The description for this sandal is incorrect. All three straps are now hook and loop. The buckle is decorative and is now hook and loop. I have feet that swell and I find that the buckle stayed secure all day but the hook and loop pops open. This is a falling risk for me. I am so disappointed that they don't work for me anymore. I need the 4E width and that is hard to find.

I ALWAYS GOT THE TAUPE NUBUCK BUT THIS BLACK PAIR - THE SOLE CAME OFF THE BOTTOM.

This is a shoe I would have loved to keep. The teak color is perfect for fall or summer corals, and the shoe feels wonderful...until I walked in it. My heel slips to the inside edge, and makes this shoe impossible for me to wear. Sigh.

No cushioning in heel. Hard as a rock. Had to return them. Actually not worth even one star.

Clunky. Made my foot look bigger and wider than it is. Also arrived with scuff marks so I know they will easily scuff up. Back they went.

I returned this item. It seemed too small and I sounded like I was walking with a flat snowshoe.

The are very bad shoes for my fat swollen 12WW feet. I am pregnant and I am hot and it is summer. I thought these would be good for light walking, but after only 1 hour of walking in them my heel is in so much pain and then goes numb. I walk around the house and take the stairs inside barefoot all day and never have this problem. So I know it is the shoes. I hate them. They still look new. Too bad I wore them outside because I spent good money on something that hates me back and I want to return for something that is kinder to my feet. My old softwalk shoes are much better then these for heel comfort.

I am diabetic so I have to be careful not to buy shoes that have areas that rub on my toes causing blisters & the like. I wear a 9.5 to 10 wide. The adjustable strap across the toe area, is not one single smooth strap underneath. It caused major blisters on my toes wearing these 3x. I also did not find them comfortable in any way. Propet makes some really ugly shoes, & I settles on these hoping they would be just right. But if you have a wide foot, or are diabetic, be careful.

These immediately felt very comfortable and true to ordered size (7W). However, within less than an hour, both sandals developed an annoying "squeak" with every step, so I have to return them. :-(

I liked the width of this shoe at the forefront of the foot, however it had a gap around the ankle with no way to adjust the back strap. Going back

I bought these shoes hoping they would be comfortable and give good arch support. No on both counts. Besides that they look very cheaply made and they are not the slightest bit attractive.

Very ugly and not very supportive. I'd be willing to deal with ugly if they helped with my heel pain but it's obvious these wouldn't provide enough support.

I didn't see how I could miss with these sandals because they had a 5-star rating with hundreds of reviews. I ordered them around noon, and they arrived the next day, so that part was fantastic. However, these shoes really don't work for me in several ways. The back strap is much too loose and isn't adjustable. It's also too high--it hits my ankle bone and would definitely cause a blister. The front straps are rather stiff and gave the impression that they would have irritated my skin. From the perspective of appearance, the leather isn't at all smooth. Given that the style is a little clunky, that makes a difference in the overall impression the shoes make. Altogether, a big disappointment.
