My red suede Sloops just arrived and I think they are the cutest shoes that I have ever owned! In fact, I have a crush on them. This might be the beginning of a new romance. I wear a size 7 so I ordered a 7½ and they fit perfectly. I love them. I love Zappos.

This is the cutest little flat shoe ever! I received the leopard print today and want this shoe in every color! I am between a 6.5 and 7. I ordered the 6.5 and it is pretty snug, but I think the shoe will stretch and don't want it to look sloppy, so I'll keep these and work on them a bit. You may want to consider ordering a half size up. These shoes defy cuteness...flattering, well made - love them!

Great little casual shoe, they feel really well-made and comfortable. Definitely order up a half size. Highly recommend.

Sloop awesome! I love these shoes. They are adorable. My only complaint is that they run a half size smaller than they should and there is no arch support BUT I would say that they feel like you are wearing slippers. I love them!

What I’d been looking for... Yes, buy a half size larger and while tight at first, they do stretch...light, delicate, like a slipper ballet flat, I love them. Quality leather in and out. And the black ones don't get dirty.

I love the sloop - These shoes are super cute. I love how flat they are. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 and ordered a 7 in these. When I got them they were really tight so I wore them around my house for 2 days with 2 pairs of socks and that did the trick. Now they fit perfect.

Comfortable darlings! Delightful little shoe! Looks great with jeans or trousers and is especially cute with skirts. A great shoe if you're padding around the house or office. They look like the real-life version of Snow White's shoes, the colors are fantastic and rich, and shoe keeps its shape after wearing them all day. Feels almost as if you're going barefoot. Support? Well, if you need to pound the pavement or do a lot of walking requiring cushioning, you should consider another shoe. Also, I recommend purchasing a half size larger than usual as they tend to be a bit snug. Overall, a fantastic choice and a real classic!

Suede shoes - They were very, very cute but the pink suede looked like I had worn them for five years after only five hours. They also had no support so your heel pounded on the pavement. Had to send them back. A hundred dollar shoe should look good after only five hours.

The best flat ever - After reading the reviews I ordered one size up (I usually wear a 7 and I ordered an 8) in red. These are the most comfortable flats I have ever worn. They feel like slippers. And they are adorable. They aren't super supportive or anything but they serve the function they intend to. I walked for hours the first time I wore them and I was so happy. I wish they were still available in more colors!

These shoes will become a favorite of yours. I’m on my third pair and out of the box they are a bit snug. Wear them around the house for a bit to break them in, once you do they are so comfortable. It’s my go to flat for work, don’t be fooled by the tight fit initially, they will stretch out and are worth a little discomfort when you first wear them.

So I was undecided about these shoes and had no idea what size to order after reading the reviews of size up or don’t size up because they’ll stretch. I went ahead and got the leopard print which is very cute. I have a slightly wider foot (by my toes but my heel is narrow) and these fit perfectly and look great on my feet. They were very snug at first and I almost sized up but I’m glad I didn’t because they stretched out quite a bit and now fit perfectly. My only issue with these, and it’s a big one, is that there is practically no sole on them. I get that it’s a flat, I wasn’t expecting a heel at all. However, it literally feels like I’m walking barefoot on the ground and since I live in an urban area this is often concrete. The sole is paper thin. I was expecting a little more for a $130 and I would have bought several more pairs had the sole not felt so flimsy and paper like. It’s great that it moves with my foot but I would be uncomfortable walking all day in these. I have many other pairs and brands of flats and have never had this problem. Had they just made it a bit thicker I would have stocked my closet full of these.

