Youth Heelys - My child absolutely loves his shoes. They fit great. He has not stopped skating since he received them. He also thought it was "fun" to receive them in the mail, like a present.

Kids LOVE Heelys! My kids are loving life now that they have their Heelys. Since they look like a regular sneaker, they will double as a school shoe (without the wheel) and a fun wheeling shoe!

Wear knee pads - My son is 8 and he loves his Heelys. Don't get discouraged @ first. Keep practicing. WE love our Heelys and their great shoes w/ the plugs in as well. Great price for an excellent product!!

Heelys Atomic Skate Shoe - The shoe was a gift for my boyfriend's 11 yr. old son and was a total hit. The delivery was faster than promised. The shoe fits well, looks great and I can hardly get him to take them off. Thanks again.

My 7 year old son loves his Heely's - My son wanted Heely's after seeing another boy at the beach wearing them. We looked in every surf/skate store from one end of the beach to the other. We were referred by a salesman in PacSun to try Zappos.com and we did and they were here in 4 days. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The shoe was true to the sizing they recommended. We have referred lots of other parents that have seen my son with his on to Zappos.com.

Lil Man's Favorite Older Sister! Ordered these for my little brother who is 8 years old. He loved them! And so do I. They are easy to put on and easy to ride. They fit great too. I got them in black so he is able to wear them with everything.

Heckeva shoe - Great shoe, fun to skate on, but it will make your feet hurt if you don't wear socks.

Happy Kids - Very well made shoe, great looking as well as comfortable.

Very Pleased - We ordered these after my daughter was measured at a local store selling Heelys. Be sure to buy 1-2 sizes larger than your child’s current shoe size for sneakers. My daughter takes a 2 in sneakers, but we ordered a 4 in Heelys. Very please with shoe quality and comfort. Takes a few days to learn how to use the Heelys, but the girls have fun learning and now do quite well.

Excellent for play, but not appropriate for school! Both my kids got the shoes for school this year, and love them for playing around, but don't want to wear them to school! They are bulky and don't stay on their feet when running in PE. Great shoe for a gift and for play time, but now we are looking for the Airators that keep the moisture out, and look like they will fit better. (Oh well, they paid for 1/2.)

Epitome of customer service - We are extremely pleased with the product we ordered and so is the 8 yr old that rec'd it. He said "These are better than any of the others I saw!!" But what impressed me the most was the high quality of customer service. We were in a tight spot because of another company's failure to deliver. Fun shoe for my son - My son is enjoying his second pair of Heelys now and loves to wear them all of the time. The shoes are sized so that you will need to order one size larger, and be aware that mastering the shoes takes time and patience for first timers

I am so happy! My son was turning 10 & wanted Heelys & I couldn't find them anywhere locally. On their web site it stated they sell only to retailers. Dick's Sporting Goods on-line claimed to have them, but after I sent the order I got an e-mail saying they were on back order. After struggling with their web site to find out how to contact them to inquire how long the wait would be & then calling them, they had no idea. They suggested I call the store locally & that proved futile as they had none. They offered to discount my order 10%, but what good does that do when all you want is to give your child the gift he's hoping for. I tried to get them to check on availability for other styles & that too proved fruitless. Then I remembered that when my 15 year old wanted something other than the average Converse All-Stars, I suggested Zappos.com to him because I'd repeatedly seen it in women's magazines & on the TLC tv show "What Not to Wear" (I love that show!). They had the exact Heelys he wanted & I placed the order, but I still felt insecure. I easily found a link for contacting them & explained my story & they actually called me at work within minutes of my sending the e-mail!!!! They assured me the shoes were in stock & would soon be on the way. They arrived two days later, right style, right size &, most important, on time for my son's birthday. He LOVES them. He won't hardly take them off. He got the hang of them fairly quickly & it is funny to see him "breezing" about. Everywhere we go kids & adults are asking about them in Virginia & on our recent trip to Pennsylvania. Many never heard of them & since you can't see the wheel, their facial expressions are comical. I guess if they were everywhere, we'd just get fussed at, but since they are a novelty in the areas we've been, people are just interested. Even though he's only 10, he likes that a lot of girls seem to notice them & talk to him about them! What a Romeo. But seriously, his enjoyment of this gift is magnified in how good we feel about being able to give him a gift he'll always remember. Anyway, Zappos.com, thank you. My turn to shop your site next!

Heelys Atomic Youth - Great looking shoe and my son was excited about them for his birthday, but I ordered a full size larger and they were too small. Will reorder 2 sizes larger.

Heelys Atomic - My Son loves his Heelys, just taking him some time to adjust to them. I love the quality of the shoe; you can tell they will hang in there with a 7 year old boy! There very cushioned on the inside, and my son wears them frequently even without the wheel in!

Atomic Heelys - These shoes work amazingly well. The fat wheel makes it easier to balance on. The look is probably my favorite prospective of the shoe, how the Heely sign is smack dab in the middle, and how they weren't trying to cram it all in one small space. The arch support is pretty good. Also the fact the toe has no stitches makes it so it doesn't bend out of shape.

Excellent Service - I ordered a pair of Heelys on Wednesday July 4 expecting to receive them on Friday July 6. They arrived by 10:30am on Thursday July 5. Zappos has the best delivery service. As for the shoes, they are a lot of fun. Although, they make your feet very hot.

Happy Birthday - Nice little shoe my daughter was so surprised and excited she was beside herself. Very nice looking not too heavy or bulky. Just a nice sneaker that happens to have a wheel.

The shoe was overall very good, but of course, we aren't buying them as shoes really...the size did feel a size smaller so I would recommend ordering one size up.

Heelys' Atomic Youth - I ordered a pair for my 7-year-old. One size bigger was just right and they fit great. I wouldn't hesitate to say a size and a half for young kids, though, depending on how often their size changes, parents know their kid. Like I said, they fit just right, so that means they probably only fit for 2 to 3 months. He's only had them a month, so I can't really comment on durability, but the quality is excellent. Your customer service was really, really great. I have only ordered a few things online, and shoes I was really worried about, and I called with a couple questions and I also called to make sure I did the order right cause I don't do this all the time and both times they were very nice, as I felt stupid for having to call about the order, but they never ever indicated I was "calling for no reason" or anything like that; they just answered my questions and then some. Heelys Review - My son loves these Heelys :) We ordered one size up... they are a little big, however, he would have grown out of them too quickly if we ordered his true size.

Leather would have been nice - These are very nice shoes except for the fact that they were not leather or Suede. I would have preferred them to be. If they had the same kind of materials as Vans like real suede or leather they would be off the charts.

I like - I think the wheel could be toward the toe a little more (though I did get the 11's, they look good though. if you want these as a work shoe, where you are going to be on your feet a lot, don’t get em, they are comfortable for what they are but otherwise you better off with something else. I don’t think you 7 year old will mind if they are a little too solid though, they need to be.

Heelys Atomic (Youth/Adult) - I bought these shoes for my 8 and 6 year olds. The 8 year old had no trouble learning to ride them, the 6 year old had a lot of trouble. Many many bad falls and bruises. He is very athletic and generally a good learner having an older sibling offering support, yet it still took a good week for him to master these. Having said that, both of my kids LOVE their Heelys. This reviewer doesn't recommend them for kids under 8.
