I am returning. It was the 1st Naot sandel that didn't feel superb. It was uncomfortable in the outer toe area of my right foot. I'm so sorry it wasn't comfortable as I really needed a white sandal and I thought the style of this shoe was just what I was looking for.

Ordinarily I love Naot shoes, and have owned 3 pair over the years. This pair was more narrow than medium, and I was disappointed, but needed to send them back. Since they don't come in another width, I will have to choose another sandal.

I have a size 9 narrow flat foot. Own several pairs of Naots. Was looking forward to this pair. Unfortunately this style did not fit my feet. Size 40 was too small. Size 41 the strap was too loose so it did not fit snugly across my instep.

This is a beautiful style but the fit is not like other Naot sandals. My normal size is too small and one size up is too large.

Sadly will be returning as another stated the top strap also choke the tops of my feet and although the width was fine I felt they ran small. Also, when I walked they made a flip floppy noise.

The leather on this style is bound for a blister, I returned the product and got a different leather same shoe which is AWESOME!!!!

I have been waiting to "complain" about this and just read a few reviews that make the point I am about to. This style has been on board for a while. Yes// It felt perfect out of the box and the first season I loved wearing them. Worth noting that I own enough sandals where I didn't wear these everyday but they got some wear. A friend has similar shoe passion and she bought these that same season that I did. I live in NYC so the sandals went away for winter and the second season... was hazard city. That elastic band started to stretch...a lot and there is nothing else holding your foot in the shoe. Became obvious to my friend and that these were "Danger City" but unfortunately my foot slipped to the side and I sprained my ankle. The injury healed but the shoes went in to the garbage. Hey, if I was the lady that bought any crappy shoe for 20 bucks... tis my own fault. But... this style is ill conceived and the problem is pretty obvious. Elastic stretches with use. Really don't look at those 4 stars.. These shoes are not safe to wear more than a few times and at this price... pass on the style. I own many of the brand and worn for years...and they don't wear out easy.

For Naots, these felt sloppy, even though the length is perfect, so they were sent back. Nice looking though, and love the footbed.

I had admired these on two friends and was excited to receive them today. Sadly, I must send them back. They are too wide and seem floppy on my foot. I normal take a medium width and have a fairly large toe spread, so I was surprised by this. No reviews indicate this and I don't have a skinny foot. I am puzzled by it and sad it didn't work for me. I have a pair of Naots with velcroix on straps, so I can adjust, but these I can't!

They are really cute, but the leather straps are hard and unforgiving. they hurt the tops of my feet, or maybe just hit my foot in the wrong places. hate to return them but they are very uncomfortable for me.

Very cute but not the usual Naot comfort. Very short and narrow compared to all the other Naot shoes I have ever ordered. Will return. Not sure if shoe bed is removeable.

I love Naot shoes, and I have two pairs of this style, and they fit so well. I just ordered the Silver Snake Leather ones, and they have a terrible glue/plastic smell. This has never occurred with any of the other 10 pairs of Naot shoes I own, so there is something specific to the materials used in this color. I left them in the garage for almost two weeks, and the smell has dissipated sufficiently, so I will keep them. As usual, the Zappos team immediately shipped a replacement pair at no charge - such incredible customer service!

I have many pairs of Naot shoes, clogs, etc. This pair did not work for me because the instep strap was too tight, positively squeezed my foot. I will try another style listed as med. to wide in another website. I am loyal to Zappos, however.

The picture of the Metal Leather shows the shoe as distinctly silver. It arrived brown with slight silver overtones. This is NOT a silver shoe but a dark brown shoe. Also, the shoe slips in the back like a flip flop which I found uncomfortable and hard to walk in.

I am still looking for my perfect Naot size. I am new to the brand, but have friends who love all things Naot, so I would like to enjoy the comfort, too. I have figured out that the Ashley style (and other styles from the Naot Elegant line) is a full size smaller than the wider styles Naot makes. I think it is shorter and it is definitely a lot narrower.

I thought these sandals were super cute and was very anxious to receive. I've never worn a wide width in my life but these were narrow around the ball of my foot and kept pushing my heel off the back of the shoe. I was bummed to have to return them.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable. Would keep it if it came in a 10 1/2. 10 to short and 11 to wide. Wish companies would start making 10.5.

I love Naot shoes and have several pair. I just ordered the Ashley in size 42 (I normally wear 41, but in Naot, I have to wear 42). Compared to other Naot sandals I own, the footbed is 3/8" more narrow and over 1/2" shorter. These are so different, I wonder if they were marked wrong. They certainly should be called a narrow width, not a medium width. I'm disappointed because this style comes in so many colors.

These sandals are beautiful and fit like a glove. However, the first time I wore them the jewels on the strap started to come off. I will be contacting Zappos about this problem. A sandal this expensive should not be so poorly decorated.

I liked these shoes, but the sole base is narrower than the insole. This makes the step unstable for the wider foot. Reluctantly, I had to return them.

I have several Naot styles this one is the least favorite. The styling is good but the comfort level is poor, no cushioning and the shaping in the sole is in the wrong place which makes the ball of my foot ache. I can no longer wear this sandal.

I loved these sandals but they do run narrow. The band felt tight around my ankle as well. I am always a size 41. I tried both the 41 and 42 but had to return both. Zappos customer service and free shipping both ways policy is amazing. Thank you Zappos!

The sandal is very attractive. It was just too narrow for my foot even though I went one size up. I had to send it back. Next time I'll pay more attention to avoid the Naot styles that are narrow to medium width.

Love the style...nice attractive sandal. I feel that this style sandal is not true to size although they do "just" fit my 7.5 US shoe size. I feel that I am walking out of the sandal when walking any distance. Heel hangs over the sandal when walking.

New brand for me - I can't really use these for walking any distances because my foot does not stay stable in the shoe...kind of keep walking out of it and the heel hangs over a bit even though they fit fine. They look great and I am using them for around the house.
