liked it. I think size 9 and under would look very cute though.

This is my third pair of these shoes. Love them. Not much support but very comfy and great looking!

These are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. But after much wear the lining came undone on the inside which was a bit of a disappointment!

These shoes are darling. They go with skirts, pants or short-y pants if you wear them. The only negative is that they are very flat, with no support at all, but that is to be expected in a completely flat flat. I really like them. They have never given me a blister or even rubbed the wrong way once. They are a bit expensive, but I would say worth it. If I am in need of another color, I would most likely order from this line again.

Love this shoe! It's really cute and you can dress it up or down. My regular size was insanely tight so I did buy a size up. The show will stretch but even with that, I know that my regular size never would have stretched enough for me to wear them comfortably. The price is a bit high for what they are but I would still buy another pair.

I have these in red, black and brown. I love them despite the fact they have almost no padding. They do stretch a bit with wear, so keep that in mind when ordering.

I love the flats! They are super comfortable; I could walk in them all day although there is not a lot of arch support if you are one to need that. I went up a size based on reviews and when I first put them on they were perfect, but they have stretched out and are a tad big now. I might consider ordering your normal size since they do stretch. The suede needs minor upkeep. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes! I own the black ones with the flower on the toe and I bought these so I would have a pair to wear with brown outfits. Even though these are tight when you first buy them, do not buy a size larger! I'm on my third pair of the black ones in 3 years because the leather stretches out with heavy wear. If you buy a size (or half size) larger, you will just speed up the process. After two wears (with band-aids on your heels) the shoes will be perfect.
