Olukai Makau - Ordered the Makau's from Zappos and I'm extremely pleased. These flip-flops not only look great but are very comfortable. I wear an 11.5, so I tried the 11 and 12 to see which fit the best and chose the 12's on how they felt on my feet. After wearing these Makau's over the last few weeks, they feel even more comfortable. I know these babies cost more than many other brands, but if you enjoy wearing flip flop's you should try these with another brand and see what feels best to you. I'm very satisfied with my decision and with Zappos first rate service.

Best flops ever! I love these flops! They are without a doubt the best pair of sandals I have ever owned and I will be buying more. Very classy for a flip-flop.

Nice. I ordered these flippers 9:30p and met the UPS guy at my door the next day at 11:00a, holy cow. We are time zones apart…how do they do that!?? Nice service and the flip flops fit nicely and are nice quality footwear. Zappos rocks!

Great product - My husband loves these shoes... no problems, just had to break them in a bit where the straps go across the top of your foot. He cut off some socks and wore them for a bit... now wears them in comfort. Good looking shoes in the brown/orange.

Great sandals - After reading several reviews about these sandals, I decided to buy them first , because I liked the look of them, and secondly because I know Zappos exchange policy......these are the most comfortable sandals I own , next to the other model...so comfortable that I bought a duplicate pair for when the shoe wears out...the people at Zappos never cease to amaze me with their product and their politeness.

Olukai is Hawaiian for true fit - I have fat feet. This sandal fits well and provides support. Buy a 1/2 or full size larger than you need because they are cut small.

Great sandal - I was very impressed with the quality and comfort. Highly recommend. Do suggest you go with at least one size larger though.

Best Sandals Yet - These are the best sandals I've ever owned. More comfortable, better looking, and tougher than Reefs and Rainbow sandals. As for Birkenstocks, these are not at that level of support, but I like these better b/c the Birkenstocks do not fit the shape of my feet and these do.

My Size 15 Kid Loves Em - I picked these up for my 14 year old with gigantic size 15 feet. At first he thought the "Simple" brand in the same size was more comfortable, but that was only because they were looser and had absolutely no arch support. He went with the Olukai Makau because of the strong reviews and now is glad he did. After one outing, the flip conformed to his foot like a high-priced shoe. Now he can walk, run, pounce and thunder around in his flips without having to worry about them flying off. Perfect, perfect. Try pouncing and thundering in a $30 flip, you'll see what I mean.

Great Sandals - I ordered these sandals on Sunday evening and received them Tuesday. (Free shipping, can't beat that) I basically wear sandals everywhere but work and the gym, and these feel great. The arch support was a bit uncomfortable at first, but after a week it feels very nice. It's a little bit more then I generally spend on sandals, but you get what you pay for. They look great, feel great, and we'll see how long they last. Pick these up!

Great Sandal - I just bought this sandal a couple of days ago and it is the most comfortable flip flop I own. I would definitely buy another pair.

Excellent mix of arch support and cushioning - I look for good arch support and cushioning when I purchase a flip flop. This has both. I'd prefer a fabric toe strap over this rolled leather one, but the foot bed was perfect so I kept them.

I am a woman and bought these flip flops because they are so comfortable! I'm going to get some for my husband, too.

Insane-good flops - World's best flops! Like walking on a cloud. My third pair! My last pair has about 100,000 miles on 'em and they're still goin' strong. I'm gonna wear this pair with jeans and a sports coat for my buddy's wedding. I LIVE in OluKai's. AWESOME Forget about other flops. Forget about any seller but ZAPPOS. It's all good.

Perfect for Sensory Issue People - My son loves these and he's got sensory issues. Nothing bothers him about these. And they are nice and wide for his wide feet. Note: Yes, they are comfortable, but not squishy - they are quite firm.

Perfect for the whole family! I bought this shoe for my husband, my son stole them and we had to get another pair. Neither usually love wearing flip flops or sandals, but they are both sold on this. It is comfortable, stylish and has a great Arch support. We have tried many brands this one is the keeper. I even got some for myself!

OluKai Makau - I think my search for a favorite flip flop is finally over! Every year I buy another 2 or 3 pairs of sandals (in all price ranges), hoping I'll find the right pair for me. Every year I'm disappointed. I tried on these OluKai's and fell in love instantly. Extremely comfortable with just the right look. Not too casual and not dressy. The bed grips your feet nicely. The arch was a little extreme (high) at first, but now I love it. I have narrow feet - Straps on sandals usually stretch out within a month of wearing them, making them totally unusable. These straps are sturdy and remain snug on my feet. I agree with what others have said about size being a touch small. I am normally a 10.5 and I bought the 11's. Perfect fit. Love 'em!

Great Flop - This is the most comfortable flop I have had. I ordered a half size bigger than my normal shoe size i.e. 11 as wear 10.5 EEE. It has great arch support (I have high arches) and good cushioning. Initially, it was a bit tight around the straps but they have adjusted (I have high arches). Unlike any other flop I have had before this one remains secure on the foot and does not move around. As one reviewer noted he thought he could run in them.

Flip flops - I wear flip flops from spring to fall, and these are great. I had to order 1 full size bigger than my usual size.

Surprisingly comfortable - I received a pair of these sandals as a gift from a friend who told me that my previous sandals were not the best sandals for my feet. I was skeptical at first, but the instant that I put them on, I felt the difference, mostly in the arch. Brand new, they practically hugged my feet, and as they've become broken in, they only fit better. My previous sandals are a name brand, and are substantially better than some of the cheaper sandals that can be bought. The OluKai sandals surprised me as to how much more comfortable they are than the Merrell sandals that I'd worn previously, because I'd always thought that a sandal is a sandal, but that is not the case. I highly recommend these sandals if you're looking for an extremely comfortable sandal that fits well.

Perfect Re-Gift - I bought these for one son for Christmas but another ended up with them. He loved the arch support. Since he is in So. TX near South Padre Island, these were a perfect match. He has not taken them off since he tried them on (except to sleep). Thanks.

Extremely comfortable and on my 2nd pair. The fit is great. I've tried several brands but OluKai is the one for my comfort.

Very comfortable...straps are neoprene on the underside and require no break-in period...start walking!

OluKai's Makau - Great flip. It took a little while to break in but once broken in, very comfortable. Great styling as I get many compliments.

Very comfortable sandal - In the first month I've had these, I've worn them a lot. They combine the looks of a casual leather sandal with the comfort of a sport sandal. They feel very sturdy and I anticipate them lasting a long time, but not at the expense of comfort. A little tight at first around the strap, but they break in by the 3rd wearing.
