Great All-Around - Exactly what I was looking for, though I'll probably get an insert with a little more arch support. Really comfy, easy to slip on. Warm as heck and great tread. It doesn't feel like a bulky boot at all for the warmth provided.

Love these boots! Super fast delivery! I love these boots! The only issue I have is trying to drive with them on and I should have known better! They take a little getting used to when you're walking but it’s what I expected and the warmth and look of the boots make up for that! I choose a less expensive delivery option and expected the boots in 5-7 days. Well Zappos upgraded the option at no additional cost I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and received the boots on Monday!

Great warm boot - These seemed stiff at the back of my calf right out of the box; however, no problems when wearing them. They're a great height for lots of snow and very warm in 20 degree weather. Good traction and they're cute as far as snow boots go. An 11 fit my 10 1/2 size perfectly.

North Face McMurdo Boot - I love these boots. Very warm, need only very thin socks. I bought them a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear. (6 vs. 6 1/2).

Finally, warmth!! I purchased these after reading all the positive reviews. I haven't had a pair of boots that have kept my feet warm since I don't know when. Honestly, the temps have been below 20 this week and not once have my feet been cold. The stiffness is gone in a day or two. They are not heavy like they look like they would be. The bottom treads are great. I love the pink inner lining and the bit of "fur" at the top- adds a little feminine aspect. They look great with jeans tucked in, or out. I would normally never spend this kind of money on a boot/shoe, but they are worth every penny.

Great Boot - Functional, with a taste of cuteness with the fir edge and pink logo. Great to wear around campus, and to shovel my driveway here in Michigan. Really fits true to size if you have a pair of medium-thickness socks on. Keeps my feet warm and dry! Thanks North Face and Zappos!

A great boot! I live in CT where the winters can be COLD! These are great boots - very warm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. I ordered a 1/2 size larger to accommodate thick socks. My heel pops up a little, but I am happy to have the extra room.

Siberian winter boot - I went to Siberia for Christmas and didn't want to be cold - so I went for name brand, more expensive boots. My toes are cold no matter what but I found these boots kept me super warm. I was really happy with them until my sister, who went for 1/2 price, generic (but cute) boots complained so much, I gave them to her. My only cons with this boot - a bit heavy and not that cute. Very functional though.

Great boot for Chicago winters! I ordered this boot on a Wednesday morning and received them the next day; I don't know how they do it so quick. The boot looks exactly like the picture. I was afraid they would be too "manly," but I went with the brown/ivory and I don't feel "manly" at all. They are a little heavy, but I'm getting used to that. They keep you warm that's for sure. I had slipped them on without socks to shovel the walk, and my feet were warm! The only prob is that some of my socks slip, but I'll just remember to wear thicker socks.

Comfort, Quality, and the fastest shipping EVER. First, I would like to make mention of the fact that I ordered these boots online last night at 9:30pm in Northern Michigan and they were on my doorstep before noon today. I was astonished by how fast they got here -- all the way from Kentucky, too. Unbelievable service. Secondly, these boots are amazing. They're really comfortable and they are ridiculously warm. I especially like the faux fur on the top not only because it softens the appearance of these rugged boots, but also because it acts as padding for my shin area. Since I'm using these boots for snowshoeing, I was happy to see that they aren't very restrictive of movement at the top either. They are somewhat clunky, but that's part of the package with boots that are of high quality and are going to keep your feet warm and dry. They are also pretty narrow, which is good for me, but that is something that I would advise others take into consideration. All in all, I would definitely recommend these boots --and especially Zappos-- to anyone!

The best boots yet - I walk 2-4x/day! The winters in Chicago are brutal. I walk my dog in subzero, sleet & rain and then hike it 1 mile to walk to school at night. My feet are the 1st to get cold (had touch of frostbite as child). My feet have yet to be cold or event wet with these boots. I don't even have to wear my ski socks & liners--just regular socks. They are worth the $.

I needed a warm, comfortable, and waterproof boot to wear on the ice. These took a couple wearings to break in, they are very comfortable and warm, yet have a bit of a feminine look (which is nice, because they are a bit clunky). They are also great for hiking in the snow. They are most comfortable with thick socks.

McMurdo Boot - Kept feet dry and warm. A little heavy, but that is to be expected. The faux fur collar gives it a feminine look and more comfort around the ankle. Would definitely buy again.

GREAT BOOT; looks good too! I love these boots. I was looking for practical, comfortable and fashionable. Fashionable being the hardest part b/c the other two trump fashion usually. They look great and fit really well.

Perfect Snow Boot - These boots are everything I hoped they would be. Comfortable, warm and cute!

Nice look, but did not quite fit - I usually wear a 7 so I ordered a 7 and a 7.5. I only tried on the 7.5. They felt good, a little tight in the toes and loose in the heel. After 30 minutes or so my toes started to get cold. I returned them.

Perfect snow boot! I LOVE these boots! I live in the Chicago land area, and we just got a ton of snow and these shoes are so comfortable and grip through the snow like nothing! I got a half a size larger and they are perfect, and have a comfortable insole! These boots are pretty lightweight and cute for snow boots!

Great winter boot – I had the most difficult time finding a casual winter boot that was warm, waterproof, and comfortable. I found it in North Face’s McMurdo boot. Although a little stiff at first, this boot keeps me warm and dry on even the coldest of days. Zappos as always is wonderful in shipping items on times and offering shoes and boots at reasonable process!

Great boot for cold and snow - If you are out in the snow and cold, this is an excellent boot!! It also looks good with jeans and is great when you are done on the slopes and the ski boots come off.

I love these boots, very warm and great looking as far as snow boots go. I ordered these on a Thursday afternoon and without any extra charge, Zappos FedExed them to me and I got them the very next day...even though the Midwest got hit with a huge snow storm on Thursday evening. Zappos is the only place I buy shoes anymore. Such great products and unbelievable service. It beats fighting the shoe crowds at Nordstrom!

Wonderful boot - Great boot. Can’t wait to wear them out in the snow. Very comfortable. Felt wider than marked but most boots are. They keep my feet warm, dry and look so cute on.

Bought these shoes for snowshoeing and walking around Tahoe. They turned out to be an excellent choice! I should say that I usually wear a 7 1/2 and I had to buy a 7 for these shoes... I had tried them on somewhere else before hand but loved the coloring I saw on Zappos. :)

These boots are great for running around. They aren't too clunky, but I wouldn't call them light either. The notch at the back for snow-shoeing has come in really handy. I'm a fairly steady size 8.5 and they were true to size.

Overall, good boots. I like the style & have gotten quite a few compliments on them. I love the waterproof factor, too. The only part I felt was somewhat uncomfortable was the inflexible shaft. Maybe I'm just not used to boots like this, but it seemed to help keeping the laces loose.
