Women’s Columbia Tenacity - These shoes are very comfortable with or without socks. They are true to size and needed no breaking in period. I would definitely buy them again!

Oh So Comfortable - I bought this shoe because of the other reviewers saying it was very comfortable. They were right. The first day I wore them was for my treadmill workout and had no problems. I have very sensitive feet and usually have to allow for break-in of the heels and sometimes of the toe seam, NOT with these. They felt great from the first minute ‘til the end of the day. I just ordered another pair, so I have one to workout in and one to wear around town.

Great shoe - I just returned from Disney World and wore these shoes everyday. They were great!

Extremely comfortable shoe! They feel like a slipper only with more support. They look great as well! Ordered a half size up(as others suggested) and the fit is fine. My foot is on the narrow side so I just tighten the lacing a bit to get a tighter fit.

Joan M - I have VERY sensitive feet and Columbia seems to "have my number" for comfort. These feel great on my feet from "minute one". I bought the gray with pink "laces" and they are really cute with jeans and a pink top. A great shoe and a great company. Thanks Zappos!

Comfortable casual shoe - I really like this shoe. It is comfortable and seems well made. I especially like that it does not have laces to tie.

Tenacity - It is the most comfortable shoe anyone can own. You don't even have to break them in. I highly recommend this shoe.

RG in San Diego - Love the shoe! It feels like a slipper! I am a size 5 which is becoming increasingly difficult to find, so I always turn to Zappos to help me find it. Thanks Zappos and keep on carrying those size 5's!

Columbia Tenacity - Love these shoes!!! Very comfortable and no break in time at all.

Really cute and comfortable too - These are great shoes for bumming around in. I just got back from a trip to Europe and they are great going through security (easy on, easy off), expand with my feet on the long plane ride, and are comfortable to walk in while sightseeing.

Great stylish alternative - I was seeking a walking shoe that would be stylish and look so much like a regular white sneaker and I am thrilled with these. I have a larger foot and white sneakers make my foot look even larger (which I hate!) and this gray color is very flattering. I also like that there are no shoe laces to tie on these sneakers and if one foot is a little wider than the other you can just loosen the fit....the pink accents make them feel feminine and they feel great on for walking and shopping. Thank you Zappos for another great experience!

Nice looking...for a hiking shoe - I am not a fan of athletic shoes. I think they look ridiculous with multiple colors/stripes etc. on them. That being said, The Columbia Tenacity does not cross the line of being ridiculous. I bought mine in the "coal" combination of charcoal and black. In addition to look, they are a very comfortable shoe and handled very well on my recent hiking trip. They felt slightly large in the heel to me, but I am not as used to wearing a sport shoe, so it's probably fine, just not what I am used to.

The perfect fit - I absolutely love these shoes. They are very comfortable and will be great for hiking. They are cute too, which is always a plus.

Walking shoe - I bought this since I was going on a trip to San Diego and knew I'd be walking A LOT. I find that my tennis shoes make me feet hurt after extend periods of walking. I'm extremely pleased with the shoe. In fact the first day I wore them I kept calling them "awesome". So now my husband has dubbed them the "awesome shoes". I like the look. Makes my foot appear a bit slimmer than the typical bulky tennis shoe. I normally buy a half size bigger than normal for my foot b/c I find things tend to be smaller. I'm a 9.5 but normally end up wear a 10. But I remember I had a pair of Columbia boots that I did the same thing and they were enormous. So I bought my normal size and they fit great! Very pleased and it really doesn't feel like you're wearing anything. They're lightweight, plus I was wearing thick socks. Buy it, you'll be happy.

Not usually one to pay extra for Columbia...... But this time I'm glad I did. Was specifically looking for a pair of black, non-tie, comfy, lightweight shoes and these met all the criteria so I took a chance. Comfortable, stylish, and the cool, rugged, outdoorsy "Columbia look".

Columbia two thumbs up - I like the comfort and style of Columbia Tenacity. I would definitely buy another pair; the comfort is worth the price.

Comfy! Great shoe, very comfortable and stylish as well. Took a little getting used to because it doesn't hold your foot as tight as a normal lace-up sneaker does. Very cushiony and fits my wide foot nicely. Great to travel with because they slip on and off so easily - makes going through airport security a breeze. I think these look cute with jeans but I've also been wearing them without socks with shorts/capris.

so-o-o-o comfortable - I was a little skeptical of the slim look of this shoe being as comfy as my New Balance cross trainers I usually buy. I've been so happy with my Tenacity shoes that I bought a second pair while they were still available. They are a little more snug than reg tennis shoes but, so comfortable!!!!(High arches - no problem!!)

Couldn't be Happier - I bought these shoes hoping for comfortable, light, and warm shoes that I could wear all over and they're definitely that. I wear them all the time. I only wish that I could afford to buy several of these in different colors!

Love It! It took about a day or two to feel like these shoes fit me very comfortably; they seem to hug your feet but not too tightly. So comfortable and I’ve had a lot of positive feedback from friends who think it looks great too.

Columbia Tenacity - Bought these shoes just days before a nine day trip to New Mexico...wore them one day at work, then all over central NM...great support for my narrow foot and great comfort...sole provided stability and confidence when walking on somewhat stony and rocky surfaces as well as shopping in Santa Fe! Love these shoes!

Columbia Tenacity - Verdict is still out on this walking shoe. I like the look (got the gray/pink,) but I haven't decided on the comfort level. But they're definitely not uncomfortable, but the lacing takes a little getting used to and I'm still not sure I'll keep it (haven't worn it outside yet.) Zappos service, as always, is exceptional.

Nice shoe but I had hoped for a little bit more arch support. Cute shoe to run around town in. I found the sizing info a bit off for me though. Based on other reviews I ordered my normal shoe size but they were too small--I had to order a full size larger.

Great option - I needed a closed-toe shoe for work, something comfy enough to stand in all day and walk in, but cuter than a regular running shoe. These really fit the bill! They are lightweight and so comfortable that I forget I have them on. The only down-side for me is that there is almost no heel, which I find rough on my knees/posture. So I had to put a heel insert in. But these are overall just great!
