The materials on this shoe felt low quality, especially for the brand and price. The cork at the top of the footbed had small notches in it. The leather straps were thin and stiff. The strap over the toes is not adjustable, tand he shoe did not fit well since I have one foot slightly larger than the other. I am returning them.

The second band was too tight and too far back. It was hard to put my foot into the shoe and the band kept pushing me back in the shoe so my heal hung over the back edge.

Size is too short. I have other Naot shoes size 37 that fit great . The last 2 orders of Naot were also too short.

They do not stay on my feet. The arch strap works it’s way forward.

The style was just what I was looking for but these were way to small. I don’t know why some brands think a 43 is a 12. It isn’t. If I order a 12 in practically any brand, it fits. It seems like 43 never does. So, unfortunately these go back.

I was so disappointed with these. I've had a pair for years but they needed replacement. Sadly, these are not the same quality. I have had issues with squeaking shoes and velcro not staying hooked. Alas, my love affair with Not is over. I'm looking for a new girlfriend.

My foot is somewhat narrow and this show was hard for me to get my foot all the way into. The fit also showed way too much toe and made my foot look very unattractive. I had to send these back.

Too tight across foot but that may be more my bunion issue that shoe.

This shoe runs on the small side. I ended up ordering 2 sizes up and the length just barely fit. However, the toe strap prevented my foot to slide all the way in, and I have a narrow foot. As for arch support, They didn't come close to the support of other shoes, such as Vionic.

I love Naot shoes but sadly, this one was small and narrow. I typically wear a 9W and ordered a 40, which was what I had ordered for other Naot shoes. The 40 in this shoe ran small and the elastic across the top was not comfortable - it way way too tight. Sadly, I will be sending them back.

These are supposed to be for narrow feet, but I found them wide--and my feet aren't that narrow. And I found walking in these kind of awkward, as the elastic pulled at my instep.

Just love this shoe, but 38 (size 7) was too short, and 39 (size 8) was the right length but bands were too loose with no way too tighten them. My foot is average width (B), and I am a size 7, so not sure why these didn't work for me. To say the least, I am very disappointed because I love the look of the shoe, and it is very comfortable--just afraid, I might hurt myself with a shoe that could slip off, especially if I am on stairs.

I am returning this item. The black reptile patent material is quite thin when compared with a dark red patent Ashley sandal which I have had for about 3 years. I feel it will crack or tear in no time. The fit is still excellent.

The shoes arrived yesterday, and I am so disappointed. Not in the shoes themselves, but in the fit. Every other size 13 I have tried on fits, but not these, and I was so hoping they would. Disappointed - Had to order two sizes larger to get length. I have other Naot shoes that are wonderful. I like the look but definitely not in the category of the other Naot shoes in comfort. I needed comfortable white sandals is why I pursued the length. Big mistake. Will order other Naots in future, but will be SURE they fit properly. Big disappointment and waste of money!

Too narrow - Received 2 different styles today. Really love the styles. My usual size is 8 1/2 medium… after reading comments, ordered size 9. Unfortunately, both styles very narrow. These sandals really need to be made in a true medium width. I have worn Mephisto or Birkenstock in a 39 medium for years. Because of the great style, ordered Naot. Really wish these were a tad wider.

Well... I know know that I will never order shoes from this company again. Their sizes are European sizes...44...which they say is a 13...but it is more like an 11 or 12. European sizes run SMALL!!!! So I can take NAOT OFF THE LIST!!! SORRY!!!! Im very SAD!!! They came off my feet as I walked!!! Very cute shoe though! THANK GOD FOR ZAPPOS!!! and Their FREE RETURN POLICY!!!

These shoes were uncomfortable and the leather didn’t stretch.

These are not the usual slip on and wear Naot shoes I’ve come to expect. I could barely get my foot into them and the discomfort was bad. Something is wrong with these shoes.

I have 4 pairs of Naot sandals. These were very small and appeared to be a whole size smaller than the sandals I received a few weeks ago. Not happy with them.

Wow...they look so cute online and when you get them, not so much.

The fit was too narrow. I wish Naot offered a wide width! Had to return!
