These shoes are attractive and fit true to size. The footbed seems very comfortable. Here is the problem…on the back of the heels, there are two seams (one on each side of the heel) where they sewed the lining in. At the top of the seams are two hard nubs of leather. My heels are sensitive and I know those won’t soften enough for me and I’ll end up with blisters. I’ve read reviews on another retailer’s page and many ladies mention blistered heels. Very disappointing that they didn’t ensure the heel area is smooth.

Love the look and color of this shoe. The color goes with absolutely everything. My only issue with this shoe is that the finishing ribbon around the opening is a little itchy when wearing them barefoot. But I like the shoe so much that I deal with a little discomfort

LOVE THEM! These shoes are among the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I wear my Brins to work (and everywhere else). These shoes are also quite durable, as I've worn them for over a month now and they still look good as new.

Good fit -- pretty navy color -- and comfortable to walk in. No rubbing, good space at toe box -- I also bought the Olive Green and they are really nice and pretty too.

these fit true to size but they squeak when you walk and the heel is not comfortable. I have a lot of Born shoes that don't do this, but I could not get the squeaking to stop.

More comfortable than I thought. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes don’t bother my feet! Yeah!

This is a beautiful shoe and I will order it again, but the size I ordered was too big for me. I was hoping it would not bother my bunion. I fell in love with them when I saw them on my daughter, who loves them. She says they are very comfortable and they comes in several colors.

This cute shoe has a narrow toe-bed. The overall shoe is great and well made. If you have narrow feet this shoe is for you!

The size is perfect and the shoes look very nice. The left shoe rubs my big toe and is going to take some time to break in, thus the 4 stars for comfort.

Cute and comfy - Bought these for work, they are so stylish I have actually worn them out on several occasions. Love the height of the heel for long days on my feet. The insole is super soft and supportive. The adjustable strap is nice. They do feel a little bit large with a trouser sock on so I have just worn them with some thicker socks. Very happy with this shoe.

Fit me fine - I was a little hesitant to order these based on the reviews that said they were wide in the heel. I have pretty average width feet and thought they might slip but I'm having absolutely no problems with them. I have already gotten compliments on how cute they are, and as always with Born, they are comfortable!

I loved this shoe styling and fit but the color is NOT a true navy; I would describe it as a marine blue (like a medium wash jean); it does not match my navy clothes and looks weird with them, as it is too light. So if you are looking for a navy shoe to wear with navy clothes, this is not it.

Again he'll slippage and widening up the sides when walking but a beautiful shoe for the right foot

The leather felt a little less soft than I would have liked when the shoe conformed to my foot. Areas of the shoe seemed to rub against my foot.

The shoes are basic and comfortable upon trying, but they will have to be returned. The color is wildly disappointing—navy is not navy, more of a midwash denim blue. Looks great with jeans, but horrible with pants that are actually navy. These should be called another shade of blue—they are not navy.

the fit and size were fine. However, I got caught in a little rain and the shoes got water spots which remained, unusual I felt for leather. I tried cleaning with leather cleaner which made it worse. I did return and Zappos was terrific. Agreed that leather flats should handle some rain ..... the 2 stars were for poor leather material.

My order appeared to have been pre-owned. Did not appear new.

I had been hopeful for a nice fit, the leather was beautiful, but there is no arch support at all and the toe box felt very wide even through it was an 'M'. Had to send back.

NOT at all WHITE. Should NOT be described as WHITE. WANT WHITE........What is wrong with these shoe companies.

I have had other Born flats before and loved them, but this pair gave me a huge, open blister on the back of my ankle. Despite attempts at padding, they are unwearable for me.
