Comfortable from the first try-on - I tried these on the day I got them, wore them to work the next day and wore them all weekend. No blisters, no aching arches. Very comfortable - wish they came in purple.

I love this boot. It's beautiful and so comfortable. I have picky feet and wore these two days in a row with no problems and got lots of compliments. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and got the size 38, which fits perfectly.

So comfy, so stylish! Loving this shoe... have gotten tons of compliments. I have arthritis in my feet and am always looking for shoes I can tolerate that don't look like they are orthopedic. These are perfect and I got the green, which I think makes them even more interesting. They are incredibly comfortable and I am able to wear them all day and night. The only down side is they are looking very worn even though I’ve only had them a short time because I wear them so much so I am thinking of getting another pair! Get them - you won't regret it!

Naot Cruise - These boots felt great the moment I put them on. I've tried many brands and styles and knew immediately that this was the one for me. I have neuroma and must wear comfortable shoes. I love everything about them!

Naot Cruise - made for cruising - These boots are perfect out of the box. They are narrow as mentioned in the description, so a light sock is all that is needed. The arch support is excellent. These Naot 11s fit like a solid size 10 US. So, if you are a true size 11 you may be out of luck on this one.

These boots are beautiful. They felt comfortable from the first minute I put them on. I agree with the above poster, I wish the toe was a little different, but it's still very nice. The footbed is soft and the upper shaft of the boot (the part that would be around the bottom of your leg) is lined with the softest leather I have ever felt. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 or 10, but I got the 40 (US size 9) and it fits fine. I wish there was a wee bit more room around my ankle area though.

Boots near perfect! With my first order with Zappos.com, I ordered six boots to replace my old ones. This is the only one I decided to keep. They are original looking, comfortable (great for standing all day at work) and made to last. The only thing I wish is for NAOT to make this boot with a square toe. Other than that, I like the boots so far. The real test will be when I use them all day long.

Boot is very cute. Comfort sole but a little slippery on ice and snow. Leather was a little stiff at first but getting better.

Style and comfort! This boot is so cute on...and so comfy, I have wide feet, and this hugs like a slipper, and looks cool with skinny pants, and jeans...I love the stitching, and it has good support, and is made so well, I look forward to trying to wear them out! Thanks Zappos!

These short boots were so cute and I thought I'd get a lot of wear out of them, but they just don't look so well with most of my clothes. They are heavy and I can't wear them for very long before I want to pull them off. Soles in particular seem heavy and not as comfortable as I thought they'd be.

I usually love this brand in clogs and sandals for the Florida climate and good support. Don't know what happened with this style.

I love the look and feel of these boots, so how come that 2-star overall score? I bought a pair and tried them on the treadmill at the gym as usual so I could return them if they weren't comfortable. They squeaked! So I reordered them. I wore the second pair for a few weeks, and they began to squeak. After a phone call, Zappos let me return them. I still couldn't believe this could be happening with all the Cruise boots Naot made, so I ordered a pair from another website. They have been fine for about four months of wear, but now they are squeaking. I haven't had this problem with any other shoes or boots, including a pair of Naot shoes. I'll take them to a shoemaker, but I'm not hopeful. Be warned!

Squeaky - I bought these shoes just to have a stylish boot to walk distances in. I hate wearing sneakers out. At any rate, they are super comfortable, a little odd in the elf-like front part, but I could have looked past that. What I couldn't deal with is spending so much on money, on top of shoes that aren't easy to dress, just to have them squeak with every footstep! It is so loud and annoying and oddly embarrassing. If they were 30 beans it would be fine, but they are expensive for comfy walking boots, the designers totally dropped the ball. Who wants to hear squeaking everywhere they step. Bleck.

I have a wide foot with a bunion on left foot. These Naots fit perfectly. I know some are narrower than others. These are in the medium to wide cat. Very comfortable and no problem wearing them all day right out of the box.

Love this boot! Fits great; nice, comfortable shaft height. The embroidery on the side is well done with no loose threads. The right heel was a little loose on me, but my feet are not equal.

Like so many other happy Naot wearers, I use orthotics to correct pronation which over the years led to plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist told me I'd have to resign myself to wearing "ugly shoes." (He had never seen a pair of Naots.) When I brought in my pair of oxfords based on this same Shell footbed, he flexed one, turned it this way and that, and pronounced it good. "This," he said, "is how all shoes should be made." He explained that a buoyant but relatively stiff bottom most efficiently transferred one's walking motion into forward thrust. Tellin, Oyster, and Cruise are all built on the same footbed. If you have foot problems but still want to look fashionable, these should be your go-to footwear. I have Oyster in toffee and also in black (the black is low-gloss, toffee is matte). I also have Tellin in the black pearl, which manages to go with a wide variety of pants colors. All three of these boots are unrivaled for all-day comfort, around town or out walking the dog. Fashion-wise, Oyster has a toeline midseam ending in a wing-tip. Tellin sports concentric curves coming inwards from the toe. I find both styles attractive. My only problem with Naot removable-footbed boots? I wish they came in more colors. I'd have one of each.

The Opposite of Disappointed - I had never tried Naot before, but somehow found my way to this page. I ordered the "Oyster", too (and preferred its overall aesthetic), but chose the Cruise because I feared the suede in the Oyster would lose its shape too quickly. While these boots are not as chunky as I'd hoped, they are still cute and my oh my are they DELICIOUSLY COMFORTABLE! No kidding, they are the most comfy shoes I've ever owned. Better than Birkenstock! I will definitely be checking out Naot when sandal season rolls around.

Cradles your foot with comfort - I'm 54 and like shoes that look cool. I needed a boot to get around in slushy Wisconsin snow and to be able to wear for hours without feeling pain or sweating. I wore them right out of the box and am extremely pleased! I own several pairs of Naots and am crazy about all of them!

Comfortable and stylish - I just ran a marathon this year and in the process learned how important every day proper footwear is. These are stylish enough to wear with jeans or make a skirt be casual. I could walk the whole city (and have done so!) in these.

I love these shoes - I love Naot shoes! I have a lot of problems with my feet and these are the most comfortable shoes for me. They are good looking for a everyday boot to where with pants and that is what I have done almost everyday since I got them. They are wide across the ball of the foot (were I need it) and have great arch support. They seem to be great in the snow, and even keep me standing in icy conditions.

Awesome little boot - I usually have great success with Naots, and this boot was no exception. I think the shell collection works well for me because I have a narrow heel. I found them to be true to my size--a 38 (7). I also have plantar fasciitis. These have enough support I can wear them without my orthotics. They are very comfortable, like wearing a slipper. They have a funky thing going on which I love but might not suit everyone!

Great walking boot - Planning for a winter trip to northern Europe, I ordered the La Canadienne Felicia and this, and had a little boot-off in the living room. I expected to like Felicia better but Cruise won by a landslide. They were a bit snug at first in the narrowest part of the foot, but now that I've worn them non-stop for a week they feel supportive, not tight. The arch support is so good that my left arch actually hurt very slightly until I got them broken in - my feet are pretty normal, none of my shoes have much arch support at all. Last weekend I traveled to Chicago, walked a lot through rain and snow, and the Cruise performed admirably. They could use a little more sole traction, but I don't expect to encounter much snow in Atlanta! They zip all the way up with room to spare, and I have fat ankles. The leather is good quality but stiff at first. They're stylishly clunky; the embroidery helps with the overall look. I like these a lot and intend to buy more Naot brand.

Worth the Price - These were a bit expensive, but worth it. They are so comfy, and I've gotten lots of compliments. They do look a little odd and duckish with skirts, at least on me, but most of my wardrobe is pants, so no big deal.
