I'm still wearing these boots years later, and they still look as good as new. The only thing I've needed to do is replace the insole. These were well worth them money I spent on them.

These are so cute & comfortable & I wear them all the time. Ordering from Zappos is effortless because the Customer Service is fantastic. I had ordered the wrong size and called Zappos to cancel my order. The rep. went out of his way to assist me by checking other sites and providing other style options.

Make sure you get one size smaller because Uggs run big. I ordered 2 pair, definitely will be ordering another pair soon. Wish they had 10 stars instead just settle for 5. Zappos is the best.

Lovely boots. Read other reviews and ordered a size down from my normal size. They fit perfectly, HOWEVER, I am returning them because they were TOO HARD to get on! Wish I could keep them.

I debated on ordering these but so glad I did. LOVE the grey color and style. They look great with anything. Very comfortable, stylish and WARM.

Love them. My first pair of Uggs! Why did I wait? I wear a 10- ordered a 9 & sent back for a 10. So real size for me. Love Zappos exchange process! I literally wear them all the time except when I have to change into flats at work or gym shoes. I even wear around the house as my slippers since they aren't very dirty yet.

I previously owned a pair of Bearclaws boots just to be different from everyone who had Ugg's. When looking for a pair of grey boots I decided to try Ugg's. These are by far the most comfortable boots I've owned. I wear an 8, and the 8s fit just fine.

I normally wear a size 12 in an Acsis running shoe and this boot fit well. If I lived in a colder climate I would have kept them. They are just too warm.

These are priced noticeably a lot less than department store or Ugg store. They run true to size but if you wear socks get a half size larger. Great savings overall.

Perfect for running around in the cold weather. Needed something I could throw on when running around to basketball games or a quick trip to the store. They're so warm, easy to slip on and super comfy. This is my first pair of Uggs after years of dismissing them. They're so convenient and great in a pinch.

These little boots are heaven for your toes. My feet have never been so happy. I am tempted most chilly nights to wear them to bed but my family kindly talks me out of it. Anyone considering these Ugg booties should jump right in and go for it. They will keep your tootsies happy without a doubt all winter and into spring.

This is my first pair of Uggs and I was torn on what size to order. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in other shoes. I read several reviews that said these run big and to order a smaller size. However, I did see a few more recent reviews that suggested they were true to size. I ended up getting an 8 and they fit perfectly! Very comfortable and stylish. I do wear a light sock with them so if you prefer not to wear socks then you might consider sizing down. I can wear them with boot cuffs to make them look longer or I can just go with the short look. I got the gray. The picture looked more charcoal, but they are actually a medium gray. Still, very happy with these!

These were a Christmas gift for my mom. She loved them. The fit was great, she wears a 7½ in some shoes, we ordered a 7, had previously ordered an 8 in another color and they were too big after a week - they stretched a bit. She loved the color gray, it went with many other outfits. This is the first mini we ordered, this size was the best, she did not have to worry about long pants, either fitting inside the boot, or hanging over the outside. Definitely get the mini again, plus living in San Diego, it is not that cold most of the time so mini can be worn more often.

I love these boots! This is my fourth pair of Uggs and these minis in grey are without a doubt my favorite! They are so comfortable and stylish and can be worn to make any winter outfit complete. Zappos is my favorite online company to shop with, service is so easy, quick, and wonderful. I got my boots within 12 hours of ordering them. Another job well done, Zappos!

I love these in grey but not my second pair. I have several pairs of Uggs but decided to try the Classic Minis for the first time. I ordered them in grey size 7 and love them. They fit like all my other Uggs. So I decided that I needed them in a brown. I ordered the "Dry Leaf Twinface" in a 7. I cannot even get them on! They will not fit my foot through the top part. I have never had this problem. It is super disappointing because I really liked the color. But they are going back. They fit completely different from the grey ones and my other four pairs of Uggs.

This is my fourth pair of Uggs. I really loved this pair because they're much shorter still very soft and comfortable to wear. I bought a half size smaller and they fit perfectly.

I had 2 pairs of Uggs and decided to go for the minis as they are super cozy, look snazzy and feel like your wearing slippers. I put my orthotics in them for arch support...they look great with leggings. BTW I paid full price and then noticed within a week they were on sale called Zappos and they credited my account.

I love these. so comfortable and soft and great to wear when running a quick errand or walking your dog. I went down a size and kind of wish I got my normal size because I like to wear thick socks. Other than that I love them.
