I love these flats! Don't know if per se they are for everyday but my experience with Zappos was amazing. I had a hole in the front of the shoe, called them to see if I could exchange them because it had happened within a month. They exchanged them for me, gave me a little money back because they were on sale after I bought them and had them within 2-3 days after speaking with them. Maybe I'll buy another pair in case that happens again.

These shoes are amazing! I have a job where I have to stand 8-9 hours a day and these are probably the most comfortable shoes I have. My feet didn't hurt at all after the whole day. I love them.

I had a pair of these shoes a while ago and have never worn a more comfortable flat. So I bought 2 more pairs in black and vanilla leather. I have wide feet and these don't pinch or rub at all. I love Michael Kors flats; I won't wear any other flat. The leather is nice and soft and this style goes with everything. The only thing that I recommend is to be kind to them, because they wear really fast.

We have a winner! This is what I said out loud when I tried these on after trying Clarks, Born, Me Too, etc., and sending all of them back. Yes, the sole looks like it might wear out if you do a lot of walking but I already consulted with the cobbler and for a small sum will take care of that potential problem. Plenty wide so I didn't have to try and find a shoe that carried a "D" version and they are cute! Just plain, ordinary cute! Exactly what I wanted - no bows or frills or bells or jingles or weird stuff -- just a cute flat for someone with wide feet. I had to mark no arch support but what do you want from a ballet flat? Plenty of room for inserts though if you need them. They're awesome! My three month search is finally over. Love them! And love Zappos! Best company in the world!

Nice simple slip on. Leather is very soft. Little arch support, but slim and sweet.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have them in all three colors. They are super cute and super comfortable. I have somewhat wide (and flat) feet and normally have a lot of trouble finding ballet flats that don't look like boats. These do not gap, are highly flexible and do not hurt anywhere! The leather is very nice. The sole is a driver style and probably not very durable, but I have worn my 'vanilla leather' shoes a lot and they still look great. A little wear on the edges of the bottom, but not noticeable. I am going to order an extra pair in black for the winter. Hope Michael Kors will make similar shoes in the future.

These flats run a half size too large. I purchased a 7, returned and reordered in 6.5. Perfect fit!

Very stylish. The arch around the top of the foot feels a little snug but I have a very wide foot and most people would probably not be bothered by this.

Very comfortable with soft leather. Runs large so order half size smaller. This is an excellent investment.

Purchased the brown ones and love them. Wider than other flats I own so I purchased 1\/2 size smaller. Very comfortable.

This is probably the best shoe I\'ve purchased in 10 years. It is comfortable, stylish, goes great with different outfits. I hope they decide to expand the selection of colors!

I just received the shoes last night and am already wearing them to work. They are extremely comfortable and a great fit (if you purchase them 1/2 size smaller)! The only thing that trumps the great quality and comfort of these shoes is the always outstanding Zappos customer service! This is one of the few retailers that delivers on it's promises for great customer service! Thank you!

I have ordered five pair of the Michael Kors Gillian flats in the last two or three years. Nothing has ever felt so comfortable on my feet. I always keep a new spare in my closet for fear they may stop making them. I intend to stock up even more. I have them in the luggage color and black, and I would dearly love it if they would make this shoe in red. I rarely wear any other shoe anymore, and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for style and comfort.

I love these shoes! They\'re comfy, well-made and can be worn with a variety of styles. Simple black flats were never so much fun!

At first the stitching made the opening of the shoe too tight and it pressed on the joint of my toe. (Think of it like a drawstring that was pulled too tight) However, after breaking them in for a day or two they are really really comfortable. I love the leather lining and the sole is cushioned.

I love this shoe! It's comfortable and lux. But it does run on the wide side. I have normal width feet that are almost wide, and these shoes are very wide even on my feet! But the leather is supple, and very comfortable, and I looks like it will last a while. But definitely buy at least a 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear. Maybe even a full size smaller.

As suggested by the other reviews I\'d read before ordering this shoe I ordered it a half size smaller than my usual 71\/2. When first slipping into them they were tight and I considered sending them back, but I held on to the other reviewers experiences and kept them. They did take a couple weeks to stretch, bandaids on my heels, but now they are perfect and fit my foot nice and comfy. Ordering any bigger would have stretched out too big. I can wear them all day with comfort, and I love the way they go with everything from casual to more sophisticated looks. They have happily become my everyday shoe.

I love them! They fit true to size. I found the stitching tight against the foot and needed to be stretched until they were comfortable.

These shoes are so amazing and comfortable. I have wide feet and have trouble finding flats that don't rub against the wide parts of my feet. These are perfect for wide feet!

This is my 3rd pair of Gillian Flats, and I still love them. I bought them in silver a year or two ago and literally wore them until they fell apart after a heavy rain. I bought these in the vanilla leather, and they go with everything. I bought my normal size 7, and they fit perfectly. They are very flat, but so flexible - it's like going barefoot. Love it.

I love these shoes and have gotten several compliments on them. The buttery soft leather makes them easy to wear from the get-go. Would not necessarily say they are a half-size smaller as some reviewers would suggest. My toes are right at the top of my 7.5 shoes and I normally wear an 8. Would have loved to compare sizes, but unfortunately, being in Melbourne, Australia doesn’t allow for that at this time! Thank goodness I have an understanding husband who travels to the States and brings me back stuff! Thank you to Zappos for such fast shipping to his hotel!

I bought my first pair of Michael Kors Gillian flats in Montreal in 2007. They were silver, and I absolutely LOVED them! They were like wearing slippers, and I wore them until our puppy got a hold of them and chewed them up! Since that time, I have ordered the Gillian flats in gold, vanilla, and 2 pairs in black. I love shoes, especially ballet flats, and these are a combination of ballet flats and driving moccasins. They are my favorite shoes, and I have many!

This is one of my favorite designers and one of my favorite shoes! So comfy. Quality is great! I've had no problem with these shoes at all. No breaking in, they were comfortable from day one. I get tons of compliments on them. Would definitely buy them again.

Love these shoes! They are so comfortable and cute! I originally ordered the luggage leather in 8.5, my normal size, but had to return them for a 7.5. When I received the smaller size I got them in vanilla, which was a pleasant surprise. I actually love the vanilla, which wasn't even offered at the time I was ordering. The leather does wear if you scuff your feet on cement, but I don't know of any shoes that don't wear over time. No pinching or breaking in period, these were soft and comfortable from the beginning.
