Comfy and Cute - These are exceedingly comfortable, so soft inside that I can wear them barefoot. Also like nice with cute socks. Dressy enough for dresses. Wish they didn't have the white stitching, would look nicer without it. Wearing Finn Comforts helped cure my plantar fasciitis this past year. Awesome arch support. Even better than Birkenstocks. Accommodates a wide foot.

My feet feel great after standing over 9 hours at work. The insole seemed hard and rough on the ball of my foot at first in nylons but the next time I wore them to work I tried a cotton dress sock and the insole felt great. The adjustable strap allows you to customize the width for a perfect fit. I usually have a problem with backless shoes without much of a heel slipping off my flat feet but the adjustable strap helps this shoe stay put.

Finn Comfort shoes are the best walking shoe. I have worn the sandals for years. I have a lower back problem and have had a hip replacement and they make walking so much easier with good arch support. This is my first pair of closed toe Finn Comforts which I am getting used to, but I am sure as the leather softens they will be great! Well worth the money as you can wear them for years!

This is my first pair of shoes from Finn. They will not be the last. Slip them on and go. No break-in at all. Wearing them without socks and there is no rubbing. Fits wonderfully and true to size. They are light weight and will adjust over the instep, so no slippage. I was a little leery of spending this much sight unseen, but this web site is great so I never worry about trying something different.

Outstanding shoe on every level - I have plantar fasciitis and work on my feet all day in an operating room...once I broke these in, the comfort and arch support really come through. I am a size 8.5, with a narrow foot, and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are adorable. I love the footbed on them. Just enough arch support (not too high, not too low). I can tell already that these shoes will help eliminate my back pain from unsupported feet. As far as comfort, like I said, the footbed is great and super comfortable. The leather is a bit stiffer than I would have liked but it doesn't rub anywhere. The toe box is nice and roomy. The one thing I didn't like about them is that they squeak on flooring. The sole is a hard plastic and when you walk you squeak. It bothers me enough that I may end up returning them. I'm bummed about that. This is my first pair of Finn Comfort shoes and I'm tempted to try a different style to see if the sole also squeaks. By the way, if you have a narrow foot, I think these will be too wide for you as my foot is a little wide and these felt perfect for me.

These are great looking shoes on & a little dresser for dressing up or causal wear. Nice dark brown with gold sparkle to them. For me these run a little loose fitting without socks if you have a med. to narrow feet. I like them as they don't make your feet look big like jumbo jets, and aren't a wide looking shoe on, makes your feet look good!

I've had these shoes for about 4 years now. The foot bed is very supportive. works perfect for my feet. I even pull the footbed out and put it into my walking shoes.

Excellent Shoes! I have wide feet and higher arches that are very difficult to fit, but Finn Comfort are amazing! They are wide and comfortable - I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day, and my feet are never sore in these. They're also high quality - I've had another pair for three years, and they're still going strong! (I do need to go up a size - I order a 41 instead of a 40, my 'true' size, for more width).

Nice looking, well made shoes, took a couple of weeks to break my feet in to them. Nice to slip on, fun with colorful socks, hard to walk in except around the house (they want to slip off). My big toe joints hurt, not usually a problem, until I stretched the leather there, and now it's wrinkled and stretched out there. Heels hurt too for first couple of weeks. I got used to them, but I'm bummed I can't wear them for going for walks, or to run short distances in. Not waterproof. I would probably return them if I could for my money back. Disappointed. Don't like being negative! Okay to wear to yoga class; I can slip them on and off, and I like the way they look with socks. Okay for around the house and maybe to the (small) grocery store. Not worth the price. I'm willing to spend a lot for shoes that work for me. Give me a comfortable Mary Jane with a small heel that looks nice with skirts and I'll be very happy! Hard to find in a size 12! Thanks! Peace and Love!

