These just look hopeless. If you need this style, get the SAS with buckles instead. These look like you are saying, “i am old and i have given up on any style effort because my feet hurt all the time.” Really, they just look sad and like they live in a nursing home, the kind what doesn't have therapy dogs visit, or any fun programming. I have never understood the arch support question, but these have plenty of cushioning beneath.

I like these shoes a lot but there isn't much cushion in the footbed which I need so I'm returning them.

I HAVE SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND COMFORTABLE SHOES ESPECIALLY IN NARROW WIDTH. I THOUGHT THESE SHOES WOULD WORK—THE FRONT FIT GREAT (IT COVERED MY BUNIONS SO NO PAIN, AND THE STRAP WAS WIDE ENOUGH TO COVER LARGE BONE ON TOP OF MY FOOT) AND IT WAS COMFORTABLE UNTIL I STOOD UP TO WALK. THE SIDE OF THE SLING BACK RUBBED AGAINST MY ANKLES WHICH MADE WALKING PAINFUL AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO FIX THAT PROBLEM. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE CHOICES IN NARROW AND NUBUCK.

The shoe is cute and the sole is nice and plush, but it lacks arch support and the fact that it’s a stiff leather rather than a pliable material means it is uncomfortable on my upper foot. Would be a great shoe for someone with flat feet. Returned.

Did not like the style

Stitching on inside was hard, like plastic, and irritated my skin.

I decided to try these since I normally wear an orthotic in my shoes for arch support but wanted to try some sandals that have good arch support since wearing an orthotic in sandals isn't a good option. I read that some reviewers felt these sandals have excellent arch support so I decided to order them, but I didn't find that to be true for me. I felt no arch support at all for my feet which may be flatter than most women's. However, I also bought the Propet Aurora sandal at the same time as the Breeze Walker and found it to have much better arch support than the Breeze Walker, so I kept the Aurora and returned the Breeze Walker, which was fine because I liked the Aurora much better anyway.

Unfortunately, these rubbed at the base of both of my big toenails, so am returning.

These fit all right, but I was not happy with the material. I thought I was getting the black grain (crackled) leather but instead, it was smooth and felt cheap like plastic - not all that comfortable. And although many reviews said there was moderate arch support, I didn'[t notice any at all. Sending them back.

These are not the most stylish but so comfortable. Unfortunately the pair I received was defective.

I liked the Pearl Pewter color and the more rigid sole. It runs about a 1/2 size larger than what I usually wear in a sandal. There is little to no arch support in this shoe and that I must have. These are going back. I'll keep looking for that "perfect" sandal.

Fit was too small and too narrow; it was a very comfortable material, however!

The problem with these is that the back strap pushes your foot way forward and is not adjustable, so your toes hang off the end even if the size is correct the video actually shows this). This causes you to lose at least half a size. I was also disappointed that the buckle on the ankle strap is velcro only, not functional. If you need true 3-point adjustability as I do, these will not work for you.

The part underneath the buckle hurt my foot. In fact, one of the shoes had a sharp point under the buckle.

I wear an 11 AAAA, and although I think these sandals are really ugly "old lady" shoes, the two velcro straps make it possible to keep them on my feet. I have several pairs (bought elsewhere) that I have owned for years. These do come in AAAA sizes, but for some reason, Zappo's doesn't carry them. The competitor does, so I know they are still available, but I refuse to pay over $10 in shipping and have to wait 7-10 days. Since there is room for an extra toe in the AAAA size even when I adjust it as tightly as possible, I know that there is no sense in ordering the AA. Please, Zappo's, carry these in extended slim sizes, too, not just in the extra, extra, extra wides.

I have some very old pairs of this that I bought for long walks when it is too hot for athletic shoes. Recently I broke my toe and wanted to buy a new pair to wear for a few weeks while it heals. I gave the shoe one star for style because I couldn't give a negative star, but honestly, these are the ugliest shoe I have ever seen, and not in a jolie laide way, so there is no way that I will wear the shoes when I am better. Here's the problem -- I have a very long, slim foot, and even my old size 11 AAAA's are wide enough for an extra toe, but at least the velco straps hold the sandal on my foot. I am wearing my old ones which I never got around to tossing, but I wanted a pair in another color to tide me over. Since I am in my ugly old ones, I know that even with some swelling, I still need the very slim. Sadly, the AAAA or SS size is no longer available. Since I already have to pull the velcro as tightly as possible, I doubt the AA could be made to work. Please, please, Zappos, bring us long slim people more choices. It will be too late for me to get this shoe but it may help others.

"Breeze is right - whooshing noise when walking. These are super comfy and I was looking forward to them for a vacation with a lot of walking, even though they're not fashionable. But, they make a significant hissing air sound with each step. Wouldn't hear it on a busy city street, but it would be unbearable in a quiet museum. Sending them back :(.

LOVE the width, but no arch support.

Really wanted to like these sandals. The footbed was wonderfully comfortable, but the straps rubbed the tops of my toes despite tightening them or loosing them. I think it was the stitching itself.

I have really bad feet. I thought at first that this shoe would work for me if I put my own arch supports in. Unfortunately, the toe area gave me trouble. The strap over my toe on the right foot scratched my foot.

Very lightweight. A bit hot. Comfortable, except that the inner big toe mound got pinched--perhaps needed a wider size. Does not offer support for long distance or long walking periods.

This shoe was too large overall. Have wide toes but narrower heel, too large at the back no way to adjust to fit. Wear them but in cooler weather with socks.
