such a cute shoe, but i don’t wear em very often cause there is zero arch support and my size 13 high arched feet can’t deal.

These are not blue like in the picture. They are a very strong teal.

I'm typically 7.5, but tried 7 and 7.5 in a store - had to size half a size down. Took about a month to break in and they became really comfortable. But the rubber lining came loose in month 3, and a hole developed in the shoe box in month 4 or 5. I still wear these, but they look pretty beat up. I wouldn't repurchase.

They were exactly what I wanted but the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever tried on. There was no arch support at all and the insoles were glued in so I couldn’t replace them with something better. And the stitching around the top is scratchy and irritated the top of my foot within the first few steps. Very disappointed.

Wanted to love it. I would had loved it if it was more of an army color, if the sole wasn't so thick (too much white) and had the shoes fit. Size 5 was a full size too large and I usually wear a size 5 in Vans but I normally wear their lo pro so maybe that's why. Sadly, I had to return it.

These definitely run small. I am a true size 9, but I can't wear these shoes with socks. They fit more like an 8.5. I got these in these in the Blue Flower/True White color. The picture on the site makes them look more cream and white, but they definitely have a subtle blue tint. They are nice shoes, they just didn't fit so I will be returning.

I love this shoe but they get dirty very easily.

They have a really thick sole and it's kind of weird looking

These shoes are casual and cute but not too comfortable. There is no cushion inside and no arch support. If you don't need that and just want some cute shoes to run around in then ok. I got the lavender and it is just like the pic. They were a half size too big though.

Runs a little tight. Also, I thought it was a slip-on. Beautifully made and so happy looking.

I know we pay for brands but when I received these I found them a very heavy shoe with no cushioning at all. I will be returning these and try something else.

I LOVE the look of these shoes. They're adorable and go with everything. However, they seem to be falling apart way faster than they should. I think it has to do with the sparkly material they're made out of - after a few weeks of normal wear (walking through a city) they look pretty trashed. Disappointing because I loved them so much fresh out of the box.

I got the Zig pattern. It is really cute in the picture, but in person it is obvious that the fabric pattern is really a giant mural, and the shoes you get may come from opposite ends of the art. My pair of shoes had this happen - one was mostly red, the other was turquoise over the entire toe box. Side by side, it looked like I had dressed in the dark and put on mismatched shoes. One patterned red, one solid turquoise. The photographer must have rummaged through the stock to find one where the art really lined up as a shoe as no where did I have cute bands and chevrons as shown. These went straight back to Zappos.

Look very cute, but the sizing didn't work out for me. Either they are running small, or the rubber sole kind of comes on top of my toes, and doesn't leave wiggle room when I walk. Had to return them, since they don't carry half sizes, and going one size up was too big.

These are good looking shoes, the leather laces look polished; however, they are really stiff and hurt my feet, I'm still trying to beak these in and will probably switch the laces to Normal white ones. They also run on the big side.

These shoes really look great, but that is about it. They rubbed my feet raw through my socks and were very uncomfortable. These shoes are made for looks not comfort. Zappos did a fantastic job getting them to me in a timely fashion so I can never really complain there. Basically this shoe is made to look good not feel good.

I absolutely love Vans and I was super excited on getting the aqua ones, so I ordered them off zappos in my normal shoe size but when the shoes came they were ginormous (and they looked really wide)! I was not sure if they just ran big or they sent me the wrong size but in the end I just returned them and then got them one side smaller than before and they fit perfectly! So beware they run really big!

These are such a great color, but I have to return. I have a wide 7.5 foot with a high arch and high instep. I had hoped since these are unisex sized they would be wide enough. I also have better luck with casual shoes that lace to accommodate the high instep. Ordered in size 8 which usually helps, too. Sadly no luck. Where the canvas is sewn at the base of the laces is too low and uncomfortable.

This is a specific review for the Vans Authentic Denim Checkered Blue True and White silhouette. I am a huge Vans collector and I was extremely excited about this release. I first discovered them on Colette and I was patiently waiting for the arrival of this silhouette to come to the states so once I found them I jumped on ordering a pair. Upon the shoes arrival I was disappointed in how they were manufactured, I had no idea the design was digitally printed. I was excepting the shoes to be constructed from a blend of denim and canvas material as pictured, so I returned them, and hope one day Vans can revitalize this design and manufactured them to the highest quality.

These shoes look great but are stiffer and heavier than I expected. The soles don't flex much which makes the heel fabric scrape on my heel as I walk, so my foot bends but the shoe not so much. I hoped to travel with them but they are too heavy. They're also hot with all the rubber. I like the looks of them but am not wearing them as much as I thought.

Love the look and feel of these shoes, however stitching began coming out after only about a month of moderate wear. I own other pairs of vans in the same style and have not had this issue, I may have gotten a bad pair and Zappos made everything right, just keep and eye on the stitching.

I ordered the purple color. They were pretty cool. I recieved tha order in 2 days. I enjoyed them very much.

These shoes fit like flat Vans should. I wouldn't beat the streets with them for very long, though. They have no arch support and the heels leave some room for improvement, too. Ultimately, these are comfy enough for a short night on the town, to wear to the office, or relaxing at home. But they aren't down for any epic adventures.