These are great little flats. I would say they run true to size, although when you first take them out of the box, you will think they run small and likely have to fight the urge to return them for a half size up. Don't do it! They will be tight the first few wears but then they stretch out quite quickly, and if you already sized up, they'll likely be too big. After a week or so, my true size fit like a glove despite initially being uncomfortably tight. And when I say a glove, I mean just that: no chafing, no rubbing (no blisters!). I'm very particular about my flats as I'm quite blister-prone and these are great in that regard. However, as almost everyone else has noted, these have absolutely NO arch support. The sole is so thin that you can feel every little pebble and uneven surface groove you walk on. Even on indoor surfaces, the utter lack of support makes these a poor choice if you have any extended walking/standing to do. They're perfect for short periods of time, but I absolutely cannot wear them for more than a few hours without sore feet. The thinness of the sole also makes me worry a bit for their durability. A couple months of wear and they're fine, but I don't know quite how long these will last. The other thing that bugs me is that because they were tight out of the box, my big toe butted up quite prominently against the leather. This problem abated as they stretched, but it left permanent bulges in the leather, which to be honest don't look too great. It's not a major problem, but it is something frustrating and that has kept me from purchasing another pair. Well, that and the price-- the leather is high quality, but I still can't help but feel like the asking price is a lot of money for such a thin, delicate flat.

Feels like a slipper - I ordered the teal suede version of these shoes. They are a gorgeous, vibrant color and cup your foot like a hand. There are no stiff, rigid parts to this shoe. There is also very little padding; like the Princess and the Pea, you will feel every pebble. The insole has also peeled up a little already, but pushing it back down onto the glue has fixed that. Order a half a size up.

Cute little slipper - These are sweet little shoes. Nice suede in a pretty shade of pink. They don't have much structure, and zero support, but that's not what you're looking for in this type of shoe. I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered these in 9. The fit is great, particularly since I'll probably be wearing them without stockings all summer.

Pretty & all-purpose, but run very small - I am a French and London Sole fan, but have consistently found that their shoes run a half to one size small. They are also not the best shoe for those with wide feet. However, they are comfortable, classic shoes that are appropriate for just about every occasion.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS SAYING THEY ARE SUPPOSED START OUT TOO SMALL AND STRETCH. Get a half or full size up from what you normally get! They don't stretch a whole lot. It's true that these are leather dance shoes and you usually want those to start a little small so they stretch out to the shape of your foot. Not in this case! They switched the type of leather and construction recently, and if you get these now, they do not stretch a whole lot. I listened to the reviews suggesting I wear them for a few days to see them stretch to my foot, and yeah... that never happened. They're a full size too small. I walk a LOT and they stretched a little bit, but not nearly enough. The new type of leather isn't as supple as before and they just don't break in and mold to your foot the way this type of shoe normally does. Otherwise they're well constructed. Just don't pay attention to those reviews telling you to break them in! An expensive mistake for me.

Overall these shoes are very cute. Soft flexible fabric, nice shape. However, these shoes were way too short and too narrow for my feet. I usually wear a size 7 and ordered a size 7 1/2. I thought about ordering a size 8 but I think they would still be too narrow. So I'm returning them.

Runs small! I bought mine, and they're very cute BUT...after wearing them just once at work, I was in major pain- my 2nd toe is a little longer than my big toe, and I bruised it pretty badly wearing these shoes because they ran small. I figured they would stretch...nope! Still waiting for toenail to grow back.

Cute shoe but not practical for city dwellers - This shoe is very cute, fit was perfect (after checking reviews I ordered a half size up so they fit like a charm). Unfortunately, the buttery suede doesn't lend itself to city living (dirty sidewalks and even dirtier subways). They will get dirty fast and the cost of the shoes isn't worth the short life span they will have.

I really do like these ballet flats. After reading a lengthly review from a dancer about the size and fit, I chose an 8.5. I typically wear 8.5-9 in shoes. I agree with this reviewer that ordering up a half size would be a mistake. These shoes are tight at first and don't seem long enough. But after wearing them around the house for 3 days, they stretched and molded to my feet. Now I can just slide right into them. If you have wide feet, perhaps ordering up half a size would be a good thing to do. Not sure. My feet are a B width. These are very cute and comfy shoes!
