I love my Ugg boots, however, they are difficult to pull on. I ordered a half size smaller as suggested. I have purchased Ugg boots before and have not experienced this problem. I even bought a shoe horn! Zappos service and no shipping/return charges is fantastic.

Unfortunately, the women's calf size was smaller than I needed. I exchanged for a men's equivalent, which is 1 inch wider in calf circumference. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the amazing service I received on the exchange. The agent, Charlene, was so very helpful and went above and beyond to help me select the best alternative. The customer experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back for more orders! Thank you Charlene!

These Uggs are kind of cute. I wear them to work sometimes because they're black so they don't stand out, and they're short enough that the don't add too much bulk under work pants. The only problem is, they're really, really hard to put on. I've never had that problem with the regular size Uggs, and it's gotten a little better as I've worn them in, but they still require me to sit down and use both hands to yank them on. I figured there might be some kind of problem because they come with a little pully thing on the back, which none of the other styles have. It's not a huge deal, but it makes them inconvenient if you're in a rush.

The shoe looked really great. I have to disagree with everyone though. It was much smaller then I thought. I had to send it back and just go to a store to try them on. Definitely love Uggs but not the minis so much anymore. Going to go with the shorts.

Too tough to get them on and off! I love these boots and was so excited to receive them. They were just too hard to get on and off to keep. I wear a ladies size 6.5, and I bought these in a size 5. Perfect length. Once I got them on they felt great, but it took everything I had just to get my feet into the tight opening of the shoe. I was afraid to damage them, so I returned them for the Classic Short. I don't have a wide foot, but I do have a high instep. Be careful with this one!

Warm, but Wide - The lining of this shoe is wonderfully soft... The shoe is about a 3/4 size larger than marked. I wear an 8 1/2 to a 9 in shoes, ordered an 8 and the length was good. They are also wider than a medium...my forefoot got lost. The sole did not have any cushioning other than the sheepskin but is very lightweight. There is not any arch support, and the insole is not replaceable/removeable. So, three stars for good workmanship and softness, not five because the cushioning was only from the sheepskin, and because of the wide, wide forefoot. I hope this helped. If you have a medium to wide foot...this might be barefoot in sheepskin heaven, if you have a medium to narrow foot, keep looking and post if you are successful in your search.

Too big - I usually wear a 9 and I downsided to an 8. They were one side to big, but they are comfy and when you don't feel like wearing sneakers out you can slip these on with a pair of jeans and they look cute.

Valentine54 - Disappointed with quality of this boot and it is a whole size and a half larger than marked. I wear 7.5 and a 6 would probably fit. The look is very chunky with jeans. They're going back.

They are so comfy if you can put your feet in. I just got the Ugg Mini today. They are so cute!!! BUT I had a really hard time to put my feet in them. I have several pairs of Ugg boots, and none of them have a problem like the Mini. I have to return them :( THANKS Zappos for the great returning policy.

I didn't like the material. They felt too hard, not like the soft UGGS that I am used to.

I wear a size 9 and could not get my foot in past the ankle break. this style was unusually smaller cut. Color was as expected and the package great but very disappointed that the shoe didn't fit at all.

What happened to UGG Minis? I just ordered my 5th pair. I buy a new pair every couple of years and practically live in them November through March. Sure, they're not the most attractive boot, but they were always by far the most comfortable things I ever put on my feet, and super easy to throw on. Felt like wearing slippers! I was thrilled when my new pair arrived with the weather getting colder and couldn't wait to slip them on. They do not feel at all like they used to. The sole is much stiffer. The new inflexibility causes them to both slip off in the back as well as irritate at the top seam where the foot bends at the ankle when walking. Feels like walking in cement shoes compared to the old version. I don't know what they did - my guess is cheaper materials - but I'm so incredibly disappointed. They used to be heaven on Earth. I don't know what I'm going to put on every day this winter, but it won't be UGG Minis anymore. :(

I have never purchased Uggs before but I have tried them on and the quality of these are different from what I expected. I think it is just where they are being manufactured. For me the mini style just was uncomfortable to put on and more snug than expected. I normally wear a 9½WW and ordered a 10M which should not work at all I also wear plus size which may make the difference.

Well, I may be the only person on the planet who feels this way, but...I was not at all Wow'd by my Ugg boots (this was my first and only experience with them). I felt they were way overpriced for what they were, and I've found similar boots (actually some with arch support and warmer) for half the price of this name brand. Returned.

The drawback to these boots is the color that bleeds onto your feet! You have to wear socks, otherwise you will have blueberry colored feet and nails. I would not buy this color, again.

After less than a month of wearing my Uggs I noticed that there was a rip on the outside parts of both of my boots. Also the material was a lot thinner than my tall black Ugg boots. I am not sure if that is normal or not.

I was really excited to get these boots but when they came, the color was completely different than the picture. They ended up being a light grey as opposed to a charcoal, which the picture resembled. It was also hard to put on and it felt smaller than all the other Ugg boots I have. I will have to return them.

I have several pairs of Uggs but none in Black. Thought the minis would be cute for fall so I ordered a black pair. I wore them all day and tonight my feet looked like I had some kind of disease. The dye came off all over my feet. I know many people do not wear socks with Uggs, but I only wear socks in winter. Thought about trying them with socks but then the socks would be stained. I had to scrub to get the dye off my feet...who knows if it would ever come out of socks. So sadly these have to go back. I am so disappointed because they really looked so great.

I felt that these shoes were poorly made. I have owned two pairs of Uggs before, but never had they had holes in them! Maybe, that is because I usually get the tall. I take very good care of my shoes and it's only three weeks into these shoes and there are holes in the back! Not cool... So just be cautious if you order the short pairs. They are very comfortable though!

ZAPPOS Mini - I own many pairs of UGGS - however I cannot put the MINI on. I don't get them over my feet. I wear a size 7 and all my other UGGS are a size 7 - impossible to put on.

I don't get Uggs. Floppy. No arch. Look like Frankenfeet. Grateful to Zappos for letting me try! Back they go.

Not as nice as picture, also, super super small! Could not get my foot into boot!
