Very satisfied - I ordered these for my 6 yr old daughter. She loves them. She says they are very comfortable and she enjoys the activity it provides. They also have a nice look to them. I am very pleased with the merchandise. I am also happy with the service; I ordered these on a Thurs after 4pm and received them on Friday afternoon. That was great.

Great - I just wanted to let you know that your Heelys arrived faster than anything I have ever ordered from the internet. And the shoes fit her perfect. Unfortunately the first day she wore them, the one cover she didn’t replace right and it fell out. But other than that, they were perfect.

Great Deal on Heelys - I got these for my daughters' they had been begging forever. Zappos had a great price and so many styles. I followed the guidelines for my 8 year old who wears a 12.5 I got the size 1/2, and my 6 yr old who wears an 11.5 I got the 13/1. Both fit great with a little room to grow and no problems staying on their feet. The got the hang of it in 2 days. I am buying some for myself!

Daughter loves shoes! Shoe was great. My daughter did try the shoe on in a store before ordering. She is very happy with the shoe.

Madison - My daughter really likes her new shoes and I am so happy with the over night shipping. We had gone to the Mall in Grand Island NE to get a pair and they only have them at one store and they did not have her size and told us to check back on Thur. So we came home got online and we found the best pair ever and they are even cheaper than at the store we looked at. Thank You So Much.

Heelys Bliss 2 (Youth/Adult) Just wanted to say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. My daughter had spent a whole weekend searching for Heelys for my two granddaughters and all the stores were sold out of their sizes plus they only had the bulky black ones. I got online searching and found your site the following Monday night. Ordered 2pair of the white/pink ones in one size larger than regular size as suggested at 10PM Monday night and they arrived Wednesday. Only cost $2 more than the local prices, plus the "free shipping" and no sales tax was a BIG SURPRISE. We were very pleased with the shoes and the girls don't want to take them off. Thanks again for having such a great site.

Heelys Bliss 2 - I was reluctant to order a pair of skate shoes over the internet but was pleasantly surprised with the good quality and fit (same size as shoes) even though I had heard you should order a size larger that was not the case. Very happy with order.

Seamless process - The process of order was so easy, the delivery was made when promised, and my granddaughter is loving her Heelys. I have already told other's about you site, and I believe a friend at work ordered Heelys for her daughter the very next day. The Best Shoe Store Ever!!! I love shoes and I have shopped at a lot of places but the service that I received at Zappos was absolutely wonderful, and even if the shoe wasn't of best quality, it was the service alone that was the best I've ever had so thank you.

Ordering Heely's? I found that it is best to order a size bigger than other shoes for the right fit. Zappos did a great job and they even arrived a day earlier than expected!

Heelys Bliss 2 EXCELLENT BUY!! We paid no shipping on this. The price was lower than any store. We were delighted to receive them the DAY after we ordered them. They have held up well and have provided hours of enjoyment. We could not be more pleased.

Customer for life - I placed an order over the phone and was surprised at how quick and painless it was. The customer agent was very nice and helpful. The shoes arrived as she said they would and my daughter loves them. Heelys shoes - I purchased these shoes for my daughter who is 7 years old. She loves them. I was extremely pleased with the fast service that I received with Zappos. I ordered these shoes at 7:00 p.m. and received them at 4:00 p.m. the NEXT DAY!!! WOW!!! I was amazed. I love Zappos.

All White Heelys - I bought these for my daughter and they are cute for a girl. I didn't like the look of these shoes but these look more like an all white Nike and not as clunky as the black styles.

Excellent service - The shoe was excellent, but I wanted to comment on the service from your employees. They were fantastic and I will definitely work with Zappos again based solely on the team performance.

Heelys Bliss Review - I must say I am impressed with the shoes. We received them very quickly, the quality of the shoe is very good, and my daughter just loves them! She doesn't hate grocery shopping with me anymore because she can wheel around!
