I ordered size 7 insoles for my size 7 Uggs, and I could not even get them into the boots.

Please can you give me more tips in getting the old insole out? Butter knife was no help. Vice grips were no help!

Like slippers but size doesn't conform to industry averages

Asked for black (original color of insoles) insoles for UGG clogs. Responder never commented on white color suggested. Ordered same size as clogs. Replacement insoles were too large and could not be cut down without destroying the stitching. No suggestion to order a size smaller. Response to original request took over a week and then was only a link to insoles not made for clogs. Never even tried to respond to the original request/inquiry. I ordered the ones suggested and they are marginal. Very dissatisfied with service even though my family had many pairs of UGG's and loves them.

I have size 9 boots and ordered size 9 inserts and they don't fit at all. The old inserts don't come out; the new inserts on top of the old make the boot way too small for my feet. This was a waste of money.

Product was very disappointing. I can't use the inserts because they constantly move in my slippers.I wouldn't recommend them.

I threw them out , wasn't worth the money couldn't even use them. not happy at all

Product was not what I believed I had ordered. Need insoles for slippers and received incorrect insoles. Responded to Previous Ugg email, and got no response.

I had to return my item for a smaller size and the replacement is on the way so I really can not give a review at this time. I ordered a new insole for my UGG slippers I love them however the insole at the heel is worn down. Feel the heel in the slippers should be made thicker or else with a cushion under the heel. I like the wool part of the inserts, but the size 6 insole is too big to fit in my size 6 Ansley slippers. I shoved them in and stepped into them the best I could, but they are so fluffy that my ankles come right out of the slipper when I try to walk. They are too snug to fit as well. They are too long inside and they crawl up the sides rather than fitting into the bottom of the slipper well. I feel like Cinderella's stepsisters! I was advised to keep walking in them to smoosh them down and they will eventually be comfortable. These really don't seem to fit though. Maybe I should have bought inserts a size smaller?

I am so disappointed! I cannot get the inserts out of my Uggs to put the new ones in. I wish y'all listed the style Uggs that have removable inserts! I tried putting them on top of inserts in the boots but then they were way too tight!

I ordered a pair of UGG rain boots for my daughter for her birthday. After being on back order they arrived, missing the insole in one of the boots. I called customer service, thinking thy would rectify this immediately. However, I was told they would have to look into the issue and get back to me. After several days they emailed and said they would send a replacement insole. What I received was a pair of generic insoles that did not fit the boots. I decided to return the boots for another pair, and after two and a half weeks the replacement finally arrived. I am very disappointed to say the least. I thought purchasing directly from UGGS would ensure the best service, but I was wrong. I think that a company such as UGGS with a worldwide reputation should stand behind their products and treat their customers in a much better manner.

Seemed like a good idea to replace insert. Doesn't really work. Would never replace the inside again. No way to get the old ones out.

You must have available to order all or most mens sizes...very disappointed...

I am sorry to say that tho the insoles arrived in good time, as I have been unable to remove the nasty old insole, it is glued in tightly it is tearing the sole, these are Uggs !!! So ...... I am unable to use them In any case I find them to be extremely narrow, and due to the edge stitching, they cannot be trimmed any shorter ?!? So I am not impressed.

The soles came in a timely manner. However, they only last a few days until the furr starts coming off of them. I know this because I'm leaving a trail of fluff where ever I go .

Needed insoles for my boots but they came with the instep foam part both for the left foot! Bummer! But Im waiting for my (hopefully) new and perfectly manufactured ones!

This is the second pair of inserts that I have purchased that are significantly different thicknesses, such that the boot was then too tight on one side to wear. The quality control is an issue. I did end up buying one pair that was the same thickness, after returning it to the store.
