Work Shoes - If you're looking for slip resistant shoes that look decent and are pretty comfortable, even with orthotics in them, then these are the shoes for you. I've had other 'slip resistant' shoes, but these are the best!

Comfortable Nursing Shoes - I went back to work as a nurse after being out for 12 years. I found this shoe to not have a "break in" time; it was comfortable from the beginning. I wish it had a little more ‘cush’, but at 51 I may just not have any cush left in my feet.

Shoes for work - The first time I wore these shoes I worked a 12 hour shift. My feet didn't hurt at all. Time will tell as to how long they last.

The work shoe that works - I am a cake decorator and work 40 hours a week. I am on my feet constantly and am required to wear slip resistant shoes. I was wearing athletic shoes that had a slip resistant sole but was never really satisfied with them. I wore Nurse Mate shoes a long time ago and had not been able to find them. I was so glad when I found these on Zappos site and ordered them. The first day I wore them to work I was pleased with the comfort of them and the fact that they were truly slip resistant. The shoe is well constructed and I found that they didn't slip on my foot as I was afraid they would. The only problem I am having is that my smallest toe on one foot rubs wrong and I now have a sore spot there. I am still wearing the shoes and hope for a callus to form soon. Oh well, live and learn you have to suffer the bad for all the good. Over all I recommend them as a really good product.

Shoe For Comfort - If you are looking for a shoe that is made for comfort, this is it, just slide it one and go... Wish the leather was not so shiny and loose the tan top stitching for my liking... Still I love this shoe, will probably buy it in black.

Great shoe - I have to stand for over 8 hours on a cement floor. These shoes were comfortable the minute I put them on and through my entire shift. The velcro strap is a definite downside. It doesn't hold. My solution was to super glue them.

Great working shoe - I teach all day and am on my feet. These shoes have saved my life! They are wonderful!

I work at a nursing home and am on my feet for most of the day. I have never been able to wear clog type shoes, but I have had no problem in regards to the shoe staying on my foot. They look great and the comfort at most is really good. The only problem I have encountered is the seam on the top of the shoe seems to bother my big toe. It is annoying and at times uncomfortable. It poses no problems for the bunions I have. Overall I am pleased with this shoe and look forward to buying another pair of Nurse Mates in the future.

Nurse Mates Marci - I stand on my feet sometimes for long hours at a time. I'm a Hairdresser. I am so pleased with these shoes. They are so comfortable. Thanks Nurse Mates. I would recommend these shoes to anyone, especially if you are on your feet a lot. They aren't the cutest shoes, but the comfort of them make up for it.

Nurse Mates Marci - I was a little disappointed that they weren't as comfy and supportive as I'd hoped they would be. I bought them for a new job that requires standing for 7-8 hours and after trying them a few times, my heels and arches were really hurting. On a positive note, they are cute and I will probably just wear them for casual outings instead of work.

I have these shoes in a different color but they are AMAZINGLY comfortable. I have a high instep and a wide toe base and these feel like slippers. Plus, I get a lot of compliments on them too. Definitely a great casual shoe. Very light. As always, this Dansko product is high quality.
