This shoe is made very well. However, for me, the shoe had too high an arch. They kill my feet. I am apparently too flat footed. I also bought my husband a pair and he absolutely loves them. Zappos' returns are very easy to do. I purchased a different style accidentally and the return was extremely easy.

These were a bit too short in the arch for me, I guess the arch hit too far forward on my foot. Even though they were comfy I decided to return and try again. Thank goodness for Zappos!

Comfortable flip flop, more substantial sole than most, so good for longer days on your feet. It's a little long in the toe area, not good if your toes are short. I wish they came in half sizes, but that is my wish with all shoes that only come in whole sizes.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable. The arch support is great without making the shoe appear funny looking. I love the feel of the shoe on my foot. The one downside is that the strap stretches, and stretches. I'm an 8.5 and ordered the 8. Length and width were true, until the strap started to stretch and now the shoe is almost unwearable. I'll still grind it out, but wish I could cinch down that strap just a little more and it would be perfect!

Overall feel right out of the box is great - great arch support, great fit - however, the inner strap does rest against my arch in a way that is not uncomfortable but noticeable, and I hope it doesn't bug me. Actually hoping a little more wear will take care of that. (Also note that my foot is a little on the wide size, so maybe a narrower foot wouldn't have this problem.) They feel so good otherwise that I'm willing to risk it and see how they do! My hubby has had a mens pair of this style (slightly different - they have regular leather soles instead of nubuck) for a couple of years now, and he loves them. One more thing: I got Pewter, and they are more metallic than the photos depict.

This sandal has excellent arch support and I can wear it all day without my legs aching, unlike other flip-flops (of which I have many!). The straps on these are loose on my feet, even though I am typically a medium width. Still, the arch support and footbed are so excellent that I put up with this issue. I have worn them daily for a few months now including day long airport/vacation flight adventures. Just can’t walk as fast as I might if the straps fit better.

Plantar Fasciitis sufferers beware - I purchased this great looking sandal after a quick try-on at the store. It felt nice and had a good arch support. Only problem is if you suffer from painful plantar fasciitis, you won't want them because there is no cushioning in the heel or ball of foot. I love the look and it is made better than most flip-flops, but if you suffer from this foot problem, DO NOT buy them.

The arch support is great in these and they feel very sturdy. The leather straps are higher on the foot than most flip flops so they stay on better. I couldn't give them 5 stars for comfort because the leather straps seem very stiff and will require breaking in. Also these are long in the front so if you have long toes these might be good.

Nice look, great arch support, but heel is too low. Along with arch support, I need the heel to be higher than the arch.

OluKai’s - They are very comfortable but seem to stretch out too much so I am not sure about how they will wear in the long run.

These shoes do not look or fit great for the price, and I would not categorize them as comfort sandals. OluKai shoes seem to be made for women with longer toes and wider heels.

I really wish these had worked but I have very narrow feet and there was so much room between the straps and my feet that I could not keep these on. I also feel that half sizes do need to size down to get a better fit. I have tried both the 8 and 9; the 8 fit much better.

Loved my old Olukai sandals (Mahana) that I found on the sale rack several years ago in Anchorage but struggling with the fit of my new Kumu W. Too bad because I love the new pewter color, the simplicity of the style, but the leather feels like dirt underfoot compared to the spongy comfort of the Mahana and the top strap is set closer to the top of my foot and rubs, oh my. Trying to break them in but the blister is a bit discouraging. No where as comfortable as my old standbys. I really think it is the (lack of) set back of the straps making it ride so much closer to my toes. And the arch/instep of my right foot.

What's the Fuss? The base is Very Firm, though not as firm as Rainbows (never got that fuss either). I ordered in Ray/Bone mainly for the color, which I DO like. I didn't find the arch that supportive (I have somewhat high arches). It could be a bit wider (I have somewhat wide feet), and my feet actually began to ACHE after wearing them around the house for about 20 minutes! I'm getting another pair or 2 of Crocs flops instead.

I’m going to be the rare reviewer who says that these shoes just didn’t work - at all. The arch support is nice, but didn’t fit under my arch very well actually coming up under the ball of my big toe. The footbed is also hard and the straps loose on my skinny feet. Too bad - these are so cute! Back to Chaco....

I was looking forward to wearing these over my Mephisto sandals because they looked more stylish for my lifestyle. They were comfortable out of the box, but after a couple days of wearing them all day at work they became extremely hard on my arches. My arches started to cramp and I had to run around barefoot. They are not soft and cushioning. If you are looking for a cushion feel to your sandals do not purchase these.

I owed a pair and they were the most comfortable foot wear ever.

I love these flip flops! I thought I loved my OluKai Ohana, but the leather ones are even better. They look and feel great. The fit was a little snug when I first put them on, but within 10 minutes of walking around, they fit like a glove. I felt like the Ohana's straps stretched out a bit over time (though still super comfortable) so we'll see how the leather ones hold up. Nothing even compares to the arch support of OluKai flip flops.

My third pair of this color and style. OK are the most comfortable flips ever. color neutral enough to wear with almost everything. also have other styles. i wear a 7 and these are a perfect fit. no break in ever...

This is the best flip flop around. Great fit, mold to your foot. Most folks are nervous about the leather but they get wet, they dry up with no issues at all. I live in Florida and have 5 pair.

These are super cute and super comfortable. I need a good solid arch support and these are great!

These are my favorite flip flops. The arch support is great & the leather sole molds to your foot. This is the 2nd pair I have purchased! Love them!!!
