Very disappointed. I was looking for classic uggs, leather with shearling lining. It seems those are not made any more. Thin artificial shearling inside and synthetic body. Not what I was looking for…

I cannot understand why these get such great reviews. They are not proportioned for a normal human foot - the hole is extremely small in proportion to the length, which is extremely long. Trying to get my foot in is annoying, and since the edge is done in a manmade synthetic there is no chance of it ever stretching. I ordered the black and find them completely unwearable--they stain my skin, my clothes and my furniture. "Slight dye transfer" "first few wearings" Do not believe it! I now have stained clothing and stained ottoman--not acceptable, and I have worn them a number of times. I have had other Ugg boots and slippers, so I am not brand bashing, but these look cheaper than any cheap knock-off that I have ever seen. There is nothing to recommend them in my opinion. They give a new meaning to ugly. My Ugg slippers were better made and had better soles.

I have never orders from this company before, I had purchased the Mini Black Bailey Uggs and they came to me worn, dirty, and faded on top of that the previous owner's order number was attached to the box with my order number. Customer service was never apologetic to me, all they said was for me to return them and I will get my money back. They did not offer me any discounts or anything! I will never order from them again!

Outside no longer feels like sheep skin. Feels really fake. Not worth the price.

I was under the impression these would be as dark as the picture but unfortunately when they arrived they were regular grey. They also were a bit snug. Will be returning.

I have worn four pairs of Uggs to death and have three pairs (and a pair of Ugg gloves) in my closet now. Until this most recent purchase, I was a huge Ugg fan. This latest pair barely resembles the Uggs I love. The sizing is very different from all of my other Uggs. There's also a bigger issue which makes these boots such a disappointment. The fleece side of the sheepskin has been sheared so short that these boots will neither wear as long nor be as warm as all of my others. I made a mistake and applied the Ugg sheepskin protector before I tried the boots so I am stuck with them. But for my mistake, they'd have gone back already. I expected better from Uggs.

I am done with Uggs unless they go back to the original. I have been a huge fan for many years. I don't wear mine in the wet/rain conditions so they last years. I had my original pair 15 years before finally tossing them. These new ones are crap. One pair I purchased - the 2 boots were different sizes and one I could not even get my foot through the shaft opening. My feet are normal, not wide and I wear size 8. They do not make them in Australia any longer China, Vietnam and USA. I am going to look elsewhere. I am very disappointed.

Okay, I have purchased Uggs since they came out. I loved them until this year. I purchased a pair of these in my normal Ugg size of 8. I have regular feet - they are not wide - and I could not get my foot into the shaft of one of the boots - Huh!? My pairs I still have have room to fit jean tucked in if I wanted and I have muscular calves. Obviously, they were returned. I also just purchased the Plaid bow and while I could get the boots on my feet, the footbed was way too short and my foot hit the edge, so I guess for those buying a 9 would be the way to go if I had to have them, but I think they would end up being too big since I wear 8-8.5. I am disappointed in Uggs. They are going to lose some buyers. And they still have not fixed the issue of the black ones leaving black dye on your feet.

Odd fit. I usually wear the classic mid boot, but I ordered this for the cost savings since I only wear my pants outside the boot. My foot could not even fit into the opening. I returned for the exact same size in the mid boot and it fit fine.

As with all Uggs they are tight to begin with. However being so short they are hard to get your foot into, so they come with a loop in the back to pull the boot on. After only a week of normal use, the loop has pulled and the liner has come through the back of the boot.

To all you veteran UGG wearers. The sizes have been converted WRONG! I always wear size 6 UK, and that's how I have always ordered them. Got my first pair in US size six. Called Zappos to find out what the deal was and was told the converted the sizes to US sizes. Ordered the 8 and it's more like a 10! So irritated. I'm just going to reorder from UGG. Why can't they just leave well enough alone?

After a full on wrestling match with the boots, I managed to get one on my right foot and it was horrible - made my foot look gigantic. My husband made some comment about cavemen. The boot shaft is too narrow to make putting them on something I'd want to undertake again. I usually wear a size 10 but I ordered a size 9 and size 10 based on the sizing comments that they ran large. I gave up trying to get the 9 on and once I got the 10 on, it seemed to fit fine. I was too busy ducking caveman jokes and printing a return receipt to contemplate trying to get the left boot on. I have two other pairs of Uggs, slippers and a knee-high boot, and both of those are just great - I can get them on and off easily and they elicit compliments, not jokes.

While I had read the reviews that UGG's had changed I decided to order anyway since I've loved and purchased them for years. Wow, was I disappointed. Such a cheap version of the original and no support, floppy large footprint, all the way around a very different shoe/experience and barely resembling the UGG's of a few years past. Will never purchase them again and extremely disappointed.

I was so excited to get these boots. I have an older pair of Ugg boots that I dearly love. With this pair I could not get my foot into boot. I have a rather thick foot and was unable to pull the opening around my heel to insert my foot inside. The bias tape used around the top of the leather does not allow for any give whatsoever. This is a problem I have with these boots in trying to find one I can wear. I loved my first pair of Ugg boots but have been unable to get my feet into another pair of any style due to that bias tape around the top of the boot. I am a larger woman with thicker calves which is why I thought these would be just the answer to my problem especially after reading all the wonderful reviews. I am very sad about this. My first pair of Uggs have been worn out completely because they were the most comfortable wonderful thing I ever put on my feet!

The sheepskin used for this boot was sub-standard: itchy and much shorter, thinner fleece than on my last pair of Uggs purchased in 2008. I'm returning them. Very disappointed!

Waste of money - I have bought Ugg shoes/boots for years and have always loved them. Not this pair. The Sherpa footbed wore off with just one month of wear! I will have to order new inserts because they completely wore through to the fabric below. I hope this is not a sign of things to come because I have always relied on Ugg to make a quality product. I still have other UGGs that I have had for years and they are in better shape than this NEW pair. This new pair is still comfortable, but the reason I buy these are for the luxurious comfort of the fuzzy softness under my foot. So anyway, that was a lot of money to spend for a shoe that wore down during the first month of wear. Still love Zappos, though--the best way to shop for shoes (in my opinion).
