I'll always shop Zappos for hard to find shoes - After reading the reviews I purchased these shoes in plum and bought them a half size larger. When they arrived they were more true to size and I needed to exchange them. Everything about the exchange process was easy, painless and Zappos won a customer for life. They sent me a UPS label via email to return my pair and sent out the right size the same day. I couldn't believe how easy it was. And the shoes are perfect. Great fit, great look and super comfortable. I have to wear supportive shoes and these are light enough for summer and still look cute.

Keen shoes - I love the shoes. They are so comfortable! I get compliments from everyone when I wear them.

Comfortable and stylish - I have hard to fit feet and these are perfect. I have just discovered this brand and they are comfortable right out of the box. I love that they are stylish enough for work as well as play.

Best Shoe Ever! I walk a lot and at first and I was a little disappointed because with these shoes, there was painful scraping and even a little bleeding when I wore them. However, I could feel that the rest of the shoe was cozy. My mom told me to walk on the backs - stand and crunch the backs down. Now that I've done that and they aren't new-shoe stiff, these are my favorite shoes. I only take them off to go to bed.

Happy with these - I normally wear a 10. I ordered a 10.5 and they fit great. So, they run a half size small. They also fit wider than many other Keens. I like the Venice sandal which is very wide. These are too. Very cute with capris, skirts or jeans. I got black. The only thing is I have to wear them in a little; the top of the shoe rubs the top of my foot a little.

I love Keen! And Zappos! Love the look of this shoe. Always can rely on the size 11 fitting me perfectly. It is a bit heavy, but I can live with that as the look is cute and comfortable... Also, Zappos is wonderful to deal with. Had ordered two pairs of shoes and can send the one back at n/c. Nothing to lose here! Order away!

Cute and comfy - All I wear is Keen shoes. I have at least 9 pair. They are all very comfortable and cute. They wear well. Zappos is awesome. You may pay a little more but if you don't like them or they don't fit you can exchange them at no cost. These Calistoga are no exception, they're perfect.

Easy fun - This shoe is very comfy, true to fit and goes with all casual clothing. I have it in black and it really softens up over time. I have a wide foot and this felt good right out of the box.

Very comfortable! I purchased these just before a trip to Seattle. They are the most comfortable shoes I've had - and go from business to casual w/o any problem. Stay dry too! I wear 6.5 to 7 and fit into a 7.

Yes. I like Calistoga. This is my 4th pair of Keen Calistogas. Yup, you read that right -- my 4th. Keen tends to run short but the Calistoga runs true to size. They are not shoes you can dress up much but they will work fine with business slacks and a large personality (I also have one of those). They are very comfortable and I wear them when walking for miles or blocks. I am so happy with these shoes that I imagine I will order another pair soon. It is my second pair of black but I've also had an orange-y shade and a blue shade. My feet don't hurt and I have some serious callous action going on. I am wearing black Calistogas as I type. And Zappos? No one can beat Zappos for customer service, selection, and speed of delivery.

Love this shoe! Provides all day comfort in a good looking shoe. Shoe is light but durable.

Comfy - I really like this shoe -- so much that I bought it in the black and the brown. It's cute, comfy, and has a fairly rigid sole, which is good for my arthritic toe. Someone told me Sunday that she'd been distracted during worship (which I lead at a Presbyterian church) because she wanted to steal my shoes for herself. So far, that's the only problem!

Keen Calistoga - Love the shoes! They are great! I always wear a size 8; however, for these, I felt the 7.5 fit better. Very comfortable, go great with anything!

Great Shoe! I have short, fat feet with a high arch. My sister has thin feet with no arch. We both agree that they are the most comfortable shoes we have ever owned. I plan on purchasing another pair!

This is my 4th pair of this style shoe. Very pretty and surprisingly comfortable for a strappy sandal.

Even better than I'd hoped! This is my 3rd pair of Keens (I own 2 pair of the Carmel style, in different colors). I love them! They were comfortable right out of the box, and I can walk long distances in them as easily as I could in sneakers. These are ideal shoes for travel, as they go with so many different things and are easy to wear anywhere. I wouldn't go so far as to call them dressy, but they're passable at work, with the right pair of trousers.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I had bunion surgery 7 years ago and require shoes with a lot of cushion - these are perfect.

Super cute casual shoe - These are just great. Sturdy, cute, great with jeans or casual skirts.

Down with contrast stitching - I love this shoe - I also have it in the backless version and in several colors. It is sooo comfortable and is so roomy in the forefoot that all my toes get to have their own space! Also, I have a high instep and the strap doesn't irritate it at all. My only quibble is the white contrast stitching on the black leather - it is distracting and it limits the wearability, since it calls too much attention to the shoe - it doesn't work with "dress up" occasions where my brown ones do.

My most comfortable shoe - I am on my feet all day and love these shoes. I have a pair in black and another in blue. They are more comfortable than any other shoe I have worn.
