I bought these replacement Ugg insoles (made in China) expecting a tight, dense, springy, cushioning wool to replace my old worn out ones. Unfortunately, the quality of wool is very poor for this job! It is a thin, silky fleece, not springy. My feet now slip inside my boots (which are appropriately sized) whether I wear socks or not. The insoles have been in use less than a month and the wool has already flattened, matted and pilled, and is even wearing completely off in some areas! I am supremely disappointed in these. They are no better than cheap artificial fleece insoles.

I could not get the old insole out of the size 7 cardy that I wanted to replace. Thats good for Ugg, they made such a good product, but when I wanted to fluff up the insole with a new one, I had to put the new one on TOP of the old one. This made the footbed too high, and now I realize that the arch of the right foot is uncomfortable because its rubbing my arch wrong. Not enough instructions to help maintain the integrity of the original product.

These insoles are described as replacements, but they are actually overlays, since the original insoles can't be removed. The new one is attached to a molded plastic footbed, and by the time all of this gets inside the boots, along with my foot, the front of the boot is crowded and often hot. Eventually the fleece will get compacted and the boot will fit again, but I'm afraid that then I'll be mostly back where I started. These insoles are a big disappointment; I was looking forward to restoring the inside of my UGGS to their original condition.

Didn't fit the regular Ugg boots. The description didn't specify what type of boot these insoles would fit.

I use them as slippers.

Being Uggs, I was hoping these would keep my feet [or at least my toes] warm when out walking in cold Michigan winters - they didn't. Personally if you walk outside 3-4 days a week and need warm feet in the winter this is not the insole for you. Was hoping these would be great since from Ugg - not only do they not keep cold from your feet; they don't look or feel like sheep's wool either. Disappointing.

These are terrible. I bought these for some Ugg slippers in September of 2010 and they have "bald spots" already and no fur where my toes are. The ones before were great and lasted 3 long years. These will be as good as garbage by springtime.

My UGG's were a requested Christmas present and I love everything about them except that the sheep skin insoles wore out much to quickly for the cost and the reputation of UGG as a high end quality product. The Classic tall boots do not have a removable insole but I bought the replacement anyway. They have made my boots kinda tight. I wanted a pair of tall black and a pair of dark pink boots but will wait to see if I get used to these. I will still reccomend UGG's but just not with as much excitement.

The insole was nice on top, but the plastic bottom layer made it hard to insert into the boot. Very uncomfortable. Also, it does run a bit narrow, my toes over lapped. Not happy with replacement sole, due to not fitting my boots properly.

Ugg shoes are a comfy and stylish product, but look at the price. Get a pair of Bear Claw brand shoes instead. They provide the same comfort and style. If you buy Ugg shoes you are paying for the name and not the product. Emus shoes and Bear Claw shoes are the same thing at a better price. I only rated these two stars because of the cost.

Doesn't fit/stay in coquette.

My insoles in my boots wouldn't come out!! It's not as easy as they make it to replace your insoles. I have returned this item and nothing yet regarding my return from UGG.

The product would probably be nice if I could get my insoles out of my boots to put the new ones in!!

Will be returning. My slippers do not allow replacement.

Do not buy due to poor quality. Since purchasing my Bruts a few years ago I decided to replace the soles. These are by far the worst and I think its because they are now being manufactured in China. She sheepskin is minimal at best and the sole lacks cushioning. Lastly, my feet are actually colder with these soles. When I first purchased the boots I could wear without socks. My wife also replaced her soles and has experienced the same lack of warmth due to a less quality sole.

The rep misled me when she told me this insole would be fine for an open heel slipper, with each step the insole came out. There was no binding agent to keep the insole in the slipper. I feel the agent was NOT very knowledgeable, as I made it clear that the slipper had an open heel and even had her look up the slipper and see the picture of the coquette slipper.
