More colors please - I have two pairs (tan and black) of these. I really like their style and they're quite comfortable after a few wears. Bring the tan color back and some more colors please!

Cute and comfortable - These shoes are really cute and comfortable, but as stated in other reviews, they stretch out. Buy at least a 1/2 size smaller than normal.

Zappos is awesome! I am really happy with my Zappos purchase. I love the shoe-very comfy! Delivery was unbelievable. Ordered late Tuesday afternoon and on my doorstep on Wednesday! Will definitely be back.

Busy mom - Very comfortable for my wide feet. Good for running with kids and going to work. Sporty and elegant at the same time. Looks best with pants, not skirts.

Slipper or Shoe? This shoe is extremely comfortable! It was as if I was wearing my slippers instead of my shoes! These shoes do run large, and thanks to the advice of other buyers, I ordered a half size smaller than usual (although I could have gone a full size smaller). They are wonderful in the Fatigue color, a great neutral for spring and summer! Enjoy!

Another Satisfied Customer - Several months ago I purchased Michael Kors' Gillian Flat in black leather and had been most pleased with the quality of the product and its comfort, so I recently purchased the same shoe in the suede. I love the style and the fit, and although the suede does seem to run a little larger, I would not recommend that anyone order a half size smaller. If you are considering this shoe, keep in mind that it is a "light" shoe and may not be your best choice for heavy walking situations that might involve some rough terrain. This was my first order with Zappos, and their staff was courteous and helpful, and I received my order very quickly and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

I bought these in green some time ago and loved wearing them. As soon as I saw them in another color I ordered them too. If I see more colors I will buy them. They are amazingly comfortable and look great with jeans.

Exactly what I was looking for... I was so happy they actually had this shoe on Zappos, was looking for it everywhere! Super cute, super comfortable, and of course stylish! The perfect "go-to" pair of flats.

Great little flat! These were not instant-comfort--when I tried wearing them around the house for the first day, to break them in, I ended up with big red marks on the backs of my heels. I thought about sending them back, but I'm so glad I didn't! I put some socks on to protect the backs of my heels and to stretch out the leather a bit. This worked wonders, and within two days, the shoes were broken in and feeling great. I loved the way they molded to my foot!

LOVE these shoes- I struggled for the longest time to find a simple pair of black flats until I found these. They are perfect for a pair of jeans, a cute skirt, and even with a pair of sweats. The bottom is really cool too and it almost feels like a mini massage when you walk. I did get a small blister on the back of one heel but that happens with all new shoes. I wear them all the time and no more problems. I definitely recommend these...

The MOST comfortable flat - This shoe is the most versatile and comfortable shoe. It was instant comfort from the first time I wore the shoes. The leather is extremely soft and they are great looking! They can go from day to night.

Very comfortable flat. I think it has moderate arch support (it's got a teeny bit of support) which is better than most flats that just kill my feet after awhile. Fit true to size. Plus Zappos excellent customer service and overnight shipping make all my purchases here well worth it. Thanks Zappos!

Fabulous!!! So amazing! I wish I could get them in every color. They took 2 minutes to break in and then they were perfect. They stretched a little more than I would have liked, so you may consider going half a size down if possible.

Love the look - Wore these in Charleston and Savannah for a coastal getaway. They were comfortable and cute with jeans and skirts. The streets in both cities are largely cobblestone or brick and they held up just fine on both. I love shoes and travel with about 20 pairs, but I kept going back to these more often than any of the others.

Buttery Soft Ballet Flats - These shoes are buttery soft inside and out. So often the interior seams of inferior shoes create blisters and sore spots, but not these ballet flats. They are comfortable right out of the box. The shoes are nicely cushioned for a ballet flat and don't show too much toe cleavage. They work really well with jeans and are cute with trousers as well.

Michael Kors Gillian Flat - Wonderful flat. I have it in Tobacco Suede and Grey suede (gorgeous!). I find it very true to size. Was going to order a size smaller after reading the reviews, but I am glad that I ordered my usual size. It probably would be wide if you have a very narrow foot, but I found it a perfect fit. Wish I could afford to order it in every color!

I love everything about this shoe - I just got these in the mail (less than 24 hours after ordering them!) and I am in love. I was nervous about these shoes being too wide (I have narrow feet) and I'll admit they did look wide when I pulled them out of the box. On my feet they fit great and look even better. I'm so glad I didn't go with a smaller size. I normally wouldn't spend this much on basic flats, but I already know I'm going to get my money's worth here. They are simple but classic like my favorite pair of jeans. Thanks Zappos!

Love them! I was looking for a pair of basic flats to replace the really cheap pair I bought over the summer (a very cute pair that felt like they were made of cardboard). Once I realized how much I wore those shoes, I decided it would be worth spending a little more on a new pair, as I would surely get my money's worth. Well, I love these shoes. At first they felt a little tight in the left foot, but having gone up a half size with my first pair of KORS shoes and learning the hard way that they stretch out, I stuck with my true size. They didn't take long at all to break in. Love the treads on the sole. My only issue is that the tip of the shoe is showing some wear. But I work in the city, where my office is surrounded by tons of shoe-killer cobblestone. Some polish should fix this right up though. I'm tempted to buy another pair as these are now my go-to shoes. As for Zappos, I'm also impressed. I ordered my shoes at 930pm on a Thursday, and the package arrived before lunch at my office the next day!

Nice ballet flats - These ballet flats are very cute. I think I'm in between sizes. This shoe is comfortable and the leather is nice, the shoe doesn't have much support, but very cute.

Careful of sizing - It's true I do have a narrow foot but normally don't have a problem but this shoe floated and now I will be returning them. Sad because they are cute! Hope they have a 1/2 size smaller for me to exchange to.

So gorgeous, so comfortable! I bought the Gillian Flat in Grey Suede - it's gorgeous. The cool "driving shoe" treads keep it from looking too frou frou and the fit was surprisingly comfy right out of the box. I want this shoe in some of the other colors - just waiting for Zappos to stock up on 10s!

Essential - I have 2 pair and absolutely love them. The treads provide good grip and the leather/nappa is superior. They are a tad wider then anticipated. Also, I'm usually a true 8 but these are a tad too big, (not enough to go down to a 7.5) but inserts solve the issue.

Great basic flat! Great shoe - nice, simple and comfortable. They have a slightly padded foot bed and a little bit of an arch support. I added an insole to make them even more supportive and I can walk for hours in them. The treads on the bottom are a nice added bonus. They did feel just a hair bit wider than what I'm used to, FYI.

Nice, plain little flat with good treads. Because of the nice little treads on the bottom, I think they will last longer than most of my other flats. Perfect with jeans and a tee.

Very comfy - They are super comfy! I'm used to wearing heels all the time, so I love these shoes. They are cute and comfy.
