My daughter is happy! My daughter wanted Heelys for Christmas. We were please with the color (black & hot pink). They seem to run a little larger/wider and the arch support isn't very good, but we use prosthetics. Anyway, my daughter is happy!

Great but defective - I purchased these shoes for my 8 yr old as a Christmas gift, and she loves them. They look great as an everyday shoe too. The only thing is that they are falling apart rather quickly. The metal rings around the shoelace hole came off (two of them) the very first time she put them on. She's had them about two weeks and the inside sole is curling up. She has to smooth them out before she can put them on. Otherwise she loves rolling around.

The shoes look great! They are taking my child a little while to get use to the skating part but she is only 8.

Fun but a little dangerous - My daughter received these for Christmas and of course she loved them. The website said to order a size up from her normal shoe size but when she tried them on they were much too big which made them difficult to walk/skate in. She eventually got the hang of it though. After wearing them for about 3 hours her feet really started to hurt. I think once her feet grow a little more she will do just fine.

They look good... I purchased these for my daughter - she has been begging for Heelys. She loves them, but I am not sold...they are so heavy (even without the wheel)! And I’ve noticed that she walks differently in them. She does have a 'thumbs length'- but they just seem so big & heavy... But, they do look good (I like the white - no frills look) & the quality seems good.

Heelys - They are very well used and are holding up better then I thought but she complains about the part where the wheel goes in that it hurts her foot...

Good bday present - My daughter was really excited to get that for her 6th birthday and she really likes them. She is not too good yet with the wheels but she is getting there...the shoes are quite comfortable, look a little large but are fine. Good present, more a toy to ride with than real shoes of course.

My daughter loves them - My daughter loves them...they are bulkier than I would like a little girl to wear but she enjoys wearing them. My biggest concern is that when she is not gliding but just walking she turns her foot in so she doesn’t fall and that worries me. It didn't take her long before she was skooting around.

Home Heely Rink - Needless to say, our hardwood floors make a great "Heely rink" for our seven year olds skating...and the best part is they don't scratch up the floors. She thinks they are so cool and I'm cool for getting them for her. Thanks Zappos.

The new fad - The shoe looks great and fits great! The only issue I have is that it takes practice and coordination to Heelys. My 5 yr old doesn't necessarily have it right now however had to have the shoes because everyone else has them.

Fun shoe! My daughter couldn't wait for her Heelys to arrive, but found that rolling in them takes a bit more practice than she expected. Also, when she's trying to walk in them, she falls back. Heelys is different...but not that safe. Fun for kids...grey hair for parents.

Fun to skate on, but the top hurts my foot.

Okay! I got these for my 5 yr old daughter. All she wanted was Heelys! We had to order 2 sizes bigger in order for them to fit. She complains that the shoes are to heavy! Plus, your kids really have to practice, she still spends most of her time on the floor. They are cute shoes, but I wish I would have gotten her a pair a little more light-weight.

Good but defective - I ordered this for my daughter as a Xmas gift. She loved them. She loves to roll over the smooth floor and loves them cause she can also wear them as regular shoes for school. The only thing is that they are falling apart. The inside of the shoes if lifting up and curling. She has to smooth it out every time she puts them on. She's only had them for a week. The metal part that the shoe laces go through in the holes; the two at the lowest part came off the first day she wore them. She had them on for about 1 hr and she came to show me how the metal part was off the little hole. Otherwise she loves the shoe and the rolling part of them.
