Yes! Better than the 2110 - I have been wearing this series from Asics for several years and this is imo the best improvement yet. This is much closer to the 2100. They really improved the heel and if you wore the 2110 you'll know what I'm talking about. This model cradles the heel perfectly. The other major improvement is the more stable fit through the middle portion of the foot. Same great roomy toe box! I have never gotten black toes from this line even after training for and running a marathon.

Walkin on Pillows! I actually bought these with the intent to begin jog/running after it gets warmer. But after trying them on, I'll be wearing these daily. They are, without question, the most comfortable pair of shoes I own now. As for sizing, I'm an 8.5 in street shoes, bought a 9 for these and they're absolutely perfect!!

My first pair of Asics is a WINNER!! After years of picking out running and walking shoes because they looked “cute", I finally read the About.com guide about choosing footwear for serious powerwalking and running. This shoe exceeds all the requirements. It has great flexibility in the mid-foot area, a moderate heel support with a correctly positioned notch , great arch support, mid-shoe support for over- pronation which women often have, and is extremely light weight. Most importantly, the shoe is attractive, doesn't make my feet look like boats, and I was able to walk at a brisk pace of 5 MPR at an incline of 4 for 2 hours without any foot or leg discomfort as soon as I took the shoes out of the box. NO breaking in needed. I did add a Spenco heel and arch support combo due to my unusually high arches, but I am the exception to the rule. The shoe has blue removable insoles, if that matters to you. I weighed each of my size 8 and a half Asics on a calibrated postal scale and they came in at 11.2 oz. The toe box is extremely roomy without having slip. I plan on buying these in black/ black lightning ASAP. I worked as an RN for over 20 years, working and standing on my feet for 12 hours per day and these are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I could cry when I think how my feet and back have hurt in other, inferior brand shoes. A couple of other things I like: The colors are soft and soothing. The blue is almost a denim blue and goes well with jeans. (shallow, I know, but I am not THAT dedicated a walker/ runner). There are no bulky interior seams. Everything is well finished and smooth. If you get a blister, look at your socks, or the possibility that you chose the wrong size. By the way, the fit is true if you follow the accepted rule of choosing an athletic shoe which is ONE size larger than your street shoes. Unlike another very famous and popular brand of shoes with the initials NB that I tried on, these shoes have NO odor of rubber or other noxious substances. I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't demand a shoe with wings, :)

Cool Running Shoe - I usually order my running shoes one half size larger than my regular shoes and did so with these, my first pair of Asics. I found they are very roomy, especially in the width at toes/front of shoe. They are cool both in looks and in how airy the fabric is, allowing lots of ventilation. They feel high in back allowing support to Achilles region...still very new and very comfy.

Great fit - These are great shoes. I have narrow feet and the width is truly narrow.

Order 1/2 size down - I always wear arch supports and they fit nicely. This size ten was definitely larger than my other Asics, also a size ten. I'd order a half size down.

Nice shoes - These are really nice shoes. I have a wide foot and they aren’t quite as comfortable as my Avia’s but they breathe better then my other shoes. Overall I love them.

Great multi activity shoe - Am a walker, tennis player, and fitness nut. Great shoe for all of the above. Have merely been updating the same shoe for a few years now.

Nice Shoe - I bought these for my wife after she complained of back pain while working out. I wore an older model (GT-2100) of the men's version of this shoe while recovering from knee surgery and training for the Detroit marathon. I figured they would provide a good amount of cushioned support for her. She wears them mainly around town and for classes at the gym, and says they're great.

Not as good as the GT 2110 - I've finally worn out my 2110s and had to order these as replacements, but they do not seem to have the same arch support or the same cushioning. I cannot say enough good things about my GT 2110s, so I will keep trying other Asics…

Go Asics! I needed a new pair of sneakers, preferably ones with a good arch. This was one of two I got. They are very comfortable and good-looking. I just grew out of them and need a new pair. I'm going back for Asics!

Good motion control shoe for overpronators - It's a good motion control shoe for overpronators, but I like a little more arch support. This is easily remedied with an after-market insole.

Asics shoe review - My feet get cold in the winter with hose on. I have to wear a heavy sock. The low light weight short socks ride down in the shoe.

Good looking pair of shoes - Size seems to run half a size smaller than my other pair of shoes of the same size. Arch support is not much.

Asics 2120 Running/Walking Shoe - I love this shoe so far. I have walked over 100 miles in it and the longest walk has been 10 miles with no blisters or sore toes. My only complaint is the laces are too short to tie them in the recommended configuration so keep my heel from lifting up. I purchased the narrow last 2A. I have always bought the Kayano Walker model in the past but this model 2120 is a far better shoe.

Great shoe! My first pair of Asics and I am pleased. At first I thought they were stiff, but I noticed the support is superb. My feet and back feel great at the end of the day! I am very pleased!

Asics running shoe - I love the looks of this shoe! It is comfortable for walking around and light workouts, but I didn't like them as well as my Adidas on a long run. But, it's good to mix things up a bit.

Nice, reliable shoe - It doesn't "Wow" me like other Asics have, but it is more than adequate and gets the job done. The white and maroon ones look really cool!

Good Shoes - After being plagued by knee problems in the past, I have been running/working out in Asics for years. They are good shoes and they work well with my orthotics. I find the toe box on these a bit wide, but I appreciate the extra stability in my weight lifting class. It helps having the extra support when doing squats and lunges.

Asics GT-2120 - Love to wear Asics, and I think they are a great quality shoe, however I prefer the Gel Nimbus over the 2120 because I stand on my feet all day long. The Gel Nimbus are more true to size, and provide more comfort and support.

Good shoe, much like the 2110 - Shoe is working out fine. Probably a little beefier than then 2110, which I like. Very comfortable, nice fit. Good shoe for the overpronator.

Great Shoes. Asics Are the best shoes. I ordered about five pair of shoe because I have a very hard time finding a shoe that fits my small 51/2 medium width feet and finally these did the job. I always end up with a pair of Asics they are fantastic shoes and well worth the money. Asics tend to run small, I think, but these were true to size and felt good. They are very comfy for at the gym or walking around to do errands. The only concern I had is when I ran on the treadmill they weren't as supportive on the bottom of my feet as I thought they would be. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend the Gel's if you can spend the extra money. Your feet deserve it!

Great Shoes - I've been wearing ASIC 2100's for years now. When I found out they had been discontinued, I was a little hesitant to try the 2120's, but love them. I haven't found any other running shoes that cut down on my knee pain and keep my feet happy after surgery.

Not bad, not bad at all! I got these to replace my GT-2100 that was overdue and I am very happy with them so far. I like the fact that they are lighter than the old models.

New running shoe - Very nice look, fit well, but as a change in brand they feel like there is less cushioning compared to my last shoe...
