The arch support is very comfortable for a thong sandal. My only issue is that there is a seam on the underside where the toe divide is, and it kind of irritates my skin. It is not bad enough to make me return the show, but then I have not actually had any warm weather to wear them in yet. It may be a problem if I wear them for more than a test walk around the house.

This is a comfortable flip-flop. The built-in arch support allows my feet to feel good in spite of a long day running around in flip-flops! Did not like the price!

These are going back. Too short, too narrow, too tight, even after reading a zillion reviews to try and get the sizing right.

These aren't dainty sandals. Which I don't mind, but you might. They are wide (which I like) and have great arch support (which I also like). However, they are awfully heavy and the java/rattan color is pretty dark for a summer shoe. I have rather thin feet so hauling this rather weighty shoe around wasn't very realistic. The leather is also pretty smooth and slippy, so my foot slide around quite a bit. I am an 8-8/12 so ordered the 9 which fit fine. Ultimately, these are going back because they're too heave and too expensive for leather flip flop.

I just received these sandals and I'm not sure about them. The color is more metallic than I was expecting, more a silver-pewter than a grey-pewter. I'm not sure I like the leather footbed either, especially the embroidered design. All in all, I don't love them, and $80 is too much for sandals I don't love. Will probably send them back.

The arch support is very uncomfortable on my very normal foot and arch. The support area seems incredibly huge and hard. Weird and unnatural. I am amazed at all these positive reviews. I really like the look. The construction & attention to details are very nice, other than the overly aggressive arch support. Kept them, but worn them only a few times. Enough to know that I simply cannot get used to them.

Wanted to love these shoes! Have worn various Olukais different Olukais, with pleasure, but could never really get used to these. Just too stiff and never cushy on the sole.

This will be a great flip flop once I break them in a bit. The arch support is fantastic but the way the upper part of the sandal and the piece between the toes are constructed causes some discomfort. I am sure over time I will break them in. My suggestion is to wear them for a good long while around the house to make sure you don't have this issue. overall a well constructed sandal.

I really wanted to like these. They are super cute. That piece that goes between the toes hurt so badly! I have never really had a problem with that before, so I am not sure what the deal was. I did order two different sizes and both had the same problem. Also, they did feel stiff. Perhaps these shoes require a break in period or something. I was not willing to take a chance.

Was looking for sandals with good arch support. While these had more of a molded footbed, it didn't seem to hit my arch in the right place. And they made an annoying "slap" when walking. They look nice, the 8 fit my foot perfectly, and the leather was very soft, but just not what I need right now. Love Zappos free return shipping!

Beautiful, expensive and painful! I wore these to work with the hope that they would have great arch support and leave my feet feeling great. They did not. I have a high arch and the top of the sandals are snug and rubbed blisters on the top of both my feet. I am going to give them to my daughter, maybe they will fit her narrow foot.

These are nice but do not have the support that I need. The Ohana's are the best for arch support and comfort in my opinion. I love them! Also, I am a 7 1/2 but size down as the 8's stretched and were too floppy and long.

These shoes were very comfortable but I haven't even had them one year and the toe has already broken. So I have to throw the shoes away. I'm very disappointed.

I expected to love these. The fit was great. After wearing them for an hour the tops of my feet are all cut up. These will go back and that makes me sad. I was soooo excited about this purchase.

I bought these because of having recent issues with foot pain and I had heard that these were created for flip flop wearers with foot support in mind. These are beyond uncomfortable! I spent the day at the ballpark and my feet were killing me mid-day! It was like wearing flops from Old Navy! I will wear them infrequently because I paid so much but Sanuk all the way for me going forward!

I've purchased this brand in the past and found them very comfortable from the start, this pair is not comfortable at all. They seem tight across the top.

I really loved these flip flops for the year I had them. Unfortunately, it was just over a year and the warranty expired just before the cloth toe fabric broke. I was miles away from my car with broken shoes and no recourse. Money down the drain For that price, I expect them to last at least two summers!! Bummer!

Nice looking and seem practical but wish these came with a warning for people with flat feet like me. The arches are SO severe that they cause extreme leg pain and are basically unwearable. I gave them a lot of break-in time as advised by other reviewers. Unfortunately I wore them outside before I realized just how painful they are and can't return them (another reason to only shop at Nordstroms!). Got these for my honeymoon and really sorry I spent so much money on these as I can't afford to replace them and can't return them. Last time shopping OluKai or Zappos. Definitely not worth the money.

I liked these sandals but the ribbon material (not leather) they used between your toes tore my skin up.

I love another pair of Olukais that I have, so I was really excited to have a "dressier" pair to wear throughout summer. I was really disappointed in these, as the pewter thong part didn't seem to want to stretch and really made the top of my foot hurt. Also, they aren't a very silvery/gray pewter, but had more of a copper tone to them.

Boo! This is my second pair of OluKai, and they are terrible! My first pair, same style, different leather thong, are awesome! I am so sad! I bought these with confidence based on my experience with this brand. The thong part on this shoe is a very, very stiff leather. I wore them around the house for about an hour, and the stiff leather bruised the top of my foot so bad I had to wear cheap rubber flip flops for 2 weeks! I can't believe this! I think it has to do with whatever they did to the leather to give the metallic look. What a complete disappointment, especially after such a great experience with my first pair! And of course, I have worn them, so $80 for a pair of flip flops down the drain! UGH!

These are the absolute most uncomfortable flip flop I have ever put on...so disappointed. I though they would loosen up and now that I have worn them all day I cannot return them so I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear. I love this brand but these just don't work for me.

I bought these in a size 11 in April 2011. I fell in love, and living in Florida they pretty much haven't left my feet since. I just bought two more pairs, but I am going to have to return them, because now the size 11 feels more like a 10. I compared the two, and the shoes are indeed smaller, by half a cm. Half a cm makes a huge difference. Lots of reviews suggest going up a size, but they don't make a 12. I'm heartbroken. I'm going to try a man's sandal, but I'd much rather look like a girl. Very disappointed.
