Love my brown maryjanes - I love these shoes! I wear them with jeans, shorts, skirts, and dresses. I found the arch of the shoe to be a bit uncomfortable at first, but after wearing them in for a bit they are fine. I have a wide foot and these have never caused me a problem.

GT Janes are GREAT - Love, love, love these shoes! I saw them in a beach boutique over the summer, where I tried on my regular size. WAY too big. Could not get them out of my mind, so searched at Zappos until I found them. Bought them in blue...wore them all over Las Vegas...they were more comfy than my sneakers! Came home, bought them in brown, too! Strangers comment on how cute they are...even my 5 teenagers approve!

I'm in love with my "coconut button cotton jute" shoes! I was awfully hesitant about spending $ on a pair of earth friendly shoes... worrying about how they would hold up, but boy am I happy with them. To accommodate my orthotics, the sole slid out with greatest of ease and now they fit just swell. Now, I'm either wearing these shoes or my Dr. Martens Mary Janes- thanks, again, Zappos. I have happy feet, I have comfortable feet, and of course, I have very cool looking feet. Zappos, you're keeping me on my toes!

Love this shoe! I loved the look of this shoe online, but it was even better upon arrival. And I really like that they are Earth-friendly!

Very cute & comfy shoes - Got these shoes for my birthday and I love them! They are really comfortable and the insoles are very pleasantly lumpy and feel great to walk on. They fit very well and appear well-made; I think they will last a long time.

Very comfy! Look fantastic on your feet! I love these shoes! And talk about speediness, I ordered these 8/27 at 5:00 pm, and they came 8/28 before noon! Zappos has excellent service! I had bought these at Parisians in an 8 1/2 but they were a half size too small, and didn’t have the 9's, so I returned them and purchased the 9's online, perfect. However I usually wear a 9 1/2 to 10- so these shoes seem to run small to me, would order a 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear.

I love these shoes! These have become my favorite shoes! I have to wear closed-toes to work, and finding closed-toe shoes that are cool enough for the Texas heat is a challenge. These are perfect--breathable cloth, cute style and a great color!

Suuuper cute! No arch support. These are so adorable. There is no arch support, but they are soft. A great casual shoe. I feel they are slightly pricey for what you get, but I really like that they are made out of recycled materials.

Comfortable and fun - These shoes are great! They are so comfortable and everyone has said that they are so cute. The fact that they are made out of recycled and natural materials makes them even better.

These shoes may look a little rough at first, but once you've worn them a few times, they are incredibly soft and comfortable. The Mary Jane styling is cute and the jute braid makes them look unique and earthy. I get tons of compliments on these. My sister took one look and exclaimed "I'm stealing those from you!" My only complaint is the utter lack of arch support. I took the original insole out and replaced them with some really padded inserts. Now they're perfect.

I'm in love with this shoe! I am so glad I found this shoe. I have funny feet, so a lot of shoes hurt. These, however, fit great. They are wide enough, have good support, and the biggest selling point is they are completely vegan. I definitely will be ordering more.

Kinda weird fit and look - I love Mary Janes. I ordered these shoes thinking they would be my new around town shoes. After wearing them in the house all day, my heel kept slipping out. The footbed is very thin, and adding my Superfeet made the shoe too tight over my metatarsals. I was expecting more for a shoe in this price range. But they are cute and earthy, just not an all around fit.

Best Shoes I've Ever Bought and Worn - I totally LOVE these shoes!!!! I came across them totally by accident in a shoe store, then looked them up on Zappos. I am vegetarian and prefer all things veggie and organic. These shoes are all that and more. They are the ultimate in comfort and so pleasing to the eye. I am hooked.

Another pair of favorites - I got these shoes about a week ago and I LOVE them! My only issue with them is the lack of arch support, which was easily remedied with a purchase of some shoe inserts. I wear these shoes practically every day and am so impressed with them I'm actually going to purchase a backup pair just in case! One last thing I found to be most excellent was the fact that I sometimes drag my feet to stop my bike and these shoes have definitely proven themselves to be good in that instance too.

Cute and comfortable - Just got these and they are super comfortable and don't make my size 11 foot look like a boat. They did not feel loose or big as some have said. They don't look like the most solidly constructed shoes, but they look and feel great.

My new shoes - I love my new purchase. I bought the yellow pair. I love everything about them, but the footbed is made of a rather nubby material intended to provide more comfort, but frankly, it's not more than a fibrous, cardboard-like material. I am a school teacher and comfort is mandatory. I will wear them often!

Great concept... and cute!! I am extremely happy with these shoes, mostly for the eco-conscious design and choice of materials. Of course the cute, casual, earthy style made the decision for me. These are not as "cushy" as many made-for-waking shoes these days, but I actually like them even more because of this. Another reason to tread on grass, sand, dirt...

Comfortable and cute! I love these shoes. I had been thinking about buying these for awhile but was hesitant because of the price. I'm glad I bought them; they were comfortable right out of the box. They look good with jeans and summer capris. I'm frequently getting compliments on them.

I love these shoes - I was very impressed with these shoes. I read the reviews and decided to try them, and am very glad that I did. I ordered a half-size smaller than I usually wear, which worked out fine. The shoe is roomy and comfortable, right out of the box, and I do like the little massagey-nubbins on the sole. I've gotten a lot of comments on the style, which is also pretty cool. I find myself saying "look, the sole is made out of an old tire" frequently, which I never thought could happen. Cool and amazingly comfortable shoes. Buy them. Now.

Comfortable Even for My Problem Feet - I have "problem" feet - 99% of shoes make my feet hurt. But these shoes are amazingly comfortable. I wore them to the mall and was on my feet for 3 hours - not a twinge. That's when I ordered the other 2 colors the shoe comes in. Just one caveat: they don't have much of an arch support built in. (I wear orthopedic inserts so it's not a problem for me). My husband thought they were so cute that I ordered a pair of Simple Greens for him, too - and he also reports that they are amazingly comfortable.

Rocking the shoes - Love them! The tire treads are quite stealth on the streets!

Can’t take them off! I was apprehensive about ordering these because of the price, but I wanted an all-around summer shoe, and these are it! From the first minute I put them on, they fit like they were made for me. Baby-blanket soft liner prevents any chafing or blisters, I got the flowery ones and they are more muted and subtle than they look in the pictures. The insole has a pebbled texture which massages your feet, and oddly, even though I don't wear socks with these, they don't make your feet stink! I hope they still have the brown ones in my size for fall! Thanks, Zappos! Oh, and I would probably order a bit small, I wear a 9 - 1/2 to a 10, mostly a 10 though, and the 9-1/2 fit great.

These shoes have a wonderful feel to them. At first I thought they were too large, but despite their floppy feel, they still manage to provide support and cushion. On an impulse I purchased the yellow thinking they would be fun but they really made my feet stand out and were hard to match. I'll be trading them in for the safer brown.