I wear a size 8, c-width (just had my foot measured at a shoe store). I tried a size 40 (from a different store—not Zappos) but was too small, and I found that it was difficult to keep it secure on my foot. So I returned that one and went up to a size 41 in this Stanford from Zappos, and although it is a at least a half size too big, I just added a flat and thin neoprene insole and now the fit is good with medium weight socks. I no longer have a struggle to keep it secure on my foot. The Stanford works with different Finn Comfort footbeds and this one appears to be the classic wedge without the perforations. It is definitely not the soft wedge footbed. I am happy with this firm footbed since it has better, more noticeable arch support (and my added insole supplies all the softness I need) I was happy to go a little large since feet grow a 1/2 size every ten years after age forty, and Finn Comforts are so well made that I know these will last a long time, especially since I do not intend to wear this pair constantly. I also know that I will always have enough room and width in the generous toe box. I am very happy with this purchase. The size 40 I tried from the other store had the soft footbed, and my heel reached the end of the shoe with my toes all the way in. (I currently own a size 40 in the Finn Comfort Laval and that one fits perfect—so there is some variation in sizing, even though these two styles share the same footbed. The Stanford was smaller—as if the upper leather part of the shoe was a just a bit tighter overall—at least on the pair I returned. I ordered the Kaffee Senegal in this Stanford in size 41 from Zappos--a rich dark brown leather. The Finn Comfort sole wants to sometimes squeak on waxed floors, but have I learned from my Laval that a gentle rub with fine sandpaper takes care of that problem. The footbeds can be purchased separately if you ever want to replace with the soft or firm version. The soft footbed takes up slightly more room in the depth of the shoe—about as much as my added thin insole. The inside bottom of this shoe has channels in it to allow for air flow which would work best with the perorated footbed. Zappos appears to have a hard time keeping the footbeds in stock—perhaps they just sell out quickly. I decided to try Finn Comfort in a store to learn the right size, but I am happy to finally order them from Zappos so I can try them out at home. Since these are expensive, I want to be sure of a good fit before making a final decision. Thank you Zappos!

I love these shoes! The first time I wore them was a day at work for over 12 hours. My feet felt great. The arch support is really incredible and the shoes were buttery soft the first time I tried them on with no break-in time necessary. I find that I need to go up a size in most Eurpoean shoes. I wear a size 11, but needed these in a size 43.

Fun Comfort - I only wear Finn Comfort shoes. They are the best feeling shoes available. They certainly live up to their name. This particular shoe is lighter in weight than some of the other Finn comfort shoes. I like it. It looks snazzy with colorful socks.

This is my second pair of this style clog. I love the arch support and also the lower heel. Dansko clogs are comfortable to stand in, but I much prefer Finn Comfort to walk in. I've had four surgeries on my feet and am pretty picky about shoes. These are my go-to shoe for travel and they are also comfortable at work where I am on my feet all day.

I've been wearing these shoes almost every day for over a year. They're the most comfortable shoe I have. I can't wear them if I'm on my feet all day, I have to change to a different pair of shoes. But, hey, they do just fine for six hours or so.

These are the best shoes ever. I have a pair in black that I've been wearing for about 4 years and they are broken in, but not worn out. I just got a new pair in brown so that I have 2 pairs. I usually wear an 8.5 (sometimes a 9) and the 39 fits me perfectly. The footbed seems hard at first but is so comfortable. However, you do need to wear socks with these. I highly recommend.

I almost didn't keep these but am glad I did. I had to try them on several times to reassure myself that they were worth the price. I will primarily wear them in the house, and I kept hearing my mom's voice in my head saying this was too much to pay for "slippers"! But my 50-year-old feet are happy to have them, and I'm sure they will last a long time. I like that they are lightweight and the velcro helps them fit well so they don't flop when I walk.

Just about the best shoe on the planet. I have terrible feet, multiple problems, and these are the most comfortable, consistently supportive shoe I've found. This is my 2nd pair, I literally wore my first pair nearly every single day for 2+ years and finally wore them out.

These are really cute, and super comfy. I have never been disappointed by Finn Comfort. Well worth the money! Since I discovered Finn Comfort after foot surgery, these are the only shoes in my closet.

My size 6 feet fit the 35 size perfectly in stocking feet. Order up for socks. I have very sensitive feet that object to pressure at various places, but in Finn Comfort my feet forget their troubles. Classy shoe well made like my other Finn Comforts. Ordered a brown and black pair (similar styles).

Purchased these shoes last week. I couldn’t hardly walk at night because of my plantar fasciitis. But these shoes have made all the difference. I wear them from the beginning of the day to the end. The arch is great, perfect for my wide feet...Well worth the money!! At the end of the day how much will you pay for great shoes??
