These sandals are the best! Extraordinarily comfortable, tolerate getting wet while supporting my too-high arch. I'm not ashamed to admit that I proudly own more than my fair share and wear them anywhere, any time!

Just love this shoe, but 38 (size 7) was too short, and 39 (size 8) was the right length but bands were too loose with no way too tighten them. My foot is average width (B), and I am a size 7, so not sure why these didn't work for me. To say the least, I am very disappointed because I love the look of the shoe, and it is very comfortable--just afraid, I might hurt myself with a shoe that could slip off, especially if I am on stairs.

I am returning this item. The black reptile patent material is quite thin when compared with a dark red patent Ashley sandal which I have had for about 3 years. I feel it will crack or tear in no time. The fit is still excellent.

This is my favorite style in Naot sandals. They are comfortable and look very stylish. They are true to size for me. One of the best things about this sandal is that it comes in many, many colors. I have white, orange and black patent. I love Zappos and recommend them to everyone!

These are great shoes! Helped my flat feet feel comfy walking around New Orleans during the French Quarter Festival. Just be careful walking on those wonky N'awlins sidewalks... They did feel narrower than I expected. Usually Medium widths feel wider than this brand's Medium. I have narrow feet, so I was bummed that they only had Mediums in my size - but it turned out to be the right width for me.

Love these shoes! I have had a pair before that lasted me years. Could not wait to get another pair. Love all the colors too! Best way to go ladies! Overly comfortable.

I thought these sandals were super cute and was very anxious to receive. I've never worn a wide width in my life but these were narrow around the ball of my foot and kept pushing my heel off the back of the shoe. I was bummed to have to return them.

The shoe is very comfortable however, DO NOT expect to open the box & see the color that is shown. It will come a dark bronze type color with a tag that says the color will fade, "in a few weeks". Which would be great if you have a few weeks however, I had ordered them for a specific occasion and didn't have a few weeks.

I read the reviews of Naot and although wasn't familiar with that brand, I was hesitant to spend big bucks for sandals that look inconspicuous. Once I put them on, I realized that much comfort and support was money well spent. A little bling helped too.

Not for those with high insteps. I love the soft sole and can see how these would be supremely comfortable for the right foot, but for my high instep these do not work. My feet will not stay in the shoes when I walk. I walk right out of them.

Great sandals, great fit, great style, I have eight different colors in the same style. I found a shoe store in Auburn AFTER I bought this pair off Zappo.com, for fifty dollars less, on sale, darn.

The leather is less silver and more black than the picture. I think the back is supposed to wear off...I hope so. This is my second pair of this shoe as it is comfortable and can be worn with anything and everything.

I purchased these shoes to wear on a trip to Hong Kong and China. They were very comfortable, and I was able to walk all day in them. I love the patent leather straps - very classy!

I love Naot shoes. This is my third pair. I find them to be a good fit and comfortable. The only thing slightly wrong with these is that the band over the top of my foot seems a little loose. Has a bit too much give. But, I am keeping them as I love the style, color and how they go with everything.

I am highly impressed with Zappos' dedication to customer service. I had purchased the Naot Ashley sandals 14 months prior when one of the rhinestones fell out of the strap. I called to see if it could be repaired and was told Zappos doesn't do repairs but since they still carried the sandal and had it in stock in my size they would (this one time only) make an exception to their 12 month rule and send me a new pair if I returned the old ones. Amazing! I am a Zappos customer now for life.

This is my second pair...different color...of this shoe. Bought it for my trip to Europe. Walked all over for 2 1/2 weeks. Highly recommend it.

Based on other reviews, I thought the next size up from my usual would probably be the best fit, but after wearing them around for a bit, I found the straps to be too loose (I have a medium width). Because of the ill-fit, my foot once slipped off the edge of the shoe, causing me to actually fall on the floor! For the record, I am not ordinarily a klutz. It was then I decided to exchange them for my usual size. Zappos was terrific in the exchange and sending me the smaller size, which are super comfy. I would say they do fit a little weird, kind of short. The best fit is probably in between the two sizes I had. But I have some sports-related foot pain and these actually make my feet feel better. I would purchase these shoes again.

Love them! Comfortable, feel supportive, and look dressy in a casual sort of way. I have an older similar pair. These do sound more "flip-floppy" than the older pair but still work out fine.

Love these shoes, have 3 colors now. If you have problems with your feet, get these, the support is awesome! Of course Zappos is the best customer service anywhere!

Gorgeous shoe. Extremely narrow. Moving up a size did not help. I am very sad to be sending these back.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable. Would keep it if it came in a 10 1/2. 10 to short and 11 to wide. Wish companies would start making 10.5.

I got the embossed pearl and they are so, cute with a little bling. Even though they are flats, the cushion/support is amazing. I have a low profile (bony) foot with an average forefoot and narrow heel, they keep my foot in place w/o slippage or pinching. I'm a size 11.5/12 and 43 fit perfect with a little extra room at toe so, no hanging toes over the edge.

This is my second pair of Naots and my favorite flat sandals. I have problems with my arches and find most flat sandals uncomfortable. These are both comfortable and stylish! I wear a size 5.

This is my replacement pair for the same shoes that I purchased four years ago. I was originally advised to buy them because I have plantar fasciitis. Not only are they very comfortable, but they are stylish, too. My old pair finally wore out so I was delighted to find the same shoe still available. I like the bit of "diamond" bling and also the gold under black on the leather. The black slowly wears off, showing more and more of the gold underneath. That doesn't sound good, but the effect is lovely. I wear these shoes everywhere. Casual or dressy, it doesn't matter what I wear with them. They look great and feel wonderful on my feet. Highly recommended.
